Seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk, pembangunan dan ekonomi semakin meningkat tentunya juga berpengaruh di bidang penggunaan dan pembukaan lahan baru, termasuk di daerah Mukim Krueng Bate Aceh Barat Daya dan Mukim Glee Bruek Aceh Besar. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasi penggunaan lahan adalah dengan memanfaatkan citra satelit yang biasa disebut dengan penginderaan jauh (remote sensing), dalam penelitian ini menggunakan citra satelit SPOT-6. Kemudian citra satelit ini di klasifikasi menggunakan NDVI ( Nilai Indeks Vegetasi), yaitu mengklasifikasi penggunaan lahan berdasarkan nilai kerapatan vegetasi. Kemudian hasil klasifikasi ini di buat dalam bentuk pemetaan sehingga menjadi suatu Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) penggunaan lahan di daerah penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini masing- masing daerah memiliki nilai kerapatan vegetasi yang bervariasi. Nilai kerapatan vegetasi pada masing-masing daerah dibagi ke dalam empat kelas kerapatan vegetasi, yaitu sangat rapat, rapat, cukup rapat, tidak rapat. Daerah Mukim Krueng Batee Aceh Barat Daya memiliki kisaran nilai NDVI minimum = -0.281 dan nilai NDVI maksimum = 0.646. Sedangkan Mukim Glee Bruek memiliki kisaran nilai NDVI minimum = -0.131 dan nilai NDVI maksimum = 0.607. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan kerapatan vegetasi di daerah berbeda memiliki nilai NDVI yang berbeda pula tergantung dari jenis vegetasi yang ada di suatu wilayah tersebut. Wilayah yang didominasi tumbuhan tua tingkat kerapatan vegetasinya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan daerah yang tumbuhannya didominasi oleh tumbuhan-tumbuhan muda. Kemudian untuk mengklarifikasi kesesuai antara intepretasi citra satelit secara digital dengan keadaan dilapangan sebenarnya dilakukan pengecekan langsung kelapangan di beberapa titik sampel. Calophyllum macrophyllum Scheff is an Indonesia original plant growing on Sumatera and we found in Kerinci mount. One flavanal has been isolated from ethyl acetate fraction from the stem-bark of Calophyllum macrophyllumScheff. The compound is 5,7,2’,5’- tetrahedrons flavan-3-ol, brown crystal with melting point > 300oC. The compound was extracted using maceration technique, then fractionated using chromatography and purified by crystallization using two solvents. Molecule structure was determined using physical data and spectroscopy methods including UV, IR and 1H and 13C-NMR. Ethyl acetate fraction and isolate were assayed for inhibitory activity on -glycosidase enzyme. The potential inhibition effect is got each other with IC50 26,198 =g/ml and 12,19 =g/ml. The data gathered from observation, interview and document analysis are accumulated and analyzed in the form of list and narration. The researcher discovers that the teaching methods applied in teaching speaking at grade XII are Direct Method, Contextual Teaching Learning, and Communicative Language Teaching. When applying the methods in the classrooms, the teachers occationally disregard the fundamental principles of the methods.
