Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan Quantum learning lebih baik dari siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran secara konvensional di SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. (2) motivasi siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan quantum learning lebih baik dari pada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran secara konvensional di SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. (3) Terdapat korelasi positif antara kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan motivasi siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran dengan pendekatan quantum learning pada siswa SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe yang terdiri atas 8 (delapan) kelas. Dari 8 (delapan) kelas tersebut dipilih secara acak kelas atau random sampling class, sehingga terpilih kelas VII1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII3 sebagai kelas kontrol sebagai sampel.yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII1 dan kelas VII3. Instrumen penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis berbentuk soal uraian berjumlah 5 butir soal dan angket motivasi berjumlah 16 butir pernyataan. Nilai reliabilitas masing-masing instrumen tersebut sebesar 0,74 dan 0,61. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan pembelajaran pendekatan quantum learning lebih baik dari pada siswa yang diajarkan secara konvensional di SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. (2) Motivasi siswa dengan pembelajaran pendekatan quantum learning lebih baik dari pada siswa yang diajarkan secara konvensional di SMP Negeri 5 Lhokseumawe. (3) Terdapat korelasi positif antara kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan motivasi siswa. These subcellular organisms can be classified into four groups ; animal, plant, archaea and bacteria viruses. Among them, bacteria viruses or also known as bacteriophages have the highest numbers with the  total estimation of 1031 .  The fact is that, until today only ~ 6,000 types of phages have been discovered since 1959 (ICTV report, 2011). Therefore, there are lots of new phages waiting to be discovered. Partial genomic studies have been conducted on a potential new bacteriophage isolated from goat faeces. Thus, to fulfil the objective of this study genomic characterization was carried out to discover more genomic details in order to reveal the true identity of the newly isolated phage . As first part of the analysis, phage genome was extracted to identify the phage's genome type and to estimate the genome size. Along with that, the extracted genome was used to proceed with the genome profiling and also for  partial genome sequencing analysis. Based on the genomic analysis, the results showed the isolated phage carries DNA as it genetic material with the size of genome around 30-40kbp. Besides that, this phage produced different genomic profile in comparison with other known phages such as Lambda, T4 and T7 phages when digest with the same restriction enzymes. Besides that, based on partial genome sequencing and results run against NCBI database, this newly isolated phage might be related with another newly isolated phage known as Sodalis phage SO-1. As far as the genomic data collected, an assumption can be made that this isolated phage could be a new addition to the list of viruses in International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) database. Jenis penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi 162 orang, pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling pada 65 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 20 Maret hingga 1 April 2014 dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa 30 pernyataan dalam bentuk skala likert. Hasil penelitian: family burden pada keluarga pasca stroke dengan hemiparesis dan hemiplagia di Poliklinik Saraf BLUD RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014 berada pada kategori rendah (55,4%), beban objektif pada kategori rendah (52,3%), dan beban subjektif pada kategori tinggi (60%). Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Bireuen pada tahun 2014. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode wawancara menanyakan langsung daftar pertanyaan (kuisioner) kepada 73 responden petani garam yang terdapat di Kecamatan Jangka dan Kecamatan Jeunieb dikarenakan kedua Kecamatan tersebut merupakan sentra garam rakyat dan merupakan daerah dengan populasi petani garam terbanyak. Pendekatan Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model regresi linear berganda dengan ordinary least square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial faktor biaya produksi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam di Kabupaten Bireuen, sedangkan faktor harga jual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam di Kabupaten Bireuen. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel biaya produksi dan harga jual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani garam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan petani garam mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dengan cara meminimumkan biaya produksi dan diperlukan kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengendalikan harga garam di pasaran agar pendapatan petani garam dapat meningkat. Currently, one of the main bottlenecks to the expansion of Scylla aquaculture is the inconsistent and low production of hatchery juveniles. One major challenge to overcome at the hatchery level is disease issues caused by bacteria. The use of probiotics to outcompete pathogenic bacteria is being tested in the industry as a better disease prevention method in Scylla aquaculture compared to antibiotics, and is getting more recognition in aquaculture to reduce bacterial issues. The current review discusses mudcrab farming activities in Malaysia and the scope for using probiotics in Scylla aquaculture, as this is a potential way to increase survival rates in a long term sustainable way.
