Although many drugs are available to reduce dysmenorrheal pain, many women consider its side effects for taking regularly. Although exercise is generally thought to alleviate the dysmenorrhea, thescientific literature display mixed evidence. The aim of the research was to investigate the effect of aerobics on decreasing dysmenorrheal pain of women 20-25 years old.The research used quasi experiment with one group pretest-posttest design using 15 samples who are medical student of Syiah Kuala University. The data was analyzed using paired t-test to differentiate the score of pain before and after the aerobics exercise. The research was conducted from Januari to April 2012. The Average result dysmenorrheal pain scoresusing the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS); pretest (6.26) and posttest (3.26) (P= 0.00). It takes place in Tibang village Syiah Kuala district, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. It used to be fishpond with mangrove trees planted inside the fish pond. After tsunami all mangrove trees were destroyed and this area have become terrestrial zone. Since 2010 many plants were replantedand attracted many birds to came to this area. Data collection by using transect method was performed since January until June 2012. In this study 26 bird species (14 families) were found within this area. Usaha Maju sudah terkendali atau belum terkendali serta mencari penyebab-penyebab kerusakan produk ( cacat ) pada perusahaan tersebut. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistical ProcessControl , yaitu sebuah metode statistik yang digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana proses pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan, dimana hasilnya dibandingkan dengan standar yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan tersebut.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengendalian kualitas produk pada CV. Usaha Maju masih belum terkendali, dengan rata-rata kerusakan produk sebesar 26 % per bulan. Jenis kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi adalah bending plat dengan total 23 eksamplar atau 31% dari total produk cacat pada bulan Januari- Desember 2013. Metals have no absorbance in the NIR spectral range, thus the methods developed so far have focused on detection of metal-organic complexes. Measurements were performed with Cd (II) and Mg(II) in 0.1 M HNO3, in the 680-1090 nm (water second and third overtones) and 1110-1800 nm (water first overtone) spectral regions, and were subjected to partial least-square regression analysis. Metal ions were scanned by NIRSystem 6500 using cuvette cell with 2 mm path length, in three consecutive days. Data for two days were used as data set and the rest of the data were used as prediction set. The calibration and prediction statistics obtained in this study indicated the potential of NIRS to predict metal ions in aqueous 0.1 M HNO3 solution with correlation coefficient (R2pred.>0.7). The RPD (residual predictive deviation) or ratio of standard error of prediction to the standard deviation, values were greater than 2, indicating that the model is appropriate for practical use (Cozzolino,2007). By using water matrix coordinates (WAMACS) from regression coefficient, obtained a consistency specific wavelength for each　metal.. Responden penelitian adalah perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Teungku Peukan dengan sample sebanyak 162 . Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yaitu berupa pengedaran kuisioner. Data tersebut kemudian diolah melalui analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah konflik peran, kelebihan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja dari variable independen. Sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah stres kerja. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan bahwa secara simultan, variabel konflik peran, kelebihan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap stres kerja, sedangkan secara parsial, variabel konflik peran, kelebihan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap stres kerja.
