While there is no doubt that Banda Aceh has made a good achievement in terms of providing housing for its residents, there is always a room for an evaluation of the previous and upcoming policy to improve and to develop a more effective housing policy. Similar to many cities in Indonesia, Banda Aceh experience massive urbanization although in a much smaller scale compare to Jakarta or Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 20 Banda Aceh Tahun ajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Dan jumlah populasi tersebut ditetapkan sampel, yaitu 30 orang siswa. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara keseluruhan (total sampling). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ekspirimen dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik tes dan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik stratistik dalam bentuk perhitungan nilai rata-rata (mean). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan rata-rata siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 20 Banda Aceh dalam memahami materi perubahan lingkungan adalah 80. Berdasarkan kategori nilai yang menjadi acuan penelitian ini adalah 85,5 berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil tes pada pelajaran sebelum menggunakan peta konsep adalah 70. Dengan demikian pembelajaran perubahan lingkungan menggunakan media peta konsep dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami pelajaran perubahan lingkungan, sehingga media pembelajaran peta konsep untuk pelajaran perubahan lingkungan dianggap sesuai dan dapat diterapkan diruang kelas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat kesejahteraan karyawan adalah 45.7 dan tergolong tinggi, rata-rata tingkat produktivitas karyawan adalah 76.0 dan tergolong tinggi. Untuk mengetahui koefesien regresi dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana yaitu , besarnya pengaruh antara variabel independen kesejahteraam (x) terhadap variabel dependen produktivitas kerja (Y). Untuk mengetahui besarnya korelasi antara variabel bebas yaitu kesejahteraan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu produktivitas, dengan determinasi r2 = 0.26 dengan koefesien korelasi r= 0.51 ini menunjukkan korelasi sebesar 51 % pengaruh produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh besarnya kesejahteraan. Untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji t. jika nilai thitung > ttabel dengan tingkat signifikan ? = 5% Maka hipotesis diterima. In Koto Malintang, West Sumatra agroforestry practice known as ‘parak’ has existed since decades ago. This study aims to determine the importance of tree tenure security in the ‘parak’ management for its sustainability in Koto Malintang, West Sumatra. The research uses descriptive method to identify the tree tenure security. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan strategi pendekatan sebagai berikut: Pertama penelitian melakukan observasi untuk menilai dan menggambarkan pola-pola penguasaan pohon pada berbagai penguasaan tanah pada tanah komunal dan tanah negara yang mengacu kepada Rapid appraisal social forestry for land and tree tenure (FAO, 1989). To assess and describe patterns of tree control on communal land which refers to the Rapid appraisal of social forestry for land and tree tenure. Kedua menilai status jaminan hak-hak masyarakat pada penguasaan tanah dan penguasaan pohon dengan pendekatan terhadap hak-hak yang terdapat pada tanah dan pohon. The findings indicate lack of tree tenure security, especially for the purpose of selling the trees. Communal rights limit the freedom of timber use in an uncontrolled manner. But the communal rights maintain the system sustainability that is practiced as local institutional rules. For the income purposes, farmers tend to avoid planting timber-producing trees and prioritizing to quickly produce an annual crop. This is due to the limited of tenure security encourages reluctance of trees planting. Planting more trees is caused by timber interests. Planting trees is caused by the communal interest to the trees benefit for environmental sustainability.
