Puskesmas yang merupakan tempat kontak pertama masyarakat dengan tempat pelayanan, maka dari itu kualitas pelayanan menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien penyakit kronis di Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 72 orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan angket menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala dikhotomi dengan 30 item pernyataan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan gambaran kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien penyakit kronis di Puskesmas Darul Imarah berdasarkan reliability berada pada kategori kurang (52,8%), berdasarkan responsiveness berada pada kategori baik (48,6%), berdasarkan assurance berada pada kategori baik (68,1%), berdasarkan emphaty berada pada kategori baik (61,1%) dan berdasarkan tangibles berada pada kategori baik (69,4%). Secara umum gambaran kualitas pelayanan kesehatan pada pasien penyakit kronis Di Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kecamatan Kecamatan Darul Imarah Aceh Besar tahun 2013 berada pada kategori baik (63,9%). Peneliti menyarankan kepada pimpinan dan staf Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kecamatan Darul Imarah khususnya di ruang kartu, poli umum, laboratorium dan apotek agar lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terutama bagi pasien penyakit kronis. Catch per Unit Effort (CPUE) and IMP were calculated from primary data using vessel trips at port office and secondary data from statistic atPPN Prigi years 2000 – 2011to due analysis with using regretion and microsoft excel. Kegiatan penangkapan ikan Cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis) di Perairan Prigi Jawa Timur, daerah penangkapan WPP 573,sebagian besar menggunakan alat tangkap pukat cincin dan pancing tonda.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan hasil tangkapan per upaya penangkapan dan pola musim yang terjadi di Perairan Prigi khususnya pada perikanan cakalang yang menjadi komoditi utama hasil pelagis besar. Nilai Catch per Unit Effort (CPUE)dan Indeks Musim Penangkapan didapatkan dari data primer dari data trip kapal di syahbandar dan data sekunder berupa data statistik Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Prigi dari tahun 2000 – 2011 yang dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana dan menggunakan microsoft excel. The aims of this study is to evaluate the effect of the mercury nitrate (Hg(NO3)2) on the histological  of the liver structure of Asian seabass (Lates calcarifer Bloch) fingerling which reared in the sea water. The fingerling liver tissue structure was analyzed using histological technique method. The result shown that Hg(NO3)2 gave negatively effect on the liver of the fingerling. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari pengaruh logam berat merkuri nitrat (Hg(NO3)2) pada struktur histologis hati benih ikan kakap putih (Lates calcarifer Bloch) yang dipelihara di air laut. Analisis struktur jaringan hati dilakukan melalui teknik histologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hg(NO3)2 memberikan efek negatif pada hati benih ikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui karakteristik ibu dengan kemampuan stimulasi perkembangan motorik kasar bayi usia 1-12 bulan di Rukoh Kecamatan Syiahkuala Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasi. Populasi semua ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 1-12 bulan Di Gampong Rukoh Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2013 yang berjumlah 32 orang, menggunakan metode Quota sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan chi-square. Hasil penelitian di dapat bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (pvalue=0,004), pekerjaan (pvalue=0,001), sosial ekonomi (pvalue=0,001) dan pendidikan ibu (pvalue=0,004) dengan kemampuan stimulasi perkembangan motorik kasar bayi usia 1-12 bulan di Gampong Rukoh Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2013, dan tidak ada hubungan antara umur ibu (pvalue=0,165) dengan kemampuan stimulasi perkembangan motorik kasar bayi usia 1-12 bulan di di Gampong Rukoh Kecamatan Syiah Kuala Kota Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Examination of heavy metals content in sediment ofWawobatu  Bay Waters, Kendari wasconducted in June2011. Sediment sampleswere collectedusing gravitycoreat 5research stations. Heavymetals content weremeasuredusingAtomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The purpose of this research wasto examine the heavy metals content in sediment and to predict the quality of sediment based on index analysis approach (geoaccumulation index and pollution load index). The results showed that Pb was rangedfrom 3.704 pp to 21.892 ppm, Cd