Bahkan, Indonesia menduduki peringkat sepuluh besar konsumsi pornografi di dunia. Konsumsi pornografi di Indonesia paling banyak oleh remaja yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan fungsi dopamin otak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan pornografi dengan penurunan fungsi dopamin otak siswa laki-laki SMP kelas IX SMP X Kabupaten Bandung tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2014 sampai Agustus 2015. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 81 siswa laki-laki. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner paparan pornografi dan brain function questionnaire (NTAF) section 2-D. Analisis data menggunakan Spearman Rank Correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 57,7% siswa laki-laki terpapar pornografi sedang. Paparan pornografi melalui video/ filem porno sebesar 42,3%. Penurunan fungsi dopamin ringan sebanyak 51,3% dan berat sebanyak 1,3%. Penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai P-Value 0,006 dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,306. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan paparan pornografi dengan penurunan fungsi dopamin otak siswa laki-laki SMP X Kabupaten Bandung dengan nilai korelasi rendah.Kata Kunci:Pornografi, dopamin, remaja.?
