The objective of this research was to determine thecorrelation of spiritual needs with quality of life of cancer patients at patient room ofBLUD dr. The sample werecollected by using purposive sampling technique, amounting to 81 cancer patients.The method of data collection used interview by having questionnaire. Consisting of20 statements whereas 26 questions are in likert scale. Data were analized by using chisquare test. Pemberantasan korupsi ini yang kemudian menjadi tolak ukur dari sinergisitas dan efektivitas hubungan yang terjadi dalam mereformasi tata kelola pemerintahan Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan dan menganalisa hubungan antara Pemerintah Aceh dengan GeRAK Aceh dan MaTA serta melihat implikasi yang dihasilkan dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik di Aceh dari hubungan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Studi lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara. Sedangkan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan bacaan terkait. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan pola hubungan yang baru antara Pemerintah Aceh dengan GeRAK Aceh dan MaTA yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi kasus yang menjadi objek laporan kedua lembaga ini. Ada faktor penghambat yang mempengaruhi tidak terbentuknya hubungan yang strategis diantaranya perbedaan paradigma antara Pemerintah dengan LSM anti korupsi, pola komunikasi masih kurang maksimal, serta adanya pihak-pihak yang memiliki kepentingan pribadi. Faktor yang mendukung diantaranya adanya ketetapan hukum, harmonisasi kinerja Pemerintah dengan LSM, serta transparansi publik. Implikasi dari hubungan ini pada terwujudnya prinsip good governance, yaitu Transparansi, Partisipasi masyarakat, dan Akuntabilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pencegahan cedera dengan terjadinya cedera pada toddler di Gampong Lamdom, Kecamatan Lueng Bata, Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang memiliki anak usia toddler (1-3 tahun) dengan jumlah sampel 66 responden, dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa angket. Metode analisa data menggunakan chi-square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pencegahan cedera kendaraan bermotor (p-value = 0,022), ada hubungan antara pencegahan tenggelam (p-value = 0,013), ada hubungan antara pencegahan luka bakar (p-value = 0,018), ada hubungan antara pencegahan jatuh (p-value = 0,001), adahubungan antara pencegahan keracunan (p-value = 0,000), ada hubungan antara pencegahan aspirasi dan sufokasi (p-value = 0,000), dan ada hubungan antara pencegahan kerusakan tubuh (p-value = 0,002) dengan terjadinya cedera padatoddler. The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship between injury prevention and injury occurrence on toddlers at Lamdom village in Lueng Bata sub-district of Banda Aceh. The method used in this study was descriptive correlative, with the design of cross sectional study. The population of this research was all mothers having toddlers (1-3 years). The total samples were 66 respondents selected through total sampling. The instrument used within this research was questionnaire. The chi-square test was employed in analyzing the data. The results revealed that there is a significant relationship between vehicle injury prevention (p-value = 0.022); drowning prevention (p-value = 0.013); burn prevention (p-value = 0.018); fall prevention (p-value = 0.001); poisoning prevention (p-value = 0.000); aspiration and suffocation prevention (0.000); body damage prevention (p-value = 0.002) and injury occurrence on toddlers. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pendapatan (X) dan konsumsi (Y). Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik observasi dan angket dengan analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi linier sederhana dan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendapatan rata-rata masyarakat Gampong Bak Buloh Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar sebesar Rp2.056.429 setiap bulan, konsumsi rata-rata masyarakat Gampong Bak Buloh Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar sebesar Rp 1.894.714 setiap bulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan hubungan pendapatan dengan konsumsi menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,90 artinya hubungan antara pendapatan dengan konsumsi berada dalam kategori sangat kuat. Selanjutnya untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis terhadap 56 sampel digunakan uji-t sehingga menghasilkan t-hitung sebesar 15,19 dan t-tabel sebesar 2.005. Penerapan program pengurangan risiko bencana(PRB) bertujuan menciptakan komunitas sekolah yang siaga terhadap bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan program Pengurangan Risiko Bencana terhadap kesiapsiagaan komunitas Sekolah Siaga Bencana (SSB). