Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil penderita retinopati hipertensi pada pasien hipertensi di Poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Poli Penyakit Dalam Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling sebanyak 57 orang pasien hipertensi. Jumlah pasien dengan komplikasi retinopati hipertensi sebanyak 27 pasien. Variabel yang diteliti adalah jenis kelamin, usia, derajat hipertensi dan lama menderita hipertensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pasien hipertensi dengan retinopati hipertensi berjenis kelamin perempuan lebih banyak dari pada pasien yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Usia pasien hipertensi yang mendapat komplikasi retinopati hipertensi lebih dominan diteumkan pada usia 60-69 tahun. Derajat II hipertensi paling banyak ditemukan pada pasien retinopati hipertensi. Lama menderita hipertensi dengan retinopati hipertensi paling banyak adalah < 5 tahun. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut secara mendalam dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian analitik dan menambah jumlah sampel dan variabel penelitian.Kata kunci: Retinopati hipertensi, hipertensi, funduskopi. Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi,, yaitu dalam hal terdakwa meninggal dunia sebelum putusan dijatuhkan dan terdapat bukti yang cukup kuat bahwa yang bersangkutan telah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi, maka hakim atas tuntutan penuntut umum menetapkan perampasan barang-barang yang telah disita, selanjutnya Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang, tetapi juga menggunakan instrumen- instrumen internasional seperti United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) 2003 yang diratifikasi dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2006. Namun, hal ini belum terlaksana dengan maksimal. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan proses pengembaliana aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi dan hal-hal yang harus disiapkan oleh pemerintah dan aparat penegak hukum agar pengembalian aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi dapat berjalan dengan baik.Untuk memperoleh data, dalam penulisan ini dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara memperlajari undang-undang, buku-buku, makalah, dan literatur-literatur yang ada kaitannya dengan judul tulisan ini.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pelaksanaan pengembalian hasil tindak pidana korupsi diawali dengan pelacakan aset baik yang ada di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Kemudian tahap pembekuan aset yang dilakukan agar aset tidak berpindah untuk kemudian dilaksanannya tahap perampasan aset. Dalam tahap yang ketiga yaitu penyitaan aset yang merupakan kelanjutan dari tahap pembekuan dan perampasan aset sebelum dilakukan penyitaan untuk selanjutnya dapat dilakukan penyerahan aset dari negara penerima kepada negara korban. Perintah penyitaan ini dikeluarkan oleh pengadilan atau badan yang berwenang dari negara penerima setelah ada putusan pengadilan yang menjatuhkan pidana pada pelaku tindak pidana. Agar pengembalian aset ini dapat berjalan dengan baik maka Indonesia harus segera mengesahkan RUU Perampasan Aset, penggunaan upaya pengembalian aset secara NCB sebagai alternatif, menggunakan lembaga kepailitan sebagai alternative pengembalian aset hasil tindak pidana korupsi, dan pengefektifan RUPBASAN sebagai badan pengembalian aset. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IA 1 yang berjumlah 32 orang, terdiri dari 8 orang siswa laki-laki dan 24 orang siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 28 Agustus sampai dengan tanggal 5 oktober 2013. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes tertulis, lembar observasi, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen melalui pendekatan lesson study pada materi penentuan sifat koligatif larutan diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal, keaktifan siswa, dan tanggapan positif siswa secara berurutan adalah 84,37%, 87,50%, dan 85,00%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen melalui pendekatan lesson study pada materi penentuan sifat koligatif larutan di kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Banda Aceh tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 menghasilkan ketuntasan belajar, aktivitas, dan tanggapan positif siswa termasuk dalam katagori sangat baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok pola faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor perlakuan yaitu dosis biochar (0, 10 dan 15 ton ha-1), kompos kulit kopi (0, 10, 15 dan 20 ton ha-1). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan biochar dapat memperbaiki kualitas tanah dan hasil tanaman kentang pada tanah Inceptisol yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan kandungan C-organik, kejenuhan basa, porositas tanah dan berat umbi perumpun. perlakuan biochar dan kompos kulitkopi memberikan pengaruh interaksi terhadap p-tersedia, permeabilitas dan berat umbi per plot. The pulp that is used in this research is pulp from Oil Palm Frond (OPF). Pulping method that was carried out in this research is the kraft pulping which was undergo in 4 different conditions (20% NaOH: 20% Na2S; 20% NaOH, 30% Na2S; 30% NaOH, 20% Na2S and 30% NaOH, 30% Na2S). The beating process is carried out using PFI Mill Beater and five amounts of beating were imposed to each pulp (0, 250, 500, 750 and 1500 rotations). From the result obtained, the freeness (CSF) of the pulp was decreased against the increasing amount of beating. The optimum amount of beating is at 1500 rotations for tensile strength (5981.1 N/m), bursting strength (660.72 kPa) and folding endurance (915). For tearing resistance (730.23 mN), the optimum amount of beating is at 250 rotations. Beating also contributes to reduce the brightness and the opacity too. The result show that suitable beating stage for kraft OPF pulp is at 1500 rotations, because almost all testing give optimum or closely to optimum result at this amount of beating.
