Mutasi kepala sekolah identik sebagai upaya penyegaran lembaga sekolah, serta membuka peluang pengembangan karir bagi guru-guru baru. Realita yang terjadi dilapangan tidak demikian, proses mutasi kepala sekolah masih mengedepankan latar belakang hubungan kerabat dan masih ada sangkut paut dengan urusan tim sukses masa pemilukada kabupaten, sehingga dalam proses mutasi banyak melanggar aturan, akibat dari pemaksaan kehendak oleh Pejabat di daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses mutasi kepala sekolah dan faktor-faktor yang menjadi dasar mutasi terhadap kepala sekolah yang dilakukan oleh Bupati Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah studi kepustakaan dan lapangan. Studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder berdasarkan buku-buku dan dokumen serta bahan lain yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Penelitian lapangan digunakan untuk mendapatkan data primer yang dilakukan dengan mewawancarai secara langsung dan mendalam kepada informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam proses mutasi kepala sekolah masih terdapat pelanggaran aturan, antara lain adanya kepala sekolah yang diangkat belum mencukupi golongan (III/c), dan melanggar Permendikbud Nomor 62 Tahun 2013 tentang sertifikasi guru, dimana kepala sekolah dipindahkan antar jenjang sekolah yang berbeda (SMP ke SD) seharusnya tidak diperbolehkan, serta terdapat kelemahan dibadan pengawasan. Adapun yang menjadi faktor sebab dan alasan mutasi terhadap kepala sekolah adalah sebagai penyegaran lembaga sekolah, pemenuhan permintaan pegawai, dan sebagai hadiah untuk jasa dukungan ketika pemilu kabupaten. Principal transfer is an effort to refresh a school institution and to open an opportunity for career development of new teachers. Nevertheless, the reality in the field is different. The principal transfer is still based on the family relation and there is still relating with campaign team during the regional elections that resulted in violation of rules in the process of principal transfer caused by imposition of will of high rank officials in the regency. The purpose of this study was to find out the process of principal transfer and factors that became the basis of the transfer carried out by the regent of Aceh Singkil Regency. Data collection method use was literature and field study. Literature study was conducted to obtain secondary data from books, documents, and other sources related with this study. Field study is conducted to obtain primary data through direct and indebt interview with informants. The results showed that in the principal transfer process there were still violation of rules, among others, there were principals that had not reached the rank of superintendent (III/c), there were violation of regulation of minister of education and culture No. 62 of 2013 concerning teacher certification stating that principal cannot be transferred from different education unit level, for instance, from junior high school to elementary school, there were principals transferred from different education unit level, and there were weaknesses in the regulatory body. The causes and reasons for the principal transfer were refreshment of school institutions, fulfilling the demand for employees, and as a reward for services and supports during the election. It can be concluded that the transfer was conducted for school institution refreshment and teacher career development. Tikus berjumlah 20 ekor dibagi dalam 4 kelompok dengan masing-masing kelompok berjumlah 5 ekor. Tikus dipelihara selama 8 minggu dengan pemberian pakan dan minum secara ad libitum. Tikus dipelihara tanpa diberi perlakuan selama 1 minggu. Tikus diberi 1 ml minyak jelantah setiap hari mulai minggu kedua sampai minggu kedelapan. Kelompok A (KA) tikus diberi minyak goreng curah, Kelompok B (KB), C (KC), dan D (KD) tikus diberi minyak jelantah 3, 6, dan 9 kali penggorengan. Kemudian tikus dieutanasi dan dinekropsi. Organ usus dan pankreas diambil untuk diproses preparat histopatologi dan diwarnai dengan hematoksilin dan eosin (HE). Parameter yang diamati adalah deskuamasi vili-vili usus dan nekrosis sel-sel asiner pada pankreas. Hasil penelitian histopatologi berupa data ordinal dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran usus pada kelompok A tidak terjadi deskuamasi vili-vili, kelompok B terlihat adanya deskuamasi vili-vili, sedangkan kelompok C dan D terjadi peningkatan deskuamasi vili-vili usus. Gambaran pankreas pada KA tidak terjadi nekrosis sel-sel asiner, pada KB terlihat nekrosis sel-sel asiner, sedangkan KC dan KD terjadi peningkatan nekrosis sel-sel asiner. Kesimpulan terjadi peningkatan deskuamasi pada usus dan peningkatan nekrosis sel-sel asiner pada pankreas tikus putih (Rattus norvegicus) akibat pengaruh pemberian minyak jelantah.abstractThis study aimed to find out the histopathological profile of white rats (Rattus norvegicus) intestines and pancreas administered with cooking oil. A total of 20 rats were devided into 4 groups, 5 rats each. The rats maintained for 8 weeks with feeding and drinking adlibitum. On the first week, rats maintained without treated. Rats were fed with 1 ml cooking oil dayly began from the second week to the eight week. Group A (KA) was given cooking oil, group B (KB), C (KD), and D (KD) rats were fed oil fried cooking 3,6, and 9 times frying. Then rats were eutanized and necropsied. The intestine and pancreas organ were collected to histopathological processed and stained with hematoxylin and eosin (HE). The parameters observed were desquamation of the intestinal villi and nekrosis of aciner cells on pancreas. The histopathological observation results was ordinal data analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there was no villi desquamation observed on intestine of group A but it occured in group B, while on group C and D showed the increase of villi desquamation. The necrosis of aciner cells were not observed histopathologically on pancreas of KA, but it occured on KB, while on KC and KD showed the increase of intestine desquamation and pancreas a aciner cells necrosis on white rats due to the administration of cooking oil. Pengobatan untuk kandidiasis dapat menggunakan antijamur golongan azol, namun obat ini sudah banyak dilaporkan resisten, sehingga diperlukan alternatif pengobatan dari bahan alam. Minyak kelapa murni dipercayai dapat membunuh jamur Candida albicans karena kandungan medium chain fatty acid yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah minyak kelapa murni mampu menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan 4 kelompok perlakuan, yaitu kelompok minyak kelapa murni dengan konsentrasi 60%, 80%, 100%, dan kontrol negatif yaitu akuades. Uji daya hambat dilakukan dengan metode difusi cakram. Rata-rata zona hambat yang terbentuk pada kelompok minyak kelapa murni 60%, 80%, 100%, dan kontrol negatif masing masing adalah 5.6 cm, 7.4 cm, 10.4 cm, dan 0 cm. Hasil analisa data secara statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan bermakna kemampuan daya hambat minyak kelapa murni dengan kontrol negatif, yang berarti minyak kelapa murni mampu menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans .Berdasarkan respon hambatan mikroba minyak kelapa murni konsentrasi 60%, dan 80% memiliki kemampuan daya hambat lemah, sedangkan minyak kelapa murni konsentrasi 100% memiliki kemampuan daya hambat sedang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa minyak kelapa murni mampu menghambat pertumbuhan jamur Candida albicans namun daya hambatnya hanya dalam skala lemah sampai sedang.
