The method used in this research was Total Plate Count (TPC). Nine sachets (400 g/sachet) of milk powder was used as many as This experiments used Split Plot Design, comprised three factors, storage factor (P1, P2 and P3), time of serving factor (morning and evening), and shelf life factor (day of 1st-7th). Each treatment consisted of three sachets of milk powder. Storage factors comprised P1 (sachets packaging contained of milk powder were placed into the glass bottle container), P2 (sachets packaging contained of milk powder were placed into glass botlle with spoon inside, and P3 (sachets packaging contained of milk powder with spoon inside were not placed into the glass bottle container). The results of this research showed that storage factors and time of serving did not sifnificantly (P>0,05) affect on the microbial count of milk powder, but shelf life factor significanly (P<0,01) affected on microbial count of milk powder at day of 1th and 7th. Milk powder in sachet packs (400 grams) has  been opened, with or without spoon in the sachet and more than five days of shelf life can increase the total number of microbes, which was exceed TPC decision at 5x104 CFU/grams of milk powder. Indikator dari berhasil tidaknya seorang guru dalam mengaplikasikan kemampuan profesionalnya dapat dilihat dari prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan profesional guru bidang studi PAI dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada SD Negeri 1 simpang Peut Kec. Kuala Kab. Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru bidang studi PAI, kepala sekolah, wakil bidang kurikulum dan ketua kelompok kerja guru (KKG). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan analisis deskriptif secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sebagian besar guru bidang studi PAI SD Negeri 1 Simpang Peut Kec. Kuala Kab. Nagan Raya masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan dalam merencanakan program pembelajaran, hal ini tergambar dari dokumentasi yang diperlihatkan guru bidang studi PAI berupa rencana program pengajaran yang berisi tentang tujuan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian materi, penggunaan media, skenario kegiatan, dan prosedur penilaian; (2) Secara umum guru bidang studi PAI SD Negeri 1 Simpang Peut Kec. Kuala Kab. Nagan Raya telah memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan guru bidang studi PAI dalam hal pengelolaan ruang, fasilitas belajar, pelaksanaan PBM, dan interaksi di kelas, Namun demikian pemahaman guru bidang studi PAI terhadap penggunaan media pembelajaran masih sangat terbatas; dan (3) Sebagian guru pada guru bidang studi PAI SD Negeri 1 Simpang Peut Kec. The ability to evacuate a huge number of people within a very limited amount of time is certainly required. Evacuation drills are therefore necessary to acquire an optimal escape strategy. Unfortunately, we have to deal with both financial and practicalchallenges for conducting a regular and meaningful drill. To overcome these challenges, one solution would be to develop the evacuation simulation model. Despite its limitation to mimic the real-life situations, simulation may provide practical ways of minimizing the negative consequences as well as useful insights to escape strategy. In this paper, we describe a conceptual model of multiagent based tsunami evacuation simulation (TES). The model formulation and description would follow the ODD (Overview, Design concepts, andDetails) protocol, which is a standard protocol widely used by agent-based modellers. The proposed model may serve as a framework for TES that offers the following features: estimate the clearing time or the time needed by people to leave the tsunami inundation area, and identify the potential bottleneck or congestion locations. Hewan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mencit strain Balb C umur 3-4 bulan dengan berat badan 25-35 gram sebanyak 27 ekor yang dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok perlakuan, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 9 ekor mencit yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif, kelompok gerusan daun kedondong dengan aquabides dan kelompok gerusan daun kedondong dengan santan kental. Luka bakar dibuat dengan menggunakan solder listrik pada daerah abdomen dengan diameter 1,5 cm. Perawatan luka bakar dilakukan dua kali sehari dengan tiga perlakuan yang berbeda. Pengambilan sampel kulit mencit dilakukan pada hari ke-7, 14 dan 21. Parameter yang diamati adalah distribusi jaringan ikat kolagen yang terbentuk pada proses penyembuhan luka bakar yang diobati dengan tiga perlakuan yang berbeda. Hasil pengamatan mikroskopis pada masing-masing kelompok dilaporkan secara deskriptif, menunjukkan bahwa jaringan parut yang terbentuk pada kulit yang diolesi gerusan daun kedondong dengan santan kental lebih sedikit dan jaringan ikat kolagen yang terbentuk lebih padat dan kompak dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol negatif dan kelompok gerusan daun kedondong dengan aquabides. Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2011-12-30 Description An account of the resource The inclusion of metals/alloys inside the pores of zeolite is of a great interest for developing composites with functional materials distributed in the intended fields. Zirconium-containing NaY5.7 zeolite samples with 1 wt% and 3 wt% metal loading were prepared using impregnation method. The starting material was commercial available NaY5.7 zeolite and zirconocene dichloride ((C5H5)2ZrCl2)as zirconium source and benzene as solvent. The characterization of samples was performed by X-ray diffraction (Rigaku RINT2000) using a Cu Kα radiation, nitrogen adsorption isotherms, hydrogen sorption isotherms and heats of sorption by a twin-conduction-type calorimeter (Tokyo Riko Co., Japan) equipped with a volumetric adsorption system at 298 K. The X-ray diffraction pattern reveals that the framework structure of zeolite is retained in the calcination condition performed and the metallic form of zirconium exists on zeolite particles. The nitrogen adsorption isotherm for the zirconium-containing NaY5.7 zeolite was similar to that for the untreated zeolite which indicates that Zr-NaY sample retains its structure even after the heat treatment at higher temperature. The hydrogen sorption on Zr-NaY5.7 zeolite was brought about by a combination of formation of solid solution inside zeolite pores and hydridation of zirconium species. The inclusion of zirconium inside the framework of NaY5.7 zeolite has increased the amount of occluded hydrogen on all synthesized samples. NaY5.7 zeolite itself could occlude hydrogen approximately 0.097 mmol H2/gr at low hydrogen pressure of 80 kPa. Zirconium-NaY5.7 zeolite system, which resided zirconium nanoparticles inside the pores of zeolite, could be one of alternative composites to be used for hydrogen sorbing materials providing water resistance.