was 0.784-1,385 ppm, Cu was 3,451-12,193 ppm, and 24.838 ppm, to 69.973 ppm and 37.289 ppm to 72.329 ppm for Zn and Ni, respectively. It is concluded that the content of the theseheavy metals were lower compared to threshold value stated by The Stated Ministry Office for Life Environment 2004 and Ontario sediment Guideline 2008. In general the heavy metals content in Station 4 was higherthanthe other stations. This iscaused by the differences insediment texture in each station, whilestation 4 is situated  in estuary and it has a black clayssediment texture. In addition, the content of Ni  washigher than the others examined heavy metals.Based on I-geo values that thesediment in this waters is categorized asunpolluted  by Pb, Cu, Zn, and Ni (I-geo<0), and moderate polluted category by Cd (1<I-geo<2). Pengamatan kandungan logam berat dalam sedimen diPerairanTeluk Wawobatu, Kendari telah dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2011. Contoh sedimen diambil dengan menggunakan gravity core pada 5 stasiun penelitian. Kandungan logam berat diukur dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA). Tujuan  penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat dalam sedimen serta memprediksi kualitas sedimen berdasarkan pendekatan analisis indeks (Indeks geoakumulasi dan  Indeks Beban Pencemaran).Hasilnya menunjukkan, kandungan Pb berkisar  3,704-21,892 ppm, Cd  0,784-1,385 ppm, Cu  3,451-12,193 ppm, Zn  24,838-69,973 ppm, dan Ni  37,289-72,329 ppm. Kandungan ke lima logam tersebut masih lebih rendah dari nilai ambang batas yang ditetapkan oleh Kantor Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup 2010 dan baku mutu sedimen Ontario (Ontario Sediment Guideline) 2008. Kandungan logam berat dalam sedimen di Stasiun 4 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Stasiun lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh perbedaan tekstur sedimen di masing-masing stasiun. Stasiun 4 berada di muara sungai dan mempunyai sedimen dengan tekstur  berupa lumpur berwarna hitam.Kandungan logam Ni lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang lain, hal ini menunjukkan adanya masukan sedimen dari Teluk Kendari dan Teluk Lasolo yang terbawa oleh arus, disamping yang berasal dari darat yang masuk melalui aliran sungai. Berdasarkan nilai indeks geoakumulasi (I-geo)sedimen di perairan ini termasuk kategori tidak tercemar oleh Pb, Cu, Zn, dan Ni (I_geo<0), dan tercemar sedang oleh Cd (1<I_geo<2).Namun berdasarkan nilai indeks beban pencemaran (PLI), sedimen di perairan ini belum tercemar oleh logam berat Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, dan Ni. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga dan kurs terhadap ekspor di Indonesia periode 1997-2011. Di mana aspek yang di analisis mencakup variabel suku bunga, kurs dan variabel ekspor dari tahun 1997-2011. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa suku bunga secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor di Indonesia. Kurs rupiah secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor di Indonesia. Variasi yang terjadi terhadap ekspor indonesia dapat dijelaskan oleh variasi suku bunga dan kurs sebesar 39,4 persen dan sisanya sebesar 60,6 persen variasi yang terjadi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya diluar model penelitian. Pembuktian yang dilakukan baik dengan menggunakan uji t-hitung maupun F-hitung ternyata variabel suku bunga dan kurs dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh baik secara partial maupun secara simultan terhadap variabel ekspor. The objectives of this research were to measure the concentration of total polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) compound, concentration of individual PAH compound, and to identify sources of PAH compound in seawater. PAH compound concentration was measured by Gas Chromatography (Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionization Detector) and sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons compound were identified by diagnostic ratio analysis. The results show that the concentration of PAH compound in the middle of Jakarta Bay was higher compared to the west and the east. In the west and middle of Jakarta Bay, it is found that 11 PAH types, and 10 types in the east. Individual PAH compound dominated by high moleculer weight of PAH Benzo(a)Anthracene, Chrysene, Benzo(b)Fluoranthene, Benzo(a)Pyrene, dan Indeno(123-cd) Pyrene. The results of PAH compound ratio individual analysis showed that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons compound at Jakarta Bay seawater came from oil spill and incomplete combustion mixture of organic material such as wood, grass, fuel oil, and fuel industry combustion activity.
