It has motivated the use of mobile devices for various social networking mobile services such as android based multimedia disaster information transmission. Disaster multimedia information is important for quick response and recovery phases of the disaster management. In previous work, an online disaster information system based on location (we called it ASIKonLBS) has been proposed. However, it was only providing the coordinate information of the disaster location by using short message service (SMS) gateway and global positioning system (GPS). In this paper, we propose the design of prototype for online disaster multimedia data transmission based on android. Such that, the ASIKonLBSv2 can provide not only the information of the location, but also the situation of the disaster area including news, picture, and video. The research method refers to a spiral model that begins with conceptual design, prototype development and evaluation. The result shows that the designed prototype can be implemented for online disaster multimedia data transmission (news, photo and video) using Android Developer Tools. Furthermore, the prototype can be installed in the android-based smartphone and map the disaster multimedia data onto the web of ASIKonLBS. In Indonesia breastfeeding reached 15.3% and formula feeding increased three-fold from 10.3% to 32.5%. This shows the lack of knowledge of parents and the community in general to promote increased breastfeeding. The aim of the research is to known characteristics of mother that weaning under 2 years of age in Neuheun Village at Mesjid Raya district- Aceh Besar 2014. The research desain is eksplorative descriptive by using cross sectional study. The population in this research were 138, sampling technique through by purposive sampling and samples were 64 mother. Data collection technique conducted through by distributing questionnaires about knowledge and social-cultural i.e 16 statements in Dicotomous and Likert scale. Data analysis method used univariate analysis. The result of the research is maternal age at early adult category of 62 people (96.9%), most maternal education with higher education is 32 people (50.0%), mothers who work as many as 34 people (53.2%), mothers with income above the minimum wage by 35 people (54.6%), as many as 35 people (54.7%) mothers have the low of knowledge, 36 people (56.3%) have a bad social culture. The result of the research recommends Puskesmas (public health subdistrict) maternal and child health, are expected to socialize exclusive breastfeeding to mothers, families and communities as well as the socialization of a good time for child weaning. This research was conducted using a randomized factorial block design consisting of two factors that is moisture content of jatropha seeds (2% and 3%) and amount of hexane that used as a co-solvent (0 ml, 75 ml, 95 ml, 115 ml and 135 ml). The experimental result shows that the highest yieldbiodiesel of 78.72 % obtained at process condition of jatropha seeds moisture content of 2% and amount of hexane of 115 mL. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada delapan titik pengamatan di Aceh Besar yaitu di Amat Aramanyang, Lampuuk, Pulau Dituan, Lhok Ketapang, LhokSeudu, Leupung, Pulo Aceh, dan Lamteng. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Visual Sensus pada dua kedalaman (3-4m dan 6-8 m) dengan tiga pengulangan pada masing-masing kedalaman. Hasil identifikasi ditemukan sebanyak 8 spesies ikan dari genus Chaetodon pada kedalaman 3-4 meter dan 11 spesies pada kedalaman 6-8 meter. Total individu yang ditemukan sebanyak 83 individu pada kedalaman 3-4 meter dan 117 individu pada kedalaman 6-8 meter. Nilai indeks keragaman pada kedalaman 3-4 meter berkisar antara 0,3 sampai 1,1(rendah sampai sedang), dan pada kedalaman 6-8 meter antara 0,3 sampai 1,6 (rendah sampai sedang).Nilai indeks keseragaman pada kedalaman 3-4 berkisar antara 0,3 sampai 1 (tertekan sampai stabil) pada kedalaman 6-8 meter nilai keseragaman antara 0,3 sampai 0,9 (tertekan sampai stabil). This study was done in September 2012 to March 2013. The data was taken in eight locations, namely in Amat Aramanyang, Lampuuk, Pulau Dituan, Lhok Ketapang, Lhok Seudu, Leupung, Pulo Aceh, and Lamteng. This study was done by using Visual Census Method in two different depth (3-4 m and 6-8m) with three replication in each depth. The result found 8 species of fish in 3-4 m depth and 11 species in 6-8 m depht. The total individualsof fish that was found were 83 individuals in 3-4 m depht and 117 individuals in 6-8 m depth. The diversity index in 3-4 m depth ranged 0.3 to 1.1 where this value included in low category to medium category and in 6-8 m depth ranged 0.3 to 1.6 where thie value included in low catagory to medium. The evennes index value in 3-4 m depth ranged from 0.32 to 1 that implied to pressured category to stable category and in 6-8 m depth ranged from 0.3 to 0.9 that implied to preassured to stable category. The parameters optimized were PLBs size, preculture concentration, preculture duration, PVS2 incubation temperature and duration. The optimized parameters obtained were 3-4mm of PLBs precultured in 0.2M sucrose for 1 day, treated with a mixture of 2M glycerol and 0.4M sucrose supplemented with half strength liquid MS media at 25°C for 20 minutes and subsequently dehydrated with plant vitrification solution 2 (PVS2) at 0°C for 20 minutes prior storage in liquid nitrogen. Following rapid warming in a water bath at 40°C for 90 seconds, PLBs were washed with a half strength liquid MS media supplemented with 1.2M sucrose. Subsequently, PLBs were cultured on half strength semi-solid MS media supplemented with 2% (w/v) sucrose in the absence of growth regulator. The optimized vitrification method was successful in preserving this orchid as it produced growth recovery in cryopreserved PLBs up to 40%. Ascorbic acid was added in the media to evaluate the regeneration process of cryopreserved PLBs. However, growth recovery rate was only 10% at 0.6mM ascorbic acid. RAPD analysis using 6 primers indicated that cryopreserved and non-cryopreserved PLBs from vitrification method were genetically faithful to the mother plant. However, 3 primers showed polymorphism and 1 primers indicated partial polymorphism between the cryopreserved and non-cryopreserved PLBs in comparative to the mother plant.
