The aims of the present study was to evaluate community structure and biomass of phytoplankton based on the depth stratification in the waters of Lake Laut Tawar. Sampling was conducted during March and April 2010. The results showed that 43 species of phytoplankton belonging to five classes were found in Lake Laut tawar. The most common class was Chlorophyceae with 20 genera, followed by Bacillariophyceae (diatoms) by 9 genera, Cyanophyceae (10 genera), Dinophyceae (2 genera), and Euglenophyceae (2 genera). The highest species composition was found at II with 15 m depth (24 genera), while the highest abundance of phytoplankton was occured at station with 10 depth (155600 cells/l), while the lowest abundance was obtained at 15 depth (12745 cells/l). Overall the phytoplankton population in Lake Laut Tawar was dominated by Bacillarophyceae. In addition, the diversity index of phytoplankton was in moderate level (2.34), while the evenness index was ranged from 0.43 to 0.87, indicate the distribution of the individuals of each species was varied, however there was no predominant species detected.Keywords. Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penyakit DBD memungkinkan timbulnya sikap dan perilaku masyarakat terkait pencegahan yang diharapkan dapat menurunkan kasus dan angka kematian akibat penyakit DBD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku masyarakat terhadap kejadian DBD di Desa Lampulo, Kecamatan Kuta Alam Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2011. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sebanyak 93 responden di wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian di analisa menggunakan uji chi square. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan informasi bahwa angka kejadian responden yang pernah DBD sebanyak 21 responden (22,6%) dan yang tidak pernah DBD sebanyak 72 responden (77,4%). The objective of the present study was to evaluate length-weight relationship and condition factor of snakehead (Channa striata) reared in different swamp pond in Sekayu and Mariana swamps of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. The study was conducted from May to November 2013. The result shows that there were no significant difference in the slope (b) between length-weight relationship of fish reared in Sekayu  and Mariana swamp ponds, the fish was displayed a negative allometric growth pattern. Fish reared in Mariana swamp had condition factor 0.884 slightly higher than that in Sekayu swamp 0.839, it can be indicated that swamp environment in Mariana slightly better to support snakehead life. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan panjang berat dan faktor kondisi ikan gabus (Channa striata) telah dipelihara di rawa lebak Sekayu Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dan Mariana Kabupaten Banyuasin Provinsi Sumatera Selatan pada Mei hingga November 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan panjang berat tidak menunjukkan perbedaan nyata antara rawa Sekayu dan Mariana dengan nilai b di bawah nilai 3 yang berarti  pertumbuhan ikan gabus tersebut allometrik negatif. Amino acid was analyzed usingHPLC, minerals and heavy metals were examined using AAS and phosphorus by spectrophotometer, fatty acids by GC, and cholesterol by Liebermann-Buchard. The results showed that the chemical composition of water content, ash, protein and lipid of mussels meat were decreased about 6.09%, 2.25%, 1.39%, 0.42%, respectively after boiled while carbohydrate was increased 4.07% and the amino acids were decreased after boiling. The Ca, Mg, K, P, Na, Cu were declined after boiled, while Co, Fe, Mn and Zn were incraseed. In addition, the Pb was decreased after boiled while Hg and Se were not detected in both fresh and boiled mussel meat. SAFA fatty acids was 38.71% (fresh) and 37.31% (boiled), MUFA 8.13% (fresh) and 8.02% (boiled), PUFA 10.31% (fresh) and 8.77% (boiled), and the cholesterol contents were 102.57 mg/100 g of fresh and 100.97mg/100 g for boiled mussel meat. Auditor switching is displacement behavior by a company auditor as a result of auditor rotation mandatory.The research type used in this research is veriificative research or hypothesis testing research. Data collecting used in this research is purposive sampling and balanced panel data. The data type used is secondary data gotten from the capital market reference center at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A total sample in this research is 590 companies from the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the year 2007-2011. The hypothesis tasted in this research is using logistic regression analysis in SPSS 20 software.The result of this research show that the audit opinion, fee audit, client size,reputation auditor and change of management simultaneously influence toward auditor switching. Parcially, fee audit, reputation auditor and change of management has influence toward auditor switching. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik (logistic regression) pada aplikasi program SPSS 20.Hasil penelititian menunjukkan bahwa opini audit, fee audit,ukuran klien, reputasi auditor, dan pergantian manajemen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pergantian auditor. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the possibility of jaloh (Salix tetrasperma) leaf  powders as alternative raw material for tilapia fish feed. Four concentrations of jaloh leafe powders  (0%, 5%, 10% and 15%) were examined in this study. The experimental fish were fed three times a day on  08.00AM, 12.00AM and 17.00PM. with feeding ration of 5% of body weight for 42 days. The one-way Anova test showed that the different concentrations of jaloh leaf powders gave a significantly effect on growth performance of tilapia larvae (p< 0.05), but did not give a significant effect on their survival rate (p>0.05). The Duncans test showed that the higher growth performace and survival rate were found at 5-10% of jaloh leaf powders, it was indicated that diet with 5-10% jaloh leaf powders were better than control (without jaloh leaf powders). Therefore, it is concluded that the jaloh leaf powders is suitable as alternative raws material for tilapia formulated diet at concentration of 5-10%.  Key words: Protein, carbohydrate and alternative feed Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kemungkinan pemanfaatan  tepung daun jaloh (S. tetrasperma) sebagai bahan baku alternatif untuk pakan ikan nila (Oreochormis niloticus). Dalam penelitian ini telah diuji beberapa tingkat proporsi tepung daun jaloh yaitu (0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15%). Pemberian pakan dilakukan tiga kali sehari, yaitu pada pukul 08.00, 12.00 dan 17.00 WIB. Ikan diberikan pakan sebanyak 5% dari berat bobot tubuhnya selama 42 hari. Hasil uji Anova satu arah menunjukkan bahwa pemberian tepung daun jaloh memberikan pengaruh nyata  terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dan laju pertumbuhan harian benih ikan nila (p<0,05), namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelangsungan hidupnya (p>0,05). Uji lanjut Duncan menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun jaloh 5-10% dalam pakan memberikan hasil terbaik dari segi pertumbuhan mutlak, pertumbuhan harian dan kelangsungan hidup, dan hasil ini lebih baik berbanding kontrol (tanpa daun jaloh). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan tepung daun jaloh dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan baku alternatif dalam pakan ikan dengan kadar 5-10%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adala analisis kuantitatif regresi berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari jumlah ekspor kopi Aceh ke Amerika Serikat sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan variabel bebas yang digunakan adalah Pendapatan perkapita (Y), Harga kopi dunia (P) dan Kurs (R). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan perkapita Amerika Serikat (Y) secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah ekspor kopi Aceh, cateris paribus. Variabel harga kopi dunia (P) secara tidak signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap jumlah ekspor kopi Aceh, cateris paribus. Sedangkan variabel kurs (R) berpengaruh positif terhadap ekspor kopi Aceh. Beberapa saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain adalah sebagai pelaku pengambil kebijakan/pemerintah diharapkan mengeluarkan kebijakan yang mengsinergikan antara kepentingan para pengusaha dan khususnya para petani sehingga dapat menguntungkan kedua belah pihak.
