Sedangkan yang menjadi Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Xb sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang dan kelas Xc sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah siswa 31 orang di SMA Negeri 1Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pemberian tes. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan statistik yang sesuai yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment dengan taraf signifikan ?: 0,05 dan analisis uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh thitung =17.06, sedangkan ttabel=1,30. Adapun kriteria pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah diterima (Ha) jika thitung > dari ttabel, dan ditolak apabila thitung < dari ttabel. Dengan demikian (Ha) diterima, hal ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI (team accelerated instruction) memberi pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran sejarah siswa kelas X SMA Neger1Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat, dengan nilai r(xy)= 0.90. Juga untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan penyelesaian wanprestasi pada hak retensi dalam perjanjian pengadaan karoseri mobil. Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data skunder dan penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan hak retensi tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, perjanjian yang dilakukan secara lisan oleh para pihak memiliki resiko yang mengakibatkan wanprestasi dalam pelaksanaan hak retensi, dan beberapa faktor penyebab wanprestasi dalam pelaksanaan hak retensi adalah kesadaran para pihak dalam menjalankan kewajibannya dan juga kurang pahamnya para pihak mengenai pengaturan hak retensi. Once we clarify the mechanism of atomization induced by the supercavitation, we will be able to develop new atomizers in which the atomization mechanism is utilized more efficiently. Hence, this study has been conducted to clarify the mechanism in the 2D nozzle. As a result, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) The frequency of the shedding and collapse of cavitation clouds in the supercavitation regime agrees with that of strong turbulence near the exit; (2) When the trace of a cavitation cloud comes out of the 2D nozzle, a ligament is formed at the liquid jet interface; (3) Strong turbulence is produced by the collapse of cavitation clouds near the exit of the 2D nozzle.and induces ligament formation, which, in turn, causes liquid jet atomization. Empowerment is defined and examined using relevant resources of literatures and selected empirical referents that described empowerment as a complex and multidimensional concept. Within nursing context empowerment can be conceptualized as a combinations of attributes that relate to the empowerer (the client), and attributes that belong to the empowered (that can be both client and nurse). In a broad sense, empowerment is the process that involves two parties or more that are dynamic and multidimensional, where the activity is sharing power, and create mutual relationship, making it possible for people to increase their sense of control and can help optimize their independence. To clearly distinguish between empowerment and other concepts, related concepts are presented and by using related case we compared the concept with empowerment. The analysis demonstrates that the defining attributes of the concept are (1) a helping process, (2) A partnership which values self and others, (3) mutual decision making, identified resources and set goals, (4) opportunity and authority, (5) open communication, (6) freedom to make a choice and accept responsibility and (7) should come with honesty, openness and genuineness.   Antecedents of the concept are (1) respect, (2) trust, (3) education or previous knowledge or experience, (4) interpersonal and communication skills, (5) acceptance of people as they are, and (6) shared visions.  Consequences of empowerment are (1) enhanced and improved self esteem, (2) ability to set goals and reach goals, (3) a sense of control over life and change process, (4) a sense of hope for the future, (5) increase problem solving ability, (6) better communication and leadership skills, and (7) have the autonomy and responsibility. To understand the concept better all the defining attributes are identified and applied in the model case, while borderline, related and contrary case are also used to explicate the concept. Empirical referents were also provided. There are limited tools available to measure empowerment, which create the availability to develop tools to measure empowerment based on the context. In conclusion, empowerment is useful and significant concept for nursing practice, administration, education and research. Empowerment emphasizes in engaging the resources within self to create well - being. But sports alone is not enough to lose weight and it must be coupled with good eating pattern settings. The problem is many of us are very difficult to control our diet and it needs to be analyzed further. This research aims to carry out an analysis of the influence of aerobic gymnastics to weight loss without diet interventions given.  The subject was 15 women, aged 20-25 years old, have a normal body weight. The intervention provided in the form of gymnastic aerobics three times a week, performed for 45-minutes practice session, and each was given for 1 month. This research was a quasi experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Weight measurement was done before and after aerobic gymnastics given. The results indicated that the aerobic gymnastics for 1 month losing 0.73% of body  weight, but the decline was not statistically meaningful. This showed that aerobic gymnastics for 1 month for women in the age 20-25 years has started to give response, but the duration has not been enough to lose significantly of body weight. It was concluded that in order to lose or control body weight, besides  takes aerobic gymnastics with the duration of up to 1 month, it has to accompany with  diet arrangement. Mustafa Sabri, M.P.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ada tidaknya miskonsepsi guru Biologi SMAN dan buku teks Biologi kelas XI dan untuk mengetahui konsep manakah dalam materi sistem saraf yang menimbulkan miskonsepsi pada guru Biologi SMAN dan buku teks Biologi kelas XI. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN Kabupaten Nagan Raya yang terdiri dari 15 sekolah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 guru Biologi. Konsep yang diuji sebanyak 6 konsep. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes CRI (Certainty of Response Index) dan tes gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lebih dari setengah jumlah guru Biologi SMAN di Kabupaten Nagan Raya mengalami miskonsepsi pada materi sistem saraf. Sebanyak 78,13% guru Biologi mengalami miskonsepsi (tes CRI) dan 56,25% guru Biologi mengalami miskonsepsi dalam memahami gambar sel neuron. Kelompok konsep yang menimbulkan miskonsepsi pada guru Biologi adalah struktur dan fungsi neuron, impuls saraf, sistem saraf pusat, sistem saraf tepi, gerak, dan kelainan pada sistem saraf. Dari 7 buku teks yang digunakan disekolah teridentifikasi miskonsepsi pada konsep struktur dan fungsi neuron, impuls saraf, sistem saraf pusat, dan sistem saraf tepi.Kata kunci: Miskonsepsi guru, miskonsepsi buku teks Biologi, sistem saraf.
