Jumlah leukosit dapat dijadikan alat bantu diagnostik dan prognostik berbagai penyakit termasuk stroke, khususnya pada pusat pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak memiliki fasilitas CT-scan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara volume perdarahan dengan jumlah leukosit pada stroke hemoragik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional. Subjek penelitian diambil dengan metode consecutive sampling dengan jumlah responden 35 orang penderita stroke hemoragik tipe perdarahan intraserebral yang dirawat inap di Ruang Saraf RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin periode Oktober 2011-Februari 2012. Data dianalisis secara bivariat dengan metode produk- momen Pearson. Berdasarkan analisis data, terdapat hubungan antara jumlah leukosit dengan volume perdarahan pada stroke hemoragik dengan korelasi r=0,365 (p=0,031). The goal’s study to determine the fields level effect toward the effective rainfall and to determine the amount of effective rainfall for rice in the study area. The case study is in the Blang Bintang village, Aceh Besar district. The data is used the fields level, planting season, rainfall, air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and solar radiation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tinggi pematang sawah terhadap curah hujan efektif dan untuk mengetahui besarnya curah hujan efektif untuk padi di daerah penelitian. Lokasi penelitian terletak di daerah Blang Bintang, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Data yang digunakan adalah tinggi pematang sawah, musim tanam, curah hujan, temperatur udara, kelembaban relatif, kecepatan angin, dan penyinaran matahari. Tinggi pematang sawah rata-rata di lokasi adalah 18 cm. Uji kesamaan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik uji t. Hasil pembuktian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tinggi pematang sawah berpengaruh terhadap besarnya curah hujan efektif. Nilai curah hujan efektif dengan memperhitungkan tinggi pematang sawah pada probabilitas kejadian 80% berkisar antara 10,4 – 104,8 mm/bulan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Visual Sensus pada dua kedalaman (3-4m dan 6-8 m) dengan tiga pengulangan pada masing-masing kedalaman. Hasil identifikasi ditemukan sebanyak 8 spesies ikan dari genus Chaetodon pada kedalaman 3-4 meter dan 11 spesies pada kedalaman 6-8 meter. Total individu yang ditemukan sebanyak 83 individu pada kedalaman 3-4 meter dan 117 individu pada kedalaman 6-8 meter. Nilai indeks keragaman pada kedalaman 3-4 meter berkisar antara 0,3 sampai 1,1(rendah sampai sedang), dan pada kedalaman 6-8 meter antara 0,3 sampai 1,6 (rendah sampai sedang).Nilai indeks keseragaman pada kedalaman 3-4 berkisar antara 0,3 sampai 1 (tertekan sampai stabil) pada kedalaman 6-8 meter nilai keseragaman antara 0,3 sampai 0,9 (tertekan sampai stabil). This study was done in September 2012 to March 2013. The data was taken in eight locations, namely in Amat Aramanyang, Lampuuk, Pulau Dituan, Lhok Ketapang, Lhok Seudu, Leupung, Pulo Aceh, and Lamteng. This study was done by using Visual Census Method in two different depth (3-4 m and 6-8m) with three replication in each depth. The result found 8 species of fish in 3-4 m depth and 11 species in 6-8 m depht. The total individualsof fish that was found were 83 individuals in 3-4 m depht and 117 individuals in 6-8 m depth. The diversity index in 3-4 m depth ranged 0.3 to 1.1 where this value included in low category to medium category and in 6-8 m depth ranged 0.3 to 1.6 where thie value included in low catagory to medium. The evennes index value in 3-4 m depth ranged from 0.32 to 1 that implied to pressured category to stable category and in 6-8 m depth ranged from 0.3 to 0.9 that implied to preassured to stable category. In order to obtain nanocrystalline metal particles encapsulated by crystalline or amorphous carbon, mechanosynthesis of zirconium-carbonaceous composites and alkali metal-carbonaceous composites was performed. For zirconium-carbonaceous composites, only zirconium-carbon black composite absorbed more hydrogen than expected for a mere mixture with the same composition. The higher hydrogen capacity on the zirconium-carbon black composite would be due to some specific sites on the carbonaceous material created during the milling. Another effect of the composite formation was stabilization of zirconium, that is, the composites did not ignite in air. On alkali metal-carbonaceous composites, carbon black has superior effect in composite formation compared with graphite in which some cooperative effect was only detected on alkali metal-carbon black composite. The effect of the carbonaceous composite formation was resistance to air and anti-sticking characteristics to balls and the wall of the vial during the ball milling.
