ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2012ABSTRAKPasien dengan dengan tirah baring yang mana pasien yang lama dapat mengalami pneumonia akibat dari penumpukan sekret pada mukosa saluran pernapasan, oleh karena itu perawat pelaksana harus memiliki pengetahuan untuk mencegah terjadinya penumpukan secret yang menyebabkan terjadinya pneumonia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat pelaksana dengan pencegahan pneumonia pada pasien tirah baring di Ruang Rawat Inap Kelas III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah descriptive corelational dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional sampling, menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 responden. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dengan pernyataan dalam bentuk multiple choise dan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat pelaksana tentang konsep dasar dengan pencegahan pneumonia pada pasien tirah baring dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan perawat pelaksana tentang asuhan keperawatan dengan pencegahan pneumonia pada pasien tirah baring. Didapatkan gambaran bahwa perawat pelaksana mempunyai pengetahuan baik. Hasil analisa bivariat menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang konsep dasar dengan pencegahan pneumonia nilai p-value 0,014 dan pengetahuan tentang asuhan keperawatan dengan pencegahan nilai p-value 0.009. The aims of the research were to evaluate soil characteristics, to study land suitability and to propose recommendation of land use and rehabilitation of the tsunami affected agricultural area in Lhoknga Sub District. The result showed that soil textures were varied from very coarse at the area near to the coastline to rather fine at the area far from the coast. The soil structures of topsoil was generally plate and blocky, while that of subsoil was generally massive. The quality of irrigation water in was still suitable for crops, the pH of water was neutral and low in salinity (0,4 mS cm-1). The water quality of wells was high (good) and water quality of drainage and surface water was low (rather bad). Water quality of wells was good enough, indicated by low water salinity (0,26-0,78 mS cm-1) and  low of SAR value. The recommendations for land reclamation were (1) cleaning and repairing of irrigation and drainage channel  (2) leaching of salinity in topsoil from soil profile by flooding method (basin irrigation) or furrow irrigation,  (3) constructing the ditches for cultivation in managing the excess of salinity, (4) establishing ditches for paddy, and (5) removing the sediment above the topsoil. Geografi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di tingkat SMA. Secara umum siswa memandang geografi sebagai pelajaran yang kurang menarik. Hal ini di sebabkan pembelajaran geografi berlangsung secara konvensional dengan ceramah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat siswa dalam belajar geografi. Demonstrasi yaitu metode pembelajar dengan pengamatan langsung yang menjadikan siswa lebih berkonsentrasi pada materi dan membuat siswa lebih aktif. Demonstrasi akan membantu guru dalam memberikan penjelasan, penjelasan guru-pun akan mudah dimengerti oleh siswa. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar geografi antara metode demonstrasi dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa SMA Negeri 7 Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar geografi antara metode demonstrasi dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa SMA Negeri 7 Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X, sedangkan sampel adalah siswa kelas X5 jumlahnya 26 siswa dan siswa kelas X6 jumlahnya 24 siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t, hasil penelitian thitung = 1,92 sedangkan ttabel yaitu 1,68. kriteria pengujian adalah terima Ha jika: thitung > ttabel. Dengan demikian, dapat dinyatakan bahwa hasil belajar geografi siswa dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi lebih baik dibandingkan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Solid waste consists of shell, empty fruit bunch, and palm fiber. Solid waste was obtained from palm oil manufactory in Tanjung Semantok,  Aceh province. The objective of this research was to investigate the chemical components in liquid smoke obtained from various palm oil solid waste. Sample was pyrolyzed at 500°C for 5 hours by using tube furnace reactor type 21100 which is equipped by thermolyne as temperature adjustment. The yield of pyrolysis from shell, empty fruit bunch and palm fiber are 52,02; 29,59; and 34,88%, respectively. The results showed that 27; 13 and 11 compounds of chemical were observed in liquid smoke obtained by pyrolysis of shell, empty fruit bunch, and palm fiber, respectively.
