The low production of latex due to the low quality of tapping because the application system of exploitation that does not comply with the clones. Rubber has two groups of clones is a quick starter and a slow starter.This study aims to determine thesystem of exploitation that can increase the production of slow starter clone IRR 42, but still maintain the plant physiological stability. The system exploits tested were tapping system and intervals giving stimulant. The experiment was conducted at the experimental farm of Rubber Research Institute of the White River, covering applications in the treatment field and Physiology Laboratory analysis in the White River Rubber Research Institute, North Sumatera. The purpose of study is to find the best condition of the ratio of rice husk/natural bentonite as matrix and the percentage of polyethylene-graft-maleic anhydride (MAPE) as coupling agent on quality of formed composites. In order to form these composites a hot press method was performed. The composite formation process was conducted at temperature of 170 oC for half hour. After pressed and heated then composites was cooled to room temperature and finally composites were tested to know its mechanical properties of tensile strength and bending strength. The results showed that addition of natural bentonite into matrix of rice husk have increased mechanical properties of composite compared to composites prepared by using only rice husk and virgin HDPE. Percentage of added MAPE also affect values of tensile and bending strength of composites. The effect of MAPE and natural bentonite which added during formation of composites caused the increasing adhesion bond between matrix and filler and as a result also increased the mechanicalproperties of composites. The highest tensile strength value of 18.2 MPa was found on composite with filler rice husk/natural bentonite ratio of 70:30 with addition of 5 wt% MAPE. Provinsi Aceh merupakan provinsi di Indonesia paling banyak terdapat kasus Tuberkulosis paru setelah provinsi Jawa dan Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan minum obat anti tuberkulosis dengan peningkatan berat badan pada pasien rawat jalan di Bagian/SMF Pulmonologi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 48 dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan I-Card. Data didapatkan dari rekam medis dan dicatat berdasarkan format I-Card. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kepatuhan minum obat dengan peningkatan berat badan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pasien yang patuh minum obat dan berat badan meningkat sebesar 27 sampel (87.1%), patuh dan berat badan tetap 2 sampel (6.5%), patuh dan berat badan menurun 2 sampel (6.5%). Selanjutnya, pasien yang tidak patuh dan berat badan meningkat 7 sampel (41.2%), tidak patuh dan berat badan tetap 7 sampel (41.2%), tidak patuh dan berat badan menurun 3 sampel (17.6%). Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru yang patuh minum obat lebih banyak daripada yang tidak patuh. Pasien Tuberkulosis Paru yang mengalami peningkatan berat badan selama pengobatan lebih banyak daripada yang tidak mengalami peningkatan berat badan. This study aim to know the relationship of compliance take medicine to weight gain of pulmonary tuberculosis patient in medical staff of functional pulmonology, General Hospital of Zainoel Abidin, Banda Aceh. This study type is analytic descriptive with the device of cross sectional. Sample of this study is 48 and technique of intake sample that is total of sampling. Method of data collecting use the I-Card. Data got from medical record and noted by pursuant to format I-Card. There are relationship between compliance take medicine to weight gain. The study area was divided into four locations that were the upstream of the tunnel (Location 1), bridge area at the south (Location 2), branch of the river area (Location 3), and the downstream of the two creeks. The study was done from April to June 2012. The method was survey and destructive sampling. The species of benthos was analysed descriptivelly and the diversity was analysed by diversity index formula (H). The results showed that there were 20 species of benthos found in the area and the index of diversity was between 1.996 and 2.652. In brief,  River Bale is still suitable as the habitat of aquatic organisms. Pemanfaatan gas bumi dalam negeri cenderung meningkat dan diperkirakan akan mengalami defisit pada tahun 2022 jika tidak menemukan sumber gas bumi baru. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam menghadapi ketersediaan gas dalam negeri, baik mencari sumur-sumur gas baru, maupun mengubah bahan bakar padat batubara menjadi gas. Dalam penelitian ini kajian yang dilakukan adalah proses pirolisis batubara muda Aceh dengan menggunakan pereaksi nitrogen (N2) sebagai gas dasar. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengkaji karakteristik dasar pirolisis batubara meliputi penurunan massa dan komposisi gas yang dihasilkan selama pirolisis. Penurunan massa selama pirolisis dikaji dengan dapur pemanas listrik sedangkan komposisi gas dikaji dengan menggunakan gas chromatography (GC). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada temperatur dengan variasi 160 oC, 180 oC, 200 oC, dan 400 oC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi temperatur pirolisis maka laju penurunan massa semakin besar. Potensi kandungan senyawa gas H2 tidak terbentuk selama proses pirolisis pada temperatur 160 oC 180 oC, 200 oC, sedangkan pada temperatur 400 oC berpotensi terbentuknya H2 yaitu 1,19%. The research is conduted in Tissue Culture Laboratory Department of Biology, University of North Sumatra, Indonesia. Optimum conditions for citrus propagation have been obtained to produce good quality of Citrus seedlings that is free from CVPD. The analysis of the DNA using PCR method has confirmed that the seedlings are healthy and free from CVPD. Diharapkan untuk kedepannya Mahkamah Konstitusi lebih menangani hal-hal yang terkait dengan PK dapat di proses lebih baik lagi, ditujukan ke Mahkamah Agung sehingga aturan mengenai PK lebih spesifik diatur kembali sehingga kepastian hukum dan keadilan dapat terwujud tanpa harus dipersoalkan kembali dalam perkara yang lainnya.
