Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah memanfaatkan lahan di area Pasar Seni sehingga mampu mengakomodir segala aktivitas yang ada di dalamnya. Lokasi perancangan Pasar Seni terletak di Jalan Sultan Iskandar Muda Ulhee Lheu, Banda Aceh. Tujuan utama dari perancangan ini adalah menjadikan suatu tempat yang dapat menyatukan para perajin dan seniman Aceh dan sebagai tempat promosi serta mempelajari berbagai hasil kerajinan dan kesenian yang ada, serta sebagai wadah inovasi bagi bara seniman yang ingin berkreasi.Proses perancangan ini diawali dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dengan melihat kondisi fisik dari lokasi perancangan, studi literatur dan studi banding dari berbagai sumber mengenai objek sejenis yang berhubungan dengan Pasar Seni. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah yang timbul dalam perancangan dengan pertimbangan kondisi tapak, peraturan pemerintah setempat dan kriteria perancangan. However,  we lost about  20,000 people by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake tsunami.  It makes clear that we never rescue the people from the tsunami only by an early warming syste. In February 2004, a research team of Nagoya University was coming to Banda Aceh to investigate the disaster on th 2004 Sumatra earthquake tsunami (I was a research member of Nagoya University  at the 2004 Sumatra earthquake, and joint the research team  since the first field survey in 2012). Not only the natural scientists but also the humanities’ scientists, including Indonesians join the research team, and field researches in Aceh have been continued every year until now. As results of the research, eight annual reports totally to 1,000 pages and four books, including writings in Indonesia are published. Through the first interviews in Banda Aceh, we understand that not so many peo- ple remained the tsunami coming after the earthquake felt, and when they watched the tsunami they never shouted ”Tsunami!”. They shouted out,”Sea is ascending”. As re- sults, there are many fatalities by the tsunami along the coastlines.They had no time to evacuate from the tsunami, because they started the evacuation after they watched the attacking tsunami. In one village, only the people going out the village to the down-town were saving their lives. This study was conducted to determine the perceptions of residents in Pasay City towards household poisoning, using a quantitative descriptive design, through a survey-interview data collection method. The study found that 58% of the respondents perceived improper food preparation as the most common source of poisoning, while 14% reported the absence of poisonous substances in their homes. Only 64% reported seeking medical consult as a priority intervention. Lastly, 83% identified proper labeling as a prevention method for poisoning. The researchers recommend increased public awareness regarding household poisoning, more visibility of therole of NPMCC in the community, and a second interventional phase of the study. Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, bagaimana keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, apakah penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan bagaimana respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa; (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran; dan (4) Respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran plantet question. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X-4 SMA Negeri 11 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 27 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar (evaluasi) siswa, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran plantet question yang telah dilaksanakan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) Aktivitas guru dan siswa antara siklus I sampai siklus II terjadi peningkatan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada siklus II dari aspek yang diamati semua aspek telah sesuai dengan ketentuan waktu ideal, (2) Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran plantet question meningkat dari kategori sedang menjadi sangat baik, (3) Model pembelajaran plantet question dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui komposisi jenis-jenis pohon dan mengetahui struktur hutan Kaye Unoe desa Blang Geunang Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode survey dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik kuadrat dan penetapan lokasi sampling secara sistematik. Parameter vegetasi yang diukur mencakup kerapatan, frekuensi, dan dominansi setiap jenis pohon. Analisis data dengan cara menghitung nilai penting, indeks keragaman dan menghitung volume pohon.
