Infeksi ini merupakan salah satu penyebab meningkatnya angka kesakitan (morbidity) dan angka kematian (mortality) di rumah sakit. Salah satu jenis infeksi nosokomial adalah infeksi nosokomial saluran kemih (INSK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis bakteri dan sensitivitas antibiotik penyebab INSK di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif melalui observasi laboratorium. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien yang dirawat di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin dalam periode Juli-Oktober 2012 yang menggunakan kateter urin > 48 jam dan tidak mempunyai penyakit dasar ISK. Penderita ISK yang telah dilakukan isolasi dan identifikasi serta uji sensitivitas antibiotik selanjutnya dilakukan pengumpulan data lanjutan untuk menentukan INSK. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 16 pasien adalah INSK. Pola kuman penyebab INSK didapatkan yaitu Eschericia coli (31,25%), diikuti dengan Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella sp, Enterobacter sp, Pseudomonas sp masing-masing sebanyak 12,5%, Klebsiella pneumonia sebesar 6,25% dan Streptococcus Grup D 12,5%. Sensitivitas bakteri Gram negatif penyebab INSK terhadap antibiotik pada umumnya dibawah 70% kecuali meropenem yaitu 78,57%. Sementara itu, bakteri Gram positif yang diperoleh telah resisten terhadap antibiotik golongan penicillin, polipeptida, lincosamides, cephalosporin generasi III dan kinolon (fluorokinolon). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa bakteri penyebab INSK di RSUD dr. Light fishing in Pandeglang Banten has significantly developed in number of fishing fleet and using of lamp technology. The fishing ground of light fishing fleet dispersed from Labuan until Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon. The aim of this research is to map the fishing ground of light fishing using VIIRS-DNB data at August to November 2014. This research use descriptive analysis with case study on fishing ground of ligt fishing using VIIRS-DNB data in Pandeglang waters. The results show the fishing ground of light fishing at August to November spread from Lada Bay, Lesung Cape, Sumur District, selamat Datang Bay, until Panaitan Strait. In November, the numbers of fishing fleet have significantly decreased. The loft ofwind velocity in Sunda Strait caused big waves in Pandeglang waters. Moreover, light fishing fleet also move from coastal water to the sea to find the ideal depth.The fluctuation of fishing ground at August to November 2014 influenced by monsoon circulation that effectto current and water masses circulation there. Perikanan lampu di perairan Pandeglang Banten telah mengalami perkembangan yang signifikan baik dalam jumlah armada maupun teknologi lampu yang digunakan. Daerah penangkapan armada perikanan lampu tersebar mulai dari perairan Labuan hingga Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan daerah perikanan lampu di perairan Pandeglang menggunakan data VIIRS-DNB yang mampu mendeteksi radiasi yang dihasilkan oleh lampu yang digunakan untuk menarik perhatian ikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan studi kasus berupa sebaran daerah perikanan lampu di perairan Pandeglang menggunakan data VIIRS-DNB. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada Bulan Agustus hingga November, daerah perikanan lampu tersebar mulai dari perairan Teluk Lada, Tanjung Lesung, Sumur, Teluk Selamat Datang hingga Selat Panaitan. Pada Bulan November, jumlah armada perikanan lampu mengalami penurunan yang signifikan. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh perubahan kecepatan angin di perairan Selat Sunda yang berakibat pada tingginya gelombang di perairan Pandeglang. Selain itu, armada perikanan lampu juga tersebar lebih ke arah lautan untuk mencari kedalaman yang lebih tinggi. Perubahan daerah penangkapan perikanan lampu sepanjang Bulan Agustus-November 2014 sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh angin muson yang berdampak pada perubahan arus massa air di Selat Sunda. Penelitian dilaksanakan Kebun Percobaan Balai Pelatihan Pertanian Saree Kecamatan Lembah Seulawah, Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian dilakukan dalam percobaan pot yang ditempatkan di lapangan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri atas 2 (dua) faktor yaitu kompos tithonia terdiri 4 taraf yaitu 0, 20, 30, 40 ton ha-1 dan pupuk kandang terdiri 3 taraf yaitu 0, 5, dan 10 ton ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kompos tithonia dan pupuk kandang berpengaruh terhadap perbaikan sifat-sifat kimia tanah padsolik merah kuning dan peningkatan pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai. Terjadi peningkatan pH H2O, N-total, P-tersedia, Cadd, Kdd, Mgdd, Nadd, KTK, dan Kejenuhan Basa. Penurunan terjadi pada kandungan Aldd, Hdd, Al-P, dan Fe-P. Pada pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai terjadi peningkatan tinggi tanaman (15 HST, 30 HST, 45 HST), bobot 100 biji, dan jumlah polong per tanaman. Kombinasi perlakuan 40 ton ha-1 kompos tithonia dan 10 to ha-1 pupuk kandang merupakan kombinasi perlakuan yang baik terhadap peningkatan kadar P tersedia dan pertumbuhan kedelai. Interaksi terjadi pada pH H2O, Hdd, N-total, Fe-P, Cadd, dan tinggi tanaman (15 HST, 30 HST, 45 HST). The objective of the present study was to analyze the budgetary trends and the effectiveness of fisheries subsidies in Aceh Besar district. The literature and survey methods were utilized in this study. The secondary