The objective of this survey is to determinate Rock Quality Designation (RQD) of the granitic rock mass quarried from terrace 9 (highest) to terrace 7. The SASW survey was conducted with using OROS 25 and the software that used for data processing is Winsasw 3.1.3. The Rock Quality Designation (RQD) for terrace 9 varies from 45.63 % to 94.17 %. Base onSuharsono rock classification system, these two values suggest that the rock mass is easy rippable and need blasting. Following the study which confirmed the antimalarial activity of the n-hexane fraction of the neem leaves (Azadirachta indica A.Juss), a research that aimed to reveal the active compounds act as antimalarial agents had been conducted. In this study, the n-hexane fraction of neem leaves were analyzed using the phytochemical, spectroscopic and chromatographic methods.  The chemical compounds, suspected to have an antimalarial activity, were isolated using the thin-layer chromatographic method with several solvents which different in their polarity. The visualizing reagents were used to characterize the compounds. The result showed that the n-hexane fraction of neem leaves contained of steroids, terpenoids and fenols. Analysis by gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy showed that fenol derivatives existed in the largest amount. F.) terhadap proses spermatogenesis pada mencit jantan galur Balb C. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah sel spermatosit, spermatid dan spermatozoa yang memiliki tudung akrosom utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimental (True experimental research) yakni rancangan post test dengan kelompok kontrol (Post test group with control). Subjek dibagi dalam satu kelompok kontrol (dosis 0 g / kg bb) dan tiga kelompok perlakuan (dosis 2 g / kg bb, dosis 4 g / kg bb dan dosis 6 g / kg bb). Perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dengan volume ekstrak sebanyak 0,12 ml / 10 g bb. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun gandarusa (Justicia gendarussa Burm. F.) efektif mereduksi jumlah sel spermatosit, sel spermatid serta spermatozoa yang memiliki tudung akrosom utuh.Kata kunci:ekstrak daun gandarusa (Justicia gendarussa Burm. This plant has long duration of seed development and juvenile growth phase before flowering. A. andraeanum has 5 flowers per plant per year, with a variation from 0 to 7 flowers. The aims of this study are to determine the effect of intermittent mist and inclination bench on the growth and production of Anthurium in rock wool medium. This study uses cluster randomized design (RAK) 3 x 3 factorial pattern with 3 repetitions. There are three factors were tested in this experiment: 1) mist treatment (mist and control), 2) media type (bark andgranulous rock wool), 3) inclination angle of bench (0, 30 and 60 degrees). The investigations were leaf area, the number of inflorescence harvested, the spathe area, the fresh and dry weights. The results showed the plants with intermittent mist have bigger leaves and growth faster than control. Intermittent mist hassimilar effect with relative humidity as in the native of A. andraeanum. The root of plants on the inclination bench 0° with intermittent mist contact a substrate, and attached or penetrate to the rock wool medium and grown down wards the medium and bench. All flowers from plants grown under intermittent mist classified as large flowers, with the average around 14.19 cm. Intermittent mist and medium influenced the fresh and dry weight of Anthurium. Plants with intermittent mist have the average 18.17gram fresh weight and control just 12.96 gram per plant. Masalahnya adalah bagaimana peran, bentuk-bentuk, pengaruh dan kendala yang ditemui oleh Satlantas Polresta Kota Banda Aceh dalam mengkomunikasikan aturan berlalu lintas yang benar kepada masyarakat pengguna jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran, bentuk-bentuk, pengaruh dan kendala mongkomunikasikan upaya tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori S-O-R (Stimulus Organisme Respon). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada subjek-subjek yang berkaitan, kemudian dilakukan observasi dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, direalisasikan, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, masih banyak masyarakat yang melakukan pelanggaran lalu lintas. Satlantas Polresta Banda Aceh sudah mensosialisasikan aturan berlalu lintas yang benar kepada masyarakat seperti saweu sikula, polisi meupeup-pep, pemasangan baliho, penyampaian informasi lewat media massa, bekerja sama dengan instansi lain dan mengutamakan kenyamanan berlalu lintas dan terdapat juga respon masyarakat menjadi lebih displin dalam berkendaraan. Kendala yang dihadapi kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dan tidak efektifnya sanksi yang deberikan. Saran kepada Satlantas Kota Banda Aceh, agar terus meningkatkan upaya mengkomunikasikan aturan berlalu lintas yang benar kepada masyarakat pengguna jalan. This study analyzed the cultivated habitat that could provide optimal growth,proximate and total energy to sandfish Holothuria scabra cultivated in different habitats. The study was done from March to June 2011 in the Puteangin Island, Lasitae Village, District Tanete Rilau, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi.The cage size used was 2 m in length, 1 m in width, and 1.5 m in height. The net mesh-size was 0.5 inch. The cage placed at three different habitats, i.e. sandy overgrown with seagrass habitat, sandy covered with corals habitat, andsandy habitat. The study consisted of three treatments and three replications. Growth was observed by measuring the daily specific growth rate and absolute weight growth. Proximate and energy content of sandfish was analyzed atthe beginning and the end of the study. The study reveals that the sand and seagrass habitat provide the best results with daily specific growth rate is 1.15% ± 0.03%. The absolute weight growth is 28.45 g ± 0.95 g. The proximate content is 0.24 g ± 0.492 g for protein, 0.07 g ± 0.395 g for fat, and 18.026 g ± 0.39 g for carbohydrate. The highest energy content is 176 997 calories.
