The number of respondents in this study was 87 respondents. This study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variables consisting of variable performance assessment, career planning and employee participation and significant positive effect on organizational commitment at PT Bank Central Office Operations Aceh Banda Aceh, either partially or simultaneously. Sampel yang digunakan adalah duodenum dari ayam kampung, merpati dan bebek. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 jenis unggas, masing-masing 3 ekor, dengan jenis kelamin dan berat badan tidak dibedakan. Unggas disembelih, kemudian diambil duodenum dan diproses untuk pembuatan preparat histologi dengan menggunakan metode parafinisasi dan pewarnan dengan Haematoksilin-Eosin (HE). Pengamatan dilakukan pada preparat histologi, meliputi jumlah dan bentuk dari kelenjar intestinal. Data yang diperoleh ditampilkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat penyebaran kelenjar intestinal antara ayam kampung, merpati, dan bebek. Jumlah kelenjar intestinal pada ayam kampung dan merpati sama,yaitu tersebar padat, sedangkan jumlah kelenjar intestinal pada bebek sangat padat. Perbedaan ini diduga berhubungan dengan jenis dan konsentrasi pakan. Bentuk kelenjar intestinal sama pada ayam kampung, merpati dan bebek yaitu tubuler sederhana, terdiri dari sel epitel silindris selapis, sel goblet, dan enterosit. Rice is very sensitive to high temperature stress at the flowering stage. The rice plants were exposed to high temperature condition under green house. Some varieties show tolerance to heat stress, and the others are sensitive. Nine local Acehness varieties: Si Puteh, Itam Tangke Lango, Ramos Tihion Tamping, Sireundeun Semantok, Bo Santeut Seumantok, Pade Cut Krusek, Sipirok, Sigeudop and Cantek Lembayung were observed for high temperature stress during flowering stage. The objective of this research are: to identify the effect of heat stress on reproductive stage of local Acehnese, Indonesian rice; and to find the varieties that sensitive and hopefully have the gene of “temperature genic male sterility” (TGMS) that can be used as restorer varieties for production of hybrid rice. Heat stress significantly decreased pollen viability, plant architecture, and yield components. The pollen viability was observed by stainability and germination rate of the pollen. Based on pollen germination ability showed that one variety of rice, Sigeudop, showed tolerance to high temperature stress. Whereas the sensitive variety was Bo Santeut Seumantok, the local Indonesian rice that is potential to have TGMS gene. Pollen stainability showed that all varieties of pollen involved stainability from plants cultivation at high temperature, and all the varieties had the high rate of pollen stainability. The site response effect i.e. soil amplification has caused major structure damages founded on thick soft soils. Banda Aceh, Indonesia founded on a formation which can be, typically, similar with the Mexico City. The city is underlain by approximately 70m to 206m thick alluvium. Thus, site-specific ground response analysis is necessary to be carried out to establish the most influential parameter i.e. peak ground acceleration and the spectral fundamental frequency. This ground response analysis was carried out usingcomputer program which is EERA. This analytical analysis has proven able to depict seismic wave behaviour in soft local soil deposits The results of the site-specific ground response studies are expose the real Banda Aceh‟s soil response during the 2004 Sumatran mega earthquake. Peak ground acceleration at soil site, the response spectra and fundamental frequency of the maximum response spectra are presented.
