RINIDARTrypanosoma evansi merupakan protozoa berflagella yang dapatmenyebabkan penyakit Trypanosomiasis atau Surra. Penyakit ini menyerang hewandengan morbiditas mencapai 50-70 juta hewan di seluruh dunia. Kerugian ekonomikarena penyakit surra yaitu berupa hilangnya berat badan, anemia, infertilitas,abortus, turunnya produksi dan kemampuan kerja serta kematian. PengendalianTrypanosoma evansi sangat bergantung pada kemoprofilaksis dan pengobatan yangtepat. Pada berbagai negara obat tripanosidal yang sudah digunakan antara lainsuramin, diminazene, isomedium dan quinapyramine. Resistensi dan toksisitas obatobatanyang digunakan dalam terapi trypanosomiasis telah banyak dilaporkan. Olehkarena itu, pencarian obat-obat anti-trypanosoma perlu dilakukan untukmengantisipasi resistennya Trypanosoma terhadap semua jenis obat trypanosomatidayang ada.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aktivitas anti-trypanosoma ekstrak kulitbatang jaloh dan daun sernai pada tikus putih yang diinfeksikan Trypanosoma evansi.Parameter yang diteliti adalah persentase parasitemia, nilai hematokrit (PCV), dannilai hemoglobin (Hb) darah tikus putih (Rattus novergicus). Penelitian inimenggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) . Tikus putih jantan berumur 3 bulandengan berat badan 80-100 gram sebanyak 35 ekor, dibagi dalam 7 kelompokperlakuan, setiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor tikus. Kelompok Kontrol Positif (+)diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi tanpa pemberian ekstrak jaloh dan sernai, J1, J2, J3diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi dan diberi ekstrak jaloh dengan dosis berturut-turut 30mg/kg bb, 45 mg/kg, dosis 60 mg/kg bb; S1, S2, S3 diinfeksikan103 T. evansi dandiberi ekstrak daun sernai dengan dosis berturut-turut 30 mg/kg bb; dosis 45 mg/kgbb; dosis 60 mg/kg bb. Ekstrak secara oral dengan menggunakan sonde lambungselama 3 hari berturut-turut, makan dan minum diberikan secara ad libitum.Persentase parasitemia dianalisis dengan metode preparat ulas darah tipis, Nilai PCVdengan metode mikrohematokrit, kadar Hb dengan metode Sianmethemoglobin.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak etanol kulit batang jalohdan daun sernai pada tikus yang terinfeksi T. evansi mempunyai aktifitas sebagai antitrypanosoma,namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang nyata antara ekstrak kulit batangjaloh dan daun sernai. Construction project must also have a definite schedule and implementation plan. The general impact that would occur if the construction is not accordance with the schedule and plan is that the delays in project realization which would increase the cost of implementation. One of the factors causing such delays is due to the reworking activities on one or more items of the construction process. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause rework on the building construction projects in the Department of Highways and Settlements in Aceh Province. The research methodology is descriptive qualitative to descriptive quantitative that explains the processed data based on the calculation of numbers. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire that asked to 55 respondents, consisting of 16 project owners, 23 contractors and 16 supervising consultants. This study was conducted to see the main factors of the rework on building construction projects. The results showed that a major cause of the rework in termof design and documentation was the unclear detail and the changed design; in term of managerial factors is lack of control of the project owner; and materials arrived late and the lack of working experience were major causes of rework in term of resource factors. Penelitian ini menggunakan limpa dari 25 ekor tikus yang dibagi secara acak dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok kontrol (K0) tanpa infeksi T. evansi dan ekstrak daun sernai. Kelompok perlakuan I (K1) diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi tanpa ekstrak daun sernai, kelompok perlakuan II (K2) diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi dan ekstrak daun sernai dosis 30 mg/kg bb, kelompok perlakuan III (K3) diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi dan ekstrak daun sernai dosis 45 mg/kg bb, kelompok perlakuan IV (K4) diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi dan ekstrak daun sernai dosis 60 mg/kg bb. Ekstrak diberikan secara oral dengan menggunakan sonde lambung selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Hari ke-4 semua tikus dieutanasia dengan menggunakan klorofrom dan diambil organ limpanya untuk pemeriksaan histopatologi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian K1 K2, dan K4 menunjukan hiperemi, nekrosis, hiperplasi, dan adanya hemosiderin yang cukup banyak, sedangkan pada K3 menunjukan nekrosis berkurang dan hemosiderin tidak begitu terlihat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun sernai (Wedelia biflora) dengan dosis 45 mg/kg bb merupakan dosis yang mampu mencegah kerusakan organ limpa pada tikus putih. Dalam pembelajaran segiempat dibutuhkan pendekatan yang dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar siswa sehingga siswa tuntas dalam belajar dan mencapai kemampuan penalaran yang tinggi diantaranya adalah pembelajaran melalui model Group Investigation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat ketuntasan belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui kemampuan penalaran siswa melalui model pembelajaran group investigation. Materi yang diajarkan adalah segiempat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas VII MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh, sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII1 MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes yang berbentuk essay sebanyak 5 soal, lembar kemampuan guru mengajar, lembar aktivitas siswa dan angket respon siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t pihak kanan dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat 0,4766 < 1,71 sehingga thitung < ttabel maka H0 diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Group Investigation tidak dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi segiempat di kelas VII MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh.
