Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberadaan cross wind di landasan pacu Bandara Cut Nyak Dhien Nagan Raya yang meliputi intensitas, frekuensi, dan waktu terjadinya cross wind. Penelitian ini menggunakan data arah dan kecepatan angin permukaan di landasan pacu Bandara Cut Nyak Dhien dari tahun 2010 hingga 2012. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode wind rose dan vektor angin komponen U dan V sehingga dapat diketahui karakteristik angin dominan dan angin yang memotong (cross wind) di landasan pacu Bandara Cut Nyak Dhien. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pola angin bulanan dominan di landasan pacu Bandara Cut Nyak Dhien didominasi angin yang berasal dari arah selatan hingga barat atau yang berasal dari Samudra Hindia, sebagian besar memotong arah landasan pacu pesawat dengan frekuensi cross wind bulanan ? 10 knot terbanyak terjadi pada bulan Juli dan Desember. Adapun masalah penelitian ini, bagaimana persepsi siswa SMA terhadap narkobat, faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan siswa menyalahgunakan narkoba, dan upaya apa saja yang dilakukan bagi siswa yang telah menyalahgunakan narkoba. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dekriptif kualitatif yang mengkaji sejauh mana persepsi siswa terhadap narkoba, faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan siswa menggunakan narkoba dan bagaimana cara mengobati siswa yang telah menjadi pecandu narkoba. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA yang mengetahui tentang narkoba sebanyak 20 siswa dari tiga (3) sekolah SMA yang ada di Kota Banda Aceh serta anak SMA yang berada pada pusat rehabilitasi narkoba di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel diambil dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan (persepsi) siswa mengenai narkoba cukup baik walaupun belum mencapai hasil yang optimal, dengan demikian diharapkan pemerintah dapat mensosialisasikan tentang bahaya narkoba di sekolah-sekolah melalui tambahan pelajaran, seminar dan penyuluhan-penyuluhan agar siswa mengetahui dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan mengetahui narkoba dan dampak bahaya dari penggunaan narkoba serta untuk mengatasi pengaruh buruk narkoba, siswa menggunakan waktu luang untuk melakukan berbagai kegiatan seperti ekstrakulikuler, membantu orang tua dan mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan relegi di sekolah. Sehubungan dengan masih banyaknya siswa yang belum mengetahui dampak buruk dari narkoba, diharapkan pemerintah dapat mensosialisasikan tentang bahaya narkoba di sekolah-sekolah melalui tambahan pelajaran, seminar dan penyuluhan-penyuluhan agar siswa mengetahui dampak penyalahgunaan narkoba. Risk assesment of a habitat and its mappingis considerably important in environment appraisal. Biawak Island is a conservation and touristic area, one of its purpose is to bring positive influence to marine resource, both ecologically and economically. Biawak Island is inhibited by coral reefs, where human activities often occurs. Field survey was held during February 2013 in Biawak Island. The observation purpose was to assess coral reef risk in the islandby comparing three marine activities: fishing, diving, and snorkeling. Spatial modelling showed that every coral reef area in Biawak Island had high risk level, especially the southern part. Salah satu metode prediksi iklim adalah menggunakan model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan metode ARIMA untuk prediksi curah hujan tahun 2012 berdasarkan data-data curah hujan terkumpul dari tahun 1995 hingga 2011 di stasiun Klimatologi Indrapuri, Aceh Besar. Dengan metode ARIMA, data-data diolah dalam tiga tahap yaitu identifikasi data, estimasi dan pengujian. Setelah itu model dapat diterapkan untuk prakiraan. Untuk menguji dan memvalidasi model prediksi yang diperoleh digunakan data-data curah hujan tahun 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ARIMA menghasilkan prakiraan yang cukup mendekati keadaan aktual di delapan bulan pada tahun 2012, yaitu Januari hingga Mei, Juli, Oktober dan Desember. Pada bulan Juni, Agustus dan September hasil prakiraan lebih tinggi dari keadaan aktual yang terukur, sementara pada November 2012 curah hujan aktual lebih tinggi dari hasil prakiraan. Rendahnya curah hujan terukur di bulan Agustus dan September dibandingkan dengan hasil prakiraan disebabkan oleh Dipole Mode Index (DMI) yang positif di lautan Hindia sebelah timur yang menyebabkan berkurangnya uap air di atas wilayah Aceh. Sementara dilihat dari data rata-rata curah hujan bulan Juni adalah puncak musim kemarau, sementara itu pada bulan November 2012 curah hujan aktual lebih tinggi dari prakiraan menyebabkan akumulasi uap air yang tinggi di atas wilayah Aceh sehingga curah hujan menjadi diatas nilai prediksi. Faktor-faktor yang terjadi pada bulan Juni, Agustus, September dan November 2012 umumnya adalah kejadian terlokalisasi sehingga secara umum prediksi curah hujan dengan metode ARIMA memberi hasil yang memuaskan.Kata kunci : ARIMA, Curah hujan, Dinamika AtmosferABSTRACTThe ability to predict the weather/climate is one of the necessary expertise in the development of agriculture, transportation, marine and infrastructure development in Indonesia. One of methods in climate prediction is the application of Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model. In this study, ARIMA method was developed for the prediction of rainfall in 2012 based on precipitation data collected from 1995 to 2011 at Indrapuri climatology Station, Aceh Besar. In ARIMA, the data is processed in three stages, namely data identification, estimation and testing. After that the model can be applied to forecasting. The validation of the predictive model was conducted using rainfall data in 2012. The results showed that the forecasts by ARIMA is quite close to the actual situation in the eight months in 2012, i.e. January to May, July, October and December. In June, August and September the forecast is higher than the actual precipitation, while in November 2012 the actual rainfall is higher than the forecast. The low rainfall in August and September compared to the forecasts is due to the Dipole Mode Index (DMI) which is positive in the Indian Ocean east which leads to reduced water vapor in the Aceh region. According to data, June is the peak of the dry season. While in November 2012, the actual rainfall is higher than forecast because accumulation of water vapor in Aceh was above the predicted value. Factors that occurred in June, August, September and November 2012 generally is a localized event. Diperoleh hasil bahwa penurunan konsentrasi bahan organik menggunakan Spirogyra sp. berlangsung efektif hingga hari keenam. Spirogyra sp. mampu mentolelir limbah budidaya sidat pada dosis limbah 25% dan 50%. The research type used is a correlational study by purposive sampling method and unbalance panel data. The sample of this research is 11 Islamic Banks .The data used in this research is secondary data, which got from annual financial reporting which published by Bank Indonesia. Multiple regresion analysis is used to test the hypothesis and data processing done by SPSS Statistik 20.The results of this research show that FAR (financing to asset ratio), RFR (rate of return on financing ratio), AUR (asset utilization ratio), FDR (financing to deposit ratio), and DPK (third-party funds) simultaneously influence to financing decision. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS Statistik 20.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan FAR (financing to asset ratio), RFR (rate of return on financing ratio), AUR (asset utilization ratio), FDR (financing to deposit ratio), serta DPK (dana pihak ketiga) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembiayaan. The research method used in this study is census with panel data used is unbalanced panel data. Target population in this study is the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. Number of observations during 3 years is 91 observations. The data used in this study are secondary data from annual reports of banking companies in the period 2009-2011. The data collection techniques was done by using documentation. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian verifikatif atau penelitian pengujian hipotesis. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode sensus dengan panel data yang digunakan adalah unbalanced panel data. Populasi sasaran dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian. Jumlah observasi selama 3 tahun adalah 91 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan perbankan dari tahun 2009-2011. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi.
