Klub-klub sepakbola Aceh juga tidak dapat berbuat banyak di kompetisi internal, sedangkan Aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang banyak memunculkan pemain muda berbakat.Kualitas persepakbolaan di Indonesia yang rendah dan minim prestasi ini dikarenakan kurang pembinaan dan pelatihan pemain mulai dari usia dini untuk didik menjadi pemain profesional. Sarana pelatihan yang ada di Indonesia belum serius ke arah profesional seperti akademi sepakbola di Eropa. Di negara-negara maju dalam sepakbola, prestasi tim nasional pada umumnya dilatarbelakangi oleh sistem dan proses pembinaan klub yang sudah mapan.Sekolah sepakbola usia muda di Banda Aceh merupakan sebuah sarana pelatihan dan pembinaan sepakbola pemain usia dini di Banda Aceh. Pemain tersebut akan dididik, dilatih dan dibina sejak dini sebagai usaha pembibitan pemain sepakbola Aceh yang potensial. Sekolah sepakbola ini berlokasi di Lhong Raya, sesuai dengan rencana pengembangan kawasan pusat olahraga di Banda Aceh. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2008-2011. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh 36 sampel dan menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, dan Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Secara simultan Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial, Struktur Modal, dan Kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Nilai Adjusted R2 yang diperoleh sebesar 18%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Manajerial, Struktur Modal, Kebijakan Dividen dan Size terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 18%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 82% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. The population of this study was companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for year 2008-2011. Based on purposive sampling method, it obtained 36 samples using multiple linear regression as the analysis tool.This study shows that Managerial Ownership Structure has positive influence and does not significantly influence toward Corporate Value, Capital Structure has positive influence and does not significantly influences toward Corporate Value, and Dividend Policy has positive influence toward Corporate Value. Simultaneously, the result shows that Managerial Ownership Structure, Capital Structure, and Dividend Policy does significantly influences toward Corporate Value. The Adjusted R2 value is 18%. It indicates that there are influence of Managerial Ownership Structure, Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Size toward Corporate Value about 18%, while the rest, about 82%, was influenced by the other variables.Keywords: Corporate Value, Managerial Ownership Structure, Capital Structure, Dividend Policy. Hewan coba yang digunakan adalah tikus putih Galur Wistar sebanyak 12 ekor, berjenis kelamin jantan, berumur 2-3 bulan dan berat badan 100-200 gram. Penelitian ini menggunakan 4 kelompok perlakuan, masing-masing perlakuan terdiri dari 3 ekor tikus. Luka bakar derajat II B dibuat pada punggung tikus menggunakan solder listrik yang terhubung dengan logam. Perawatan dilakukan 2 kali sehari selama 21 hari yaitu P1 (aquabides), P2 (daun kedondong dan aquabides), P3 (minyak kelapa), dan P4 (daun kedondong dan minyak kelapa). Pengambilan sampel kulit dilakukan pada hari ke-7, 14 dan 21 untuk dibuat preparat histopatologi dan diwarnai dengan hematoxylin dan eosin. Parameter yang diamati yaitu reaksi inflamasi dan distribusi jaringan kolagen yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok P4 terdapat infiltrasi sel radang lebih sedikit dan jaringan kolagen yang lebih padat dibandingkan dengan kelompok P1, P2 dan P3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelompok P4 (daun kedondong dan minyak kelapa) menunjukkan gambaran histopatologis penyembuhan luka bakar yang lebih baik dibandingkan kelompok perlakuan lain. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) digunakan untuk mengetahui kontribusi dari perubahan teknis dan efisiensi terhadap pertumbuhan produktifitas pada perusahaan asuransi go public di Indonesia dengan menerapkan orientasi output dalam Malmquist index selama periode 2009-2012. Variabel input dan variabel output yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi relatif ini berturut-turut adalah komisi dan beban manjemen, serta premi bersih dan hasil investasi. Dalam teknik DEA, efisiensi diukur dengan indeks Malmquist. Ukuran efisiensi dalam Malmquist index terbagi kepada dua komponen: yaitu indeks perubahan efisiensi (efficiency change) dan perubahan teknis (technical change). Perubahan efisiensi selanjutnya terbagi lagi ke dalam pure efficiency dan scale efficiency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, rata-rata, TFP pada industri asuransi tersebut sama-sama dipengaruhi baik oleh perubahan efisiensi maupun perubahan teknis, di mana pada nilai perubahan efisiensi tersebut lebih cenderung dipengaruhi oleh pure efficiency daripada scale efficiency.Kata Kunci: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Malmquist index, Efisiensi Asuransi. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) was used to explore the contributions of technical and efficiency change to the growth of productivity in the Indonesia insurance industries by applying the generalized output-oriented Malmquist index for the year 2009 to 2012. The output-input data consist of a panel data of 9 general insurance firms in Indonesia that were chosen as the sample of the study. This study utilized two inputs and two outputs, namely, commission and management expenses as well as premium and net investment income, respectively. In the DEA technique, efficiency is measured by the Malmquist index. The Malmquist efficiency measures are decomposed into two components: the efficiency change and technical change index. Efficiency change is again decomposed into pure efficiency and scale efficiency. It was found that, on average, the TFP of the go public insurance companies in Indonesia was mainly due to both efficiency and technical changes where the main source of the efficiency change was pure efficiency rather than scale efficiency. This is despite the fact that the water accommodated fractions of these mixtures contain toxic components. This study investigated the uptake of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from the water accommodated fractions (WAF) of a mixture of a dispersant, Goldcrew and Bonny Light crude oil using a tilapian fish, Oreochromis niloticus. The aim was to determine the critical body residue (CBR) of the PAHs in the fish exposed to the dispersed, dispersant and crude oil in water (DCOWAF-PAH) and undispersed, crude oil in water only (COWAF-PAH) regimes of the mixtures in the WAF. The control experiment had water only. The concentrations for both regimes of exposure were at sub-lethal levels of 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.6ml/L for fifty days using renewal static bioassay. The types and total concentrations of PAHs were analyzed for in the crude oil, fish feed administered, preexposed fish sample, dispersant and test water before exposure. The sixteen known carcinogenic PAHs were found in the crude oil (1916.4ppm), eleven in the fish feed (0.57ppm), three in the pre-exposed fish(0.007ppm), and none in the dispersant and test medium (water). The concentration of the PAHs in the fish from the DCOWAF-PAH ranged from 3.6128-7.9744ppm while that of the COWAF-PAH ranged from 3.4114-3.9693ppm. The concentrations of individual PAHs recovered in the fish showed that napthalene had the highest CRB level of 6.7780ppm and 3.2610ppm, anthracene was 0.6590ppm and not detected (N.D) while acenaphthene had the lowest CBR of 0.00001ppm and below the limit of quantification (<LOQ) forthe DCOWAF-PAH and COWAF-PAH exposure phases respectively. The results showed the order of the CBR level as NAP>FL>BaF>BaP>BaA>FLU>PHE in the COWAF-PAH irrespective of exposure concentration, while for the DCOWAF-PAH, it was NAP>FLU>BaF>BaP>B(ghi)P>BaA>BkF>PHE. The results demonstrated that the presence of the dispersant, Goldcrew increased the critical body residue of the PAHs irrespective of the concentration in the fish samples. This was especially so for the low molecular weight PAHs (<200).