data of Aceh Besar’s budget documents in the period of 2010-2012 and key person interviews with fishermen leaders were conducted to analysis the subsidy trend and fishermen perception. The data was collected in May through July 2012. The results showed the budget allocation to the fisheries sector were increased from year to year, in 2010 the total budget for the fisheries sector was Rp1, 9 billions (equivalent to 0.34% of total buget or 1.40% of the development budget allocation/indirect consumption), in it was increased to Rp2, 9 billion in 2011 (or 0.42% of total budget or 1.47% of the development budget allocation), then increased sharply in 2012 to Rp9, 2 billion (an increase of over 630%) from the previous year, equivalent to 1.11% of the total budget. In 2010, the proportion of subsidies were given mostly for aquaculture sub-sector, which reached 84% of the total budget that was managed by the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Aceh Besar, whereas in 2011 the proportion of subsidies occurred balance between aquaculture and capture fishery sub sectors. However, in 2012 most of the budget DKP Aceh Besar (63%) was allocated to the capture fishery sub-sector. The results of the study showed that fisheries subsidies by the Government of Aceh Besar district especially in the last two years have not yet met the criteria of sustainable fisheries subsidies. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat gambaran penggunaan lensa kontak pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Dokter Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh yang menggunakan lensa kontak dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode quota sampling sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pengguna lensa kontak adalah perempuan (97%) dan berusia > 18 tahun (80%). Lensa kontak yang paling banyak dipakai adalah jenis lensa kontak lunak (97%), lensa kontak dengan pola penggunaan harian (99%), dan dengan jangka waktu penggunaan 1-6 bulanan (62%). This research examines the influence of ENSO (El Niño and Southern Oscillation) in the Malacca Strait with the southern oscillation index using the Pacific Ocean in determining the condition of Normal, El Niño and La Nina as the analysis of mass transpor of sea water, sea surface elevation and the density of the sea. The research methods using the Navier-Stokes equations with force generating tides, winds from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction (NCEP) Year 1980- 007, salinity(Levitus and Boyer, 1994a) and temperature (Levitus and Boyer, 1994b). Equations of motion of the sea water were modeled with the model of Hamburg Shelf Ocean Model (HAMSOM). The results show that the transport in northwestern part of the Malacca Strait is lower, but in the southeastern part is stronger compared to that of in Normal and La Nina events. While in Sea Level Elevation at El Niño event is lower compared to that of in Normal and La Nina events. For sea surface density, the density values are 18.5 s/d 20.5 kg/m3 while for the later 30-50 m, the values are 19-21 kg/m3. Sea surface density and density for layer 30-50 m in th southeastern part of Malacca Strait for El Niño events are higher than that of in normal and La Nina event. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran team games tuornament. (2) Keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran team games tuornament. (3) Respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dengan penerapan model pembelajaran team games tuornament. (4) Aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mencerminkan keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran team games tuornament. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Baitussalam yang berjumlah 23 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes, observasi dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan kelas dan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan (1) Menunjukkan adanya peningkatan ketuntasan rata-rata pada hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat secara individual, RPP-I hanya 16 siswa yang tuntas, secara klasikal 60%, RPP-II mengalami kenaikan menjadi 21 siswa yang tuntas, secara klasikal 90%. Aktivitas guru dan siswa telah mencerminkan pelaksanaan model team games tuornament. (3) Keterampilan guru dalam menerapkan model team games tuornament telah mengalami peningkatan, yaitu siklus I (2,58) sedang, siklus II (3,59) baik sekali, dan (4) Respon rata-rata siswa terhadap model team games tuornament yaitu 83% baru, 96% menarik, 100% memahami dan 100% berminat. Disarankan kepada guru geografi untuk menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif team games tuornament pada meteri yang dianggap sesuai. Numerical hydrodynamics model MOHID based on General Ocean Turbulence Model formula was used to study the tidal current in Makassar waters. The data used in this model are tidal elevation and bathymetry data from GEBCO. The tidal current simulation was conducted for 30 days. Model simulation results show that the tidal current velocity ranged between 0,001 m/s – 0,012 m/s. The current velocity during neap tide is smaller than the velocity during spring tide. The pattern of tidal current in Makassar waters is dominantly flows towards westward and then turned heading northward direction. The simulation result of tide-induced residual current in verification point shows that the flows is ebb-dominant at a rate of 0,005 m/s heading westward direction.
