Kondisi ini sangat membantu proses penyimpanan dokumen kuno yang telah di digitalisasi, mengingat dokumen digital lebih tahan terhadap perubahan waktu dari pada dokumen konvensional. Dokumen kuno yang sekarang ini masih dalam bentuk format file jpeg dan belum bisa di sinkronisasi dengan aplikasi search engine untuk mencari kata di dalam file tersebut. Untuk melakukan proses tersebut ada beberapa tahap yang perlu dilakukan yaitu binerisasi dan pembacaan OCR. Pada penelitian ini penulis melakukan proses binerisasi untuk pemisahan tulisan dari background menggunakan metode Wayne Niblack. Dalam proses binerisasi dokumen kuno penulis menggunakan metode Wayne Niblack dikarenakan algoritma ini lebih sederhana. Pada penelitian ini penulis ingin membuat aplikasi binerisasi naskah digital menggunakan metode yang diperkenalkan oleh Wayne Niblack, dengan pendekatan nilai ambang untuk memisahkan background dan foreground pada citra dokumen kuno yang bertulisan huruf Arab. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui survey di 3 desa yaitu Desa Arul Item, Desa Antara dan Desa Kemerleng. Variabel penelitian yang diukur adalah pemahaman, kesiapsiagaan dan peranan kearifan lokal yang diperoleh dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Purposive Random Sampling.Berdasarkan hash penelitian terhadap tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap bencana longsor di Kecamatan Linge, bahwa tingkat pemahaman masyarakat Linge terhadap bencana longsor sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat juga masih bersifat pasif. Hal ini terjadi karena tidak semua desa di Kecamatan Linge memahami pentingnya pemahaman kebencanaan. Ada hubungan antara pemahaman kebencanaan dengan kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana. Semakin tinggi tingkat pemahaman seseorang maka akan semakin siapsiaga dalam menghadapi bencana. Jika pemahaman tinggi, maka dapat mempengaruhi cara berpikir masyarakat yang lebih baik, kemudian informasi dan inovasi akan terserap dengan cepat sehingga lebih siap dalam menghadapi bencana. Kearifan lokal yang teridentifikasi di antaranya ada suara teriakan imo (kera hutan); teger (suara gemuruh di atas langit); adanya air sungai yang keruh bercampur minyak. Yang berperan dalam pengurangan resiko adalah imo. Semakin berperan kearifan lokal tersebut, maka semakin tinggi tingkat kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam pengurangan risiko bencana. The problem is expected to be overcome by the presence of rice husk ash as a filler and natural asphalt of Buton Island (Asbuton) as a binder. This study aims to evaluate the performance of Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixture by using rice husk ash as a filler and asphalt penetration 60/70 as binder with the addition of Asbuton. The specimens were made into two major groups: (i) the specimens using stone dust and asphalt pen 60/70 (ABA), and (ii) the specimens using rice husk ash and asphalt pen 60/70 with the addition of asbuton (ASA). The last group was performed with four variations: 0% (ASA 0), 5% (ASA 5), 10% (ASA 10), and 15% (ASA 15) over the total weight of the mixture. Total specimens were 75, each has 15 specimens. Asphalt contents used were 4.5% to 6.5%. Specifications used the standards of the Departemen Permukiman dan Prasarana Wilayah (2005) by using Marshall method Optimum asphalt contents (OAC) for each mixture were 5.6% (ABA), 6.0% (ASA 0), 6.3% (ASA 5), 5.9% (ASA 10), and 5.8% (ASA 15). In sum, the asphalt concrete mixture using rice husk ash as filler was able to compete with the one using stone dust as filler, and therefore can be used as alternative materials to road pavement construction.
