Peningkatan kasus OA bukan hanya di Indonesia, bahkan juga di dunia, dan mengakibatkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit. Pada abad mendatang tantangan terhadap dampak OA akan lebih besar karena semakin banyaknya populasi yang berumur tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profil faktor risiko penderita OA di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam Divisi Reumatologi RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional pada 50 responden yang diambil secara consecutive sampling selama bulan Oktober 2011 sampai Januari 2012. Variabel penelitian ini adalah kejadian OA, usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat cedera sendi, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), dan tingkat pekerjaan. Data yang digunakan dianalisis secara univariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan frekuensi tertinggi adalah: usia pada kelompok dewasa madya (41-60 tahun) sebesar 58%, jenis kelamin perempuan (74%), riwayat cedera sendi dengan yang tidak pernah mengalami cedera sendi sebelumnya (78%), IMT dengan obesitas I (40%) dan tingkat pekerjaan rendah (82%). The samples of feces were collected from 15 captive orangutans in Orangutan Sumatera Batu Mbelin Sibolangit Qurantine, North Sumatra. Of each sample was cultured in nutrient broth media using sterilecotton swabs or Pasteur pipettes, and incubated at 37°C temperature for 24 hours. Culture was spared on Methylene Blue Agar (Oxoid), examined by Gram staining, and tested by biochemically. The result showed that significantly more common appear Escherichia sp. One anticipation step is to set the sustainable food farming land (LPPB). This study aims to provide information about the food farming land that should be protected from the threat of conversion in the district of Aceh Besar. The approach taken is through the classification of land based on biophysicalpotency. Data obtained through survey, observation, secondary data collection, and literature studies. The study results indicate that there are four categories of paddy land, namely: the main land I (9 districts), the main land II (7 districts), the secondary land I (5 districts), and secondary land II (2 districts).
