Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 3 Juli sampai 8 Juli 2015 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh terhadap 60 responden di 12 ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling melalui pendekatan simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang di kembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan literature review dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis dengan menggunakan chi square. Hasil penelitian dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana (p=0.000 < 0.05). The diabetic conditions were made by giving alloxan 75 mg/kg body weight (BW) and the hypoglycemic effects of extract of curry leaves given with various doses.   This study used 24 male mice strain Balb/c in four groups of treatment with six replications, namely the negative control group, the ethanol extract of curry leaf tree 50% mL/10g body weight group, 70% mL/10g body weight group and 90% mL/10g body weight group. The treatment was given orally by using a gastric sonde for 14 days. Blood samples were taken through the sinus caudalis using a scissors. Blood glucose level was measured at 1st , the 8th and the 24th of treatment using blood glucose test strips and Nesco® Multicheck apparatus. Blood glucose data were analyzed by one way ANOVA (Analysis of Variants) and followed by Tuckey test at significance level of 5%. The result showed that treatment of ethanol extract of curry leaves (Murraya koenigii) at various doses significantly affected the decrease on blood glucose levels of mice (Mus musculus) alloxan diabetic. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan dan gejala insomnia. ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan sampel 70 responden diambil secara total sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) sedangkan insomnia menggunakan kuesioner IRS (Insomnia Rating Scale). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa responden yang mengalami kecemasan sebanyak 75,7% dan insomnia 87,1%. Hasil tabulasi silang didapatkan 17 responden yang tidak kecemasan tetapi mengalami insomnia ringan 82,4%, insomnia sedang 11,8%, insomnia berat 5,9%. Kemudian 20 responden mengalami kecemasan ringan tetapi tidak insomnia 25,0%, insomnia ringan 40,0%, insomnia sedang 35,0%. 19 responden mengalami kecemasan sedang tetapi tidak insomnia 15,8%, insomnia ringan 10,5%, insomnia sedang 47,4%, insomnia berat 26,3%. 14 responden mengalami kecemasan berat tetapi tidak insomnia 12,9%, insomnia ringan 14,3%, insomnia sedang 42,9%, insomnia berat 35,7%. Salah satu persyaratan agregat yang digunakan harus bernilai abrasi lebih kecil dari 40%. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian terhadap pencampuran agregat kasar berbeda abrasi dengan quarry berbeda ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kekuatan material perkerasan jalan melalui upaya mengurangi nilai abrasi agregat kasar yang masih memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi Bina Marga tahun 2010. Bahan agregat yang digunakan dalam campuran ini berasal dari dua lokasi quarry berbeda yaitu: dari Kabupaten Gayo Lues, dan dari Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Transportasi Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan abrasi material dari Cot Girek sebesar 22,897% dan nilai abrasi material dari Rikit Gaib sebesar 33,53%. Hasil pencampuran dari kedua material dengan variasi campuran (80% RG : 20% CG) abrasi 31,210%. Hubungan yang terlihat dari hasil pencampuran material menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar persentase campuran material agregat dari Cot Girek nilai abrasi semakin kecil dan penyerapan aspal semakin kecil. Nilai kadar aspal optimum (KAO) yang didapatkan dari hasil pencampuran material dengan variasi (100% RG : 0% CG) nilai KAO 6,475%, variasi (80% RG : 20% CG) nilai KAO 6,35%, dan variasi (0% RG : 100% CG) nilai KAO 5,65%,. Pemilihan tanah tersebut karena banyak digunakan sebagai bahan timbunan pada bangunan dan penimbunan badan jalan pada wilayah Kota Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar. Kapur adalah bubuk atau mortal kapur dicampur dengan banyak cat krim. Kapur atau bubuk dapat dirumuskan mortal kapur atau semen mortal kapur untuk pasangan bata atau karya plaster. Penelitian ini menggunakan kapur dengan persentase sebesar 0% 3% 6% 9% 12%. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan memeriksa sifat-sifat fisis dan pengujian pemadatan Standard dan Modified Proctor.
