Hasil penelitian dengan ujichi-square didapatkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara motivasi intrinsik denganpenerapan perilaku caring kepada pasien di ruang rawat inap kelas III RSUDZATahun 2014 (p-value 0,681). Hasil untuk setiap dimensi-dimensi motivasiintrinsik adalah tidak terdapat hubungan antara prestasi (p-value 0,576), pekerjaan(p-value 0,434), tanggung jawab (p-value 0,097), dan kemungkinan bertumbuh(p-value 0,927) dengan penerapan perilaku caring kepada pasien. Sedangkanuntuk dimensi pengakuan dan kemajuan, terdapat hubungan antara pengakuan(p-value 0,002) dan kemajuan (p-value 0,015) dengan penerapan perilakucaring kepada pasien. Kebiasaan merokok dapat mengganggu kesehatan remaja dan ini di pengaruhi oleh pola asuh orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua, baik itu otoriter, demokratis dan permisif dengan kebiasaan merokok pada remaja di Desa Tibang Banda Aceh. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelatif, Metode pengambilan sampel di lakukan secara total sampling dengan jumlah responden 40 remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner berupa 15 item pernyataaan dalam bentuk skala likert dan satu pertanyaan dalam bentuk multiple choice. Data di analisis dengan uji chi-square menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan 15% remaja mempunyai orang tua dengan pola asuh otoriter, 17,5% permisif dan 67,5% demokratis. Sebanyak 17 remaja (42,5%) tidak merokok, 3 remaja (7,5%) perokok ringan dan 20 remaja (50,0%) perokok berat. Diketahui juga bahwa ada hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kebiasaan merokok pada remaja di Desa Tibang Banda Aceh (p=0,023). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan tanggal 20 Agustus 2012 - 23 September 2012. Analisa data dilakukan dengan komputer dengan menggunakan rumus Uji-t paired sample. Hasil penelitian didapatkan, ada perbedan pemahaman tentang deteksi dini  demam pada bayi 0-12 bulan tentang  gejala dan tanda-tanda sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan (P value 0.00). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu model aktivitas berbasis pada indikator yang dapat mengarah pada perbaikan kemampuan pompa jantung yaitu tekanan darah (sistole, diastole, rata-rata) Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh model aktivitas dan latihan klien gagal jantung terhadap tekanan darah (sistole, diastole dan rata-rata). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasy Experiment tanpa kontrol group. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan pembuluh darah Harapan Kita Jakarta. Populasi sampel adalah klien gagal jantung sebanyak 24 orang, dengan Kriteria inklusi: fraksi ejeksi < 40%, tekanan darah sistole 80 – 120 mmHg, diastole  60 – 80 mmHg. Klasifikasi fungsionil:  II dan III,   mendapat terapi pengobatan gagal jantung Standar (Angiotension Converting enzymes - inhibitor, beta blockers, diuretic, digitalis),  tidak ada disritmia yang mengancam kehidupan/bersifat fatal, infark tidak luas dan non elivasi segmen ST, usia 30 –70 tahun, mendapat izin dari dokter. Setiap responden di berikan model aktivitas dan latihan selama 6 hari di rumah sakit. Intensitas latihan di ukur dengan skala Borg. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada perbedaan tekanan darah sistole, diastole dan rata-rata sebelum dan sesudah intervensi aktivitas dan latihan. Dengan intensitas latihan pada fase akut selama dirumah sakit (inpatient) adalah ringan. A randomized completely block design with 5 treatments and 3 replications was used in this research. The treatments were (1) dark green fruit, 42 days after anthesis (DAA), (2) yellowish green fruit, 47 DAA, (3) fully green fruit, 52 DAA, (4) brownish yellow fruit, 57 DAA, and (5) dark brown fruit, 62 DAA. The results showed that jathropa seed was physiologically mature at 57 DAA with criteria: fruit color was brownish yellow, fruit skin was soft and easily hand-opened, and seed was black. These were also supported by seed dry weight, germination percentage, germination rate and first count germination. Vierh.ABSTRACT. Avicennia marina seed has been classified a highly recalcitrant that need the right handling for maintaining seed viability. The objective og this study was to investigate physiological, biochemical, anatomical changes at various drying rate, fast, medium and slow drying. Seed moisture content, germination percentage, speed of germination, index of vigor, time to reach 50% germination, electrolyte leachates, oligosaccharide content were determined, and anatomical of embryonic axes was observed at various times durng desiccation. The result of the experiment show that the moisture content of A. marina seed was 60.75-64.67% at shedding. Time to reach the lowest moisture content (32-33%) at fast, medium and slow drying were 6, 10 and 14 days, respectively. First and final count in germination test were 13 and 22 days. Critical moisture content of seed based on time to reach 50% viability (P50) were 37.25, 43.28, and 45.92% for fast, medium and slow drying, respectively. The critical moisture content based on speed of germination were 36.51, 42.47, and 45.01% for fast, medium and slow drying, respectively.
