PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh District. The respondents were the employees of the PT. PLN (Persero) Banda Aceh District which was taken as 81 employees. The results of data analysis which used HLM (Hierarchichal Linear Modelling) showed that job satisfaction has a positive effect on employess performance, job satisfaction has a possitive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a possitive effect on employess performance and organizational citizenship behavior partially mediates effect of job satisfaction on employess performance in PT. The study also examines the link between altitude grow with the content of asiaticoside of Centella asiatica. Domestication research include: exploration and collection. This activity is carried out to collect Centella asiatica from different geographic locations with different altitudes. Later examination asiaticoside levels in the leaves of Centella asiatica by HPLC method and phytochemical test. Analysis of soil at all growing places were also conducted. Polymeric porous membranes are generally prepared by the phase separation of polymer solution. In this work, we prepared hollow fibre membrane by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS). Effect of molecular weight of surfactant added on the performance and characteristic of fabricated membrane were investigated. The control PES membrane has the highest contact angle, indicating thelowest hydrophilic. With addition of surfactant Tetronic in the polymer blend hollow fibre membrane, the water contact angle decreased indicates that the membrane surface is more hydrophilic. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images for all of the membrane showed the structure of fibre with finger-like macro voids through the cross-section. The sponge-type of structure in the centre path of original membrane was disappearing with addition of Tetronic. Ultrafiltration experiment results showed that water permeability washighest with addition of Tetronic with lowest molecular weight. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan PIP ditemukan permasalahan dari segi kinerja waktu, biaya dan kinerja mutu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja pelaksanaan proyek PIP tahun 2012 di Kab. Pidie Jaya berdasarkan waktu, biaya dan mutu. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknik observasi dan ekstrak dokumen dengan menggunakan analisis Nilai Hasil (Earn Value Analysis/EVA). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kinerja biaya proyek PIP dikategorikan baik, dimana biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk penyelesaian pekerjaan lebih kecil dari rencana kontrak sementara untuk kinerja waktu proyek PIP di 15 desa di kategorikan buruk, dimana waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk penyelesaian proyek lebih lambat dari rencana kontrak. Bobot presentase hasil kinerja mutu di 15 desa sebagai berikut; tahap perencanaan bobotnya 92,63%, tahap pelaksanaan bobotnya 60,58% dan tahap pelaporan bobotnya 73,33% dengan demikian hasil kinerja mutu untuk keseluruhan tahap dapat dikategorikan baik dari total kategori mutu yang harus dipenuhi sesuai kontrak dan pedoman pelaksanaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak kunyit ketumbu (Curcuma mangga) terhadap mortalitas keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata) dan konsentrasi ekstrak kunyit ketumbu (Curcuma mangga) yang paling efektif dalam pengendalian hama keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata). Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata) yang ada di persawah Gampong Lampuuk Kecamatan Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencatat jumlah keong yang mati setelah diberikan perlakuan pertama dijadikan sebagai kontrol (P0=100% air), perlakuan kedua diberikan ekstrak 25% (P1= 25% ekstrak + 75% air), perlakuan ketiga diberikan ekstrak 50% (P2= 50% ekstrak + 50% air). Perlakuan keempat diberikan ekstrak 75% (P3= 75% ekstrak + 25% air) dan perlakuan keempat diberikan ekstrak 100% (P1= 100% ekstrak). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Anova dan dilanjut dengan uji BNT (Beda Nyata Terkecil). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan F hitung = 14,189 dan F tabel= 5,911 pada p=0,05 (Fhitung > F tabel). (Hipotesis) Mortalitas keong mas pada konsentrasi 25%, 50%, 75% dan 100% secara berurut adalah 12, 19, 28 dan 33. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ekstrak kunyit ketumbu (Curcuma mangga) berpengaruh terhadap mortalitas keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata) dan konsentrasi kunyit ketumbu yang paling efektif dalam pengendalian hama keong mas adalah pada perlakuan 100%.
