Salah satunya adalah dengan menampilkan produk wisata yang menarik, melakukan bauran promosi yang tepat, dan menampilkan citra (image) destinasi yang positif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepariwisataan di Provinsi Aceh, dan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh produk dan bauran promosi wisata baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap citra (image) destinasi dan dampaknya pada niat wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Provinsi Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh produk dan bauran promosi wisata terhadap citra (image) destinasi dan dampaknya pada niat wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Provinsi Aceh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 170 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kepariwisataan Aceh belum mendapatkan respon yang cukup baik dari wisatawan, kemudian produk atraksi, produk sarana prasarana, dan bauran promosi wisata berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap citra (image) destinasi. Ketiganya juga mempunyai pengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap niat wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang. Produk atraksi, produk sarana prasarana, dan bauran promosi wisata juga berpengaruh terhadap niat wisatawan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang apabila melalui citra (image) destinasi. Namun bila ditelaah lebih dalam, museum cukup signifikan dalam pengembangan wawasan dan pengetahuan.Perencanaan dan perancangan sebuah museum yang khusus menampilkan budaya Aceh dirasa perlu diterapkan sehingga dapat memaksimalkan atau menonjolkan materi pamer seperti ikon budaya dari tiap kabupaten yang ada di Aceh dan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek kenyamanan terutama dalam hal kenyamanan visual.Proses perencanaan dan perancangan menggunakan studi literatur, survey, dan wawancara untuk memperoleh informasi yang tepat mengenai syarat dalam merancang sebuah museum, kondisi tapak, serta hal-hal yang dianggap penting dan berkaitan dengan proses tersebut.Konsep yang diterapkan dalam desain adalah simbolisme, mengadopsi konsep budaya aceh, yaitu salah satu ikon kesenian aceh. Public appreciation of the museum is still lacking, the possibility of community-level understanding of the museum is still narrow. However, when examined more deeply, the museum is quite significant in the development of insight and knowledge.The planning and designing a special museum displays Acehnese culture is necessary implemented so as to maximize or highlight show off material such as cultural icons of each districts in Aceh and taking into account the aspects of comfort, especially in terms of visual comfort.The planning and design process using literature studies, surveys, and interviews to obtain proper information about the conditions in designing a museum, site conditions, as well as things that are considered important and are associated with the process.The concept is applied in the design is the symbolism, adopting the concept of Acehnese culture, which is one of the icons of art Aceh. Salah satu penyakit yang dapat disembuhkan adalah hiperlipidemia. Telah diketahui bahwa daun binahong (Anredera cordifolia (Ten) Steenis) mengandung steroid, terpenoid, saponin dan flavanoid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efek ekstrak etanol 70% daun binahong dalam menurunkan kadar kolesterol total dan mengetahui aktivitas daun binahong dalam menurunkan kadar kolesterol total darah pada tikus putih. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol negatif J1, kelompok positif J2 (kontrol pembanding) diberikan simvastatin, kelompok J3 dosis rendah (5 mg/kgBB), kelompok J4 dosis sedang (9 mg/kgBB) dan kelompok J5 dosis tinggi (12 mg/kgBB) ekstrak daun binahong. Pengukuran pretest kadar kolesterol total darah dilakukan pada hari ke 8 dan postest pada hari ke 15. Pada dosis 12 mg/kgBB terjadi penurunan kadar kolesterol total secara signifikan. Dari hasilpenelitian diperoleh hasil analisis secara parsial (uji t) menyatakan bahwa luaslahan berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi kakao sedangkan tenaga kerja danpupuk tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi kakao.
