Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pengujian hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus dan unbalanced panel data, ada 54 populasi sasaran yang menjadi objek untuk diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan berakhir per 31 Desember yang dipublikasikan oleh pusat referensi pasar modal yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan current ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan struktur modal yang diukur dengan DER mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Adapun manfaat yang bisa diperoleh dari penulisan LKP ini untuk menambah wawasan penulis tentang kredit macet, untuk menyumbang pendapat dan saran yang berguna bagi pihak yang memerlukan pemahaman tentang kredit macet, agar perusahaan dapat mengambil hal-hal positif demi kemajuannya dimasa yang akan datang. Penulis menyelesaikan LKP ini dengan memperoleh data melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi dan melakukan wawancara di PD BPR Mustaqim Sukamakmur Kantor Pusat Banda Aceh.Kredit modal kerja terdiri dari kredit modal kerja (KMK) ekspor, KMK perdagangan dalam negeri, KMK industri, KMK perkebunan, kehutanan dan Peternakan, KMK prasarana/jasa-jasa. Adapun beberapa hal yang menjadi penyebab dari kredit macet, yaitu nasabah beritikad yang tidak baik, nasabah menyalah gunakan kredit yang diperoleh, nasabah kurang mampu mengelola usahanya, lemahnya pengawasan, faktor ekonomi, kurangnya kesadaran dari pihak nasabah (debitur), lemahnya jaminan kredit. Prosedur dalam menyelesaikan kredit macet dilakukan dengan cara pendekatan personal dan penyelamatan kredit. Pada tahap penyelamatan kredit pihak bank melakukan Rescheduling (penjadwalan kembali), Reconditioning (persyaratan kembali), Restructuring (penataan kembali). Adapun surat peringatan diberikan dalam 3 (tiga) tahap selang waktu 7 (tujuh) hari, dalam SP I, SP II, dan SP III tersebut dicantumkan jumlah tunggakan beserta bunga yang disampaikan melalui petugas kolektor. Penyitaan dan jual barang agunan ini adalah langkah akhir dari setiap langkah penyelesaian kredit yang dilakukan bank, dimana debitur sudah diberikan kelonggaran oleh bank guna menyelamatkan kredit dan agunannya, tetapi debitur tetap tidak mampu melaksanakan seluruh kewajibannya. Khusus untuk barang bergerak seperti sepeda motor, bank akan melakukan penyitaan sesuai ketentuan dan menjualnya sendiri. Tetapi untuk barang agunan bergerak seperti mobil tetap diserahkan ke lembaga lelang negara. Sedangkan untuk barang agunan tetap seperti tanah dan bangunan akan dilakukan oleh lembaga lelang negara dengan diminta lebih awal oleh pihak bank seperti yang telah dibahas diatas tentang pelelangan. This study was designed to determine the potential of tempeh extract in improving the quality bone in premenopausal conditions, and to compare the natural product of tempeh extract with commerciallyavailable hormones (genistein, ethinylestradiol, and somatotropin).
