Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru-guru, pelaksanaan evaluasi proses dan hasil belajar siswa yang dilaksanakan oleh guru-guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi, Wawancaradan Studi Dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah Reduksi Data, Display Data, dan Verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh guru-guru mata pelajaran yang masuk dalam ujian nasional semua telah mengikuti prosedur pembelajaran yang ditetapkan. (3)evaluasi pembelajaran dalam proses belajar mengajar telah dilakukan pada setiap akhir pembelajaran. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan berhasil atau belum. Jika ternyata sudah berhasil, maka materi berikut berikutnya akan dilanjutkan pada kesempatan berikutnya. Sebaliknya, jika ternyata materi yang diberikan belum dikuasai siswa, maka guru akan melaksanakan remedial sampai semua materi yang ditetapkan dalam RPP dapat dikuasai oleh siswa.Kata kunci: Efektivitas dan Manajemen Pembelajaran. Nata was produced from coconut-water and nira aren with a ratio 100%: 0%, 0%:100% and 50%:50%, which fermented with the addition of sugar and without the addition of sugar. The objective of this research was to study the influence of membrane cellulose as filter for Pliek U oil. Pliek U oil was filtered through membrane cellulose. Bacterial cellulose is produced from the fermentation process. The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of cmc, glycerol and fermentation time towards cellulose membrane characteristics. Cellulose membrane made of a combination of coconut water and palm sugar juice as medium fermentation by using Acetobacter xylinum at 2, 4 and 6 days for fermentation time. Cellulose membrane obtained from a mixture of bacterial cellulose, cmc and glycerol. The addition of cmc and glycerol to improve cellulose membrane characteristics and performance. Based on the analysis results obtained the best performance at 4 days of fermentation time with a concentration of 1.5% cmc and 1.5% glycerol. The thickness of the cellulose membrane was almost the same for all samples and does not affect significantly towards the fermentation time for cellulose membrane production. Cellulose membrane has an asymmetric shape based on morphological analysis using SEM. Besides cellulose membrane has a similar pattern to the weight reduction and has the addition of heat resistance of the membrane. In practice, the application of problem solving approach could be expected to cause change math anxiety. Mathematics anxiety is high or too low will affect the ability of critical thinking mathematically. This research is a quantitative approach to experiment with the aim to obtain a picture of increasing mathematical and critical thinking skills of mathematics anxiety of students in learning by using a problem solving approach is reviewed by the entire student and student grouping. This study uses a form of pretest-posttest control group. Collecting data using a test for mathematical and critical thinking skills questionnaire for math anxiety. Based on the analysis concluded that the increase in critical thinking skills that are taught to students' mathematical problem solving approach is higher than the increase in students' critical thinking skills being taught mathematical with conventional approaches based on the students' overall well-reviewed and reviewed based on grouping students. For math anxiety, there are no significant changes between mathematics anxiety before treatment and after treatment both in classes taught by the problem solving approach and the class is taught by conventional approaches.
