Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah metode convinience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa harga referensi internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap niat membeli, dengan kata lain mediasi ini disebut dengan mesiasi parsial dan hasil penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa persepsi kualitas merek tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap niat membeli, akan tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap niat membeli dengan nilai yang diterima sebagai variabel pemediasi, dengan kata lain mediasi ini disebut sebagai mediasi sepenuhnya. It is estimated that the incidence of neuropathic pain ranges between 2-40% of all adult men. Some neuropathic pain can not be cured, such as in patients with diabetes mellitus, trigeminal neuralgia, cervical syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, lumbar stenosis, herniated nucleus pulposus and the carcinoma. The pathophysiology of neuropathic pain are complex and not fully understood. Methylcobalamin is a metabolite of vitamin B12 acts as a coenzyme in the formation of methionine from homocysteine. This reaction is useful in the formation of DNA, as well as maintenance of nerve function. Through the methylation reaction, methylcobalamin also plays a role in the formation of lecithin, a protein that plays an important role in the regeneration of peripheral nerves, including the formation of myelin. This study aimed to determine animal mechanical alodinia with or without the administration of methylcobalamin. Twenty male Sprague Dawley rats, aged 2 months, with an average weight of 150-250 g, obtained from the Laboratory LPPT Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta. The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, each consisting of 5 mice. All the rats, their fifth lumbar nerve were ligated. Group I was the control mice (C) 0.9% NaCl given, group II (M1) were given a dose of 50 microg methylcobalamin, group III (M2) were given a dose of 100 microg methylcobalamin, while group IV (M3) were given a dose of 150 microg methylcobalamin 13 weeks provision. Jagung manis dapat digunakan sebagai bahan olahan pembuatan roti, dengan cara dijadikan pasta jagung atau tepung jagung. Kandungan karbohidrat lebih tinggi dari tepung terigu maupun bahan pangan pokok lainnya dan kandungan karbohidrat jagung manis sebanding dengan beras. Maka diperlukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio tepung terigu dan pasta jagung manis serta suhu dan waktu pemanggangan terhadap karakteristik roti tawar yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio tepung terigu dan pasta jagung manis serta suhu dan waktu pemanggangan terhadap karakteristik roti tawar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan faktor rasio penggunaan tepung terigu dan pasta jagung manis (R) yang terdiri dari R1 = 80:20, R2 = 70:30, R3 = 60:40, R4 = 50:50 dan faktor suhu dan waktu pemanggangan (K) yang terdiri dari K1 = 1700C selama 50 menit dan K2 = 1900C selama 30 menit. Produk yang akan dianalisis pada penelitian ini yaitu roti tawar pasta jagung manis meliputi analisis fisik (volume spesifik, rasio pengembangan adonan, kekerasan), analisis kimia (kadar air dan kadar abu), dan organoleptik, yaitu uji hedonik (warna, rasa, aroma dan tekstur). Indonesia is the country's second-largest wheat importer in the world by 2012. One of the efforts being made to reduce imports of wheat which is a raw material in the manufacture of bread is by way of mensubstitusi wheat pasta with corn. Sweet corn can be used as an ingredient in processed bread making, by means of a paste made of corn or corn flour. Higher carbohydrate content than all-purpose flour and other basic foodstuffs and carbohydrate content of sweet corn is comparable to rice. Research is required to determine the influence of the ratio of flour and pasta sweet corn as well as the time and temperature of roasting of bread tasteless characteristics were produced. This research aims to know the influence of the ratio of wheat flour and pasta sweet corn as well as the time and temperature of roasting of bread tasteless characteristics. This study used a Group Randomized Design (GRD) with the use of ratio factors for wheat flour and pasta sweet corn (R) consisting of R1 = 80: 20, R2 = 70: 30, R3 = 60: 40, 50: 50 = R4 and roasting temperature and time factor (K) which consists of K1 = 170oC for 50 minutes and K2 = 190oC for 30 minutes. Pengeluaran respondenuntuk konsumsi makanan seperti makan dalam 1 bulan, sneak, makan diluar dan mentraktirteman dengan jumlah pengeluaran Rp.100.000-162.499 perbulan yakni 9 responden atau 31,0%.Sedangkan konsumsi non makanan seperti kosmetik, buku pelajaran, bahan kuliah, aksesinternet, isi pulsa, membeli pakaian, transportasi dan liburan dengan jumlah pengeluaranRp.262.400-422.799 yakni 13 atau 44,8%.