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah komunitas sekolah yang terlibat aktif dalam program PRB disalah satu SSB, SDN 2 Banda Aceh, dan komunitas sekolah bukan SSB, SDN 27 Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling, terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, 10 orang guru dan 30 orang siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara memberikan angket kesiapsiagaan, yang terdiri dari parameter: pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan, tanggung jawab dan parameter kebijakan, serta sarana dan prasarana untuk mengukur penerapan program PRB. Selain itu juga dilakukan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisa data digunakan statistik deskriptif untuk menganalisa tingkat kesiapsiagaan, dan uji korelasi Product Moment untuk mengetahui hubungan antar parameter kesiapsiagaan dengan penerapan program PRB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapsiagaan yang dikur dengan beberapa faktor, seperti pengetahuan, sikap, tindakan, dan tangggung jawab yang dimiliki komunitas sekolah SSB dapat dikategorikan dalam kategori sangat siap menghadapi bencana. Hal ini didukung oleh adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara penerapan PRB dengan kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah di SDN 2 Banda Aceh, diantaranya faktor kebijakan, serta sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung program PRB. Sedangkan pada komunitas sekolah bukan SSB dikategorikan hampir siap menghadapi bencana yang diukur dengan faktor yang sama. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya penerapan program PRB, sehingga tidak adanya hubungan dengan kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah di sekolah tersebut. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin sering adanya penerapan PRB maka akan semakin tinggi juga tingkat kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolahnya. Disarankan kepada para pemangku kepentingan dan instansi terkait pendidikan, sebaiknya penerapan program PRB dan pendampingan menjadi SSB dilakukan di semua sekolah demi terwujudnya budaya siaga bencana yang berkesinambungan. The implementation of disaster risk reduction (DRR) aims to create a school community that is alert to the disaster. This study aims to determine the relationship of the implementation of the application of Disaster Risk Reduction program with the preparedness of Disaster Preparedness School (DPS) community. The population in this study is school community that is actively involved in DRR programs in a DPS which is SDN 2 Banda Aceh, and non-DPS school community which is SDN 27 Banda Aceh. Sampling used was purposive random sampling, consisting of the principal, 10 teachers and 30 students. The method used in this research was descriptive-quantitative method. Data collection was conducted by issuing preparedness questionnaire, which consists of these parameters: knowledge, attitudes, actions, responsibilities and policy parameters, as well as facilities and infrastructure to measure the implementation of DRR programs. Moreover, the observation and documentation was conducted as well. Data analysis used was descriptive statistics to analyze the level of preparedness, and Product Moment correlation test to determine the relationship between parameters of preparedness with implementation of DRR programs. The results showed that the level of preparedness measured by several factors, such as knowledge, attitudes, actions, and responsibilities of DPS school community can be categorized into very prepared for disasters. This is supported by the significant relationship between the application of DRR with the school community preparedness in SDN 2 Banda Aceh, including policy factors, as well as the infrastructure that supports DRR programs. While the non-DPS school community is categorized into almost ready for disasters which was measured by the same factors. This is due to the lack of implementation of DRR programs, so there is no connection with the school community preparedness in that school. From these results, it can be concluded that the more frequent the application of PRB, the higher the level of preparedness of school community. It is recommended to stakeholders and relevant institutions of education that it is better to conduct implementation of DRR programs and DPS mentoring in all schools in order to create a sustainable preparedness culture.Keywords: Disaster Risk Reduction, preparedness, school community. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observational yang bersifat analitik cross sectional, dilakukan pada tanggal 12 sampai 22 Oktober 2014, pada kepala keluarga di Gampong Jeulingke Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh, dengan jumlah sampel 100 kepala keluarga. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 73 responden yang siap menghadapi bencana merupakan responden dengan pengalaman kejadian tsunami yang parah, hal ini sesuai dengan perhitungan Chi-Square dengan signifikasi p-value = 0,001 (? < 0,1) pada CI= 90% sehingga hipotesis diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengalaman kejadian tsunami terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana pada masyarakat di Gampong Jeulingke Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Kesiapsiagaan Bencana, Tsunami, PengalamanABSTRACTDisaster preparedness is one way to reduce disaster risk.
