Model matematika ini merupakan model kemoterapi kanker pertama yang menjadikan toksisitas obat kumulatif sebagai salah satu kendala pada kemoterapi kanker. Fungsi tujuan pada model Martin adalah meminimumkan jumlah sel kanker pada waktu akhir pengobatan dengan beberapa kendala berupa perubahan indikator sel normal serta tingkat konsentrasi obat dalam tubuh terhadap waktu. Pada penelitian ini, fungsi tujuan pada model Martin dimodifikasi, berupa meminimumkan tingkat pemberian dosis obat selama pengobatan kemoterapi berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan solusi optimal dari model Martin yang telah dimodifikasi fungsi tujuannya dengan menggunakan Tomlab PROPT serta dibandingkan hasil dari model Martin sebelum dan setelah dimodifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa grafik indikator sel normal, tingkat konsentrasi obat dalam tubuh, jumlah dosis obat yang diberikan, jumlah sel kanker dan sel normal. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh ternyata jumlah sel kanker lebih banyak berkurang sebelum dimodifikasi dibandingkan setelah dimodifikasi. Salah satu penyebab kegagalan kemoterapi yaitu tingginya toksisitas obat dalam tubuh. Fungsi tujuan yang telah dimodifikasi menghasilkan tingkat konsentrasi obat dalam tubuh lebih rendah dibandingkan sebelum dimodifikasi. Semakin rendah tingkat konsentrasi obat dalam tubuh maka semakin rendah pula tingkat toksisitas obat dalam tubuh. Rendahnya tingkat toksisitas obat dalam tubuh dapat mencegah terjadinya kegagalan kemoterapi. Permasalahan utama yang terjadi saat ini adalah banyaknya hutan mangrove yang mengalami kerusakan atau telah hilang sama sekali karena aktivitas manusia seperti konversi lahan mangrove, penebangan liar, pembangunan di kawasan pesisir dan polusi yang berasal dari daratan. Hasil yang diperoleh berada pada kisaran nilai yang sama dari overlay data GPS dan data secara langsung pada daerah penelitian Gampong Ladong. Tingkat kevalidasian yang dihasilkan dari gabungan overlay, data UTM dan hasil dari in situ secara langsung selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan peerangkat pemetaan, kemudian kedua hasil tersebut dibandingkan dengan tingkat akurasi pemetaan terhadap ekosistem yang sama. Dengan menggunakan metode sensus, penelitian ini memiliki 42 observasi.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bank Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tabungan Mudharabah, Deposito Mudharabah, dan Tingkat Bagi Hasil Mudharabah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah (2) Tabungan Mudharabah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah (3) Deposito Mudharabah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah, dan (4) Tingkat Bagi Hasil Mudharabah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadapa pembiayaan mudharabah.Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan Mudharabah, Tabungan Mudharabah, Deposito Mudharabah, Tingkat Bagi Hasil Mudharabah.ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to examine the influence of Mudharabah Savings Deposits, Mudharabah Deposits, and Mudharabah Equivalent Rate, both simultaneously and partially, toward mudharabah financing at Islamic banking in Indonesia Indonesia for the year 2010-2013. The research type used in this research is verificative (hyphothesis testing) research.
