Untuk melihat pertumbuhan dan ketimpangan ini digunakan data PDRB Aceh denganmenggunakan modelIndeks Williamson danTipologi Klassen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka koefisien ketimpangan pertumbuhan ekonomidi Provinsi Aceh mengalami peningkatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh tingginya koefisien ketimpanganpendapatan perkapita dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan 2010. Pengeluaran pemerintahdan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan indek ketimpangan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Aceh. 51,09 persen variasi dari indek ketimpangan pendapatan dapat diterangkan oleh pengeluaran pemerintah dan jumlah penduduk, sedangkan 48,91 persen lagi dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model ini. Hasil analisis indeks williamson menunjukkan di Kabupaten/kota mengalami ketimpangan yang sangat tinggi pada tahun 2001 dan terus tumbuh sehingga pada tahun 2010 ketimpangannya turun dibawah rata-rata meskipun masih berada di tingkat ketimpangan dengan indeks yang tinggi namun mampu menunjukkan pembangunan yang lebih baik, misalnya Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya pada tahun 2001mengalami ketimpangan yang sangat tinggi dengan koefisien ketimpangan 0,862 dan selanjutnya menurun pada tahun 2010 dengan indeks ketimpangan (IW) dibawah rata-rata dengan koefisien ketimpangan 0,761.Untuk mengurangi tingkat ketimpangan antar wilayah di Provinsi Aceh di masa yang akan datang,Pemerintah Aceh perlu meningkatkan pengeluaran untuk belanja modal untuk kabupaten yang berada di wilayah Tengah dan Barat Selatan dan penciptaan lapangan kerja untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi didaerah ini. NurSyechalad MSABSTRACTThis study was to analyze the growth economic and disparited between districts / cities in Aceh province. To see this inequality Aceh GDP data was used to the model and typology Klassen Williamson Index.The results showed that the rate coefficient of inequality of growth economic in the Province of Aceh has improved. This is indicated by the high coefficient of inequality from 2000 to 2010. Government spending and the number of people positive and significant effect in increasing the index of inequality across districts / cities in Aceh province. 51.09 percent of the variation of the index of income inequality can be explained by government spending and population, while the remaining 48.91 percent is explained by other factors outside the model.Williamson index analysis results showed in the district / city having a very high inequality in 2001 and continues to grow so that in the year 2010 fell limp below average although still at the level of inequality of growth with a high index, but were able to show better development, for example Aceh Barat Daya district in 2001 had a very high inequality with coeficien index at 0,862 and further declined in 2010 with the index of inequality for 0,761 coeficien index(IW) is below the average.To reduce the level of inequality between regions in the province of Aceh in the future, the Government of Aceh need to increase spending on capital expenditures for the Central Region and the South West and the creation of employment for encourage the growth of regional economic.Keywords: growth economic, disparities, government expenditure. Pembangunan rumah itu sendiri memerlukan biaya yang besar dan harus dipersiapkan oleh pemilik. Estimasi biaya konstruksi merupakan perkiraan perhitungan banyaknya biaya yang akan dikeluarkan untuk upah dan bahan, serta biaya-biaya yang lainnya yang berhubungan dengan pembangunan. Penentuan nilai harga jual rumah dilihat dari berapa besar jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam pembangunan sebuah rumah dan juga terdapat faktor-faktor lain di dalam harga jual rumah, antara lain faktor harga, faktor lokasi, faktor bangunan, dan faktor lingkungan. Besar kecilnya anggaran biaya sangat ditentukan oleh harga satuan bahan dan harga satuan upah yang cenderung berubah-berubah setiap saat. Permasalahan disini adalah berapa besar nilai konstruksi berdasarkan harga satuan dan faktor yang dominan dari harga jual rumah pada perumahan di Banda Aceh dan Aceh Besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya konstruksi berdasarkan harga satuan dan faktor-faktor harga jual yang dominan yang ditetapkan oleh investor atau developer. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap, yaitu tahap pengumpulan data dan tahap analisis data. Pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuisioner kepada responden dengan memberikan pertanyaan mengenai faktor-faktor harga jual rumah seperti yang disebutkan diatas. Kuisioner disebarkan kepada 11 perusahaan dan pada tiap perusahaan mewakili 1 orang responden yang memiliki jabatan penting pada perusahaan tersebut untuk mengisi kuisioner. Tahap analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. This study aimed to describe the programs, the policy, and the obstacles of principal in improving the discipline and work motivation of teachers in State Elementary School 36 Laksana of Banda Aceh. This study used qualitative descriptive approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation study. Subjects of this study were principal and teachers. The results of the study showed that the program of improving the discipline and work motivation of teachers aimed to achieve an optimal teaching-learning process, so that the quality of school can be improved. Each program plan was purposed to make the teaching-learning process become effective, fun, and school-goals oriented. The policy of principal in improving the commitment of teachers was the implementation of situational leadership for low-commitment teachers, and the implementation of consultative and participative leadership for high-commitment teachers. The principal always discussed the policies with the teachers. The obstacles in improving the discipline and work motivation of teachers were the condition of few teachers that came late to school, some teachers did not prepare the teaching materials well, and some of them did not use media in teaching process.Keywords: Strategies of Principal, Discipline and Motivation of Teachers.Abstrak: Kepala sekolah sebagai top manager memiliki peran yang strategis dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan program kepala sekolah, kebijakan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan komitmen dan motivasi kerja guru, serta kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin dan motivasi kerja pada guru SD Negeri 36 Laksana Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program peningkatan disiplin dan motivasi kerja guru bersasaran untuk tercapainya proses pembelajaran dengan optimal, sehingga pada akhirnya mutu sekolah dapat diitingkatkan. Setiap penyusunan program diarahkan agar proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik, efektif, dan menyenangkan, dan berorientasi kepada pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Kebijakan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan komitmen guru dengan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang bersifat situasional bagi guru-guru yang komitmen kerjanya biasa, tetapi sikap mereka lebih patuh dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, kepala sekolah menerapkan kepemimpinan konsultatif dan partisipatif. Kepala sekolah banyak berdiskusi untuk mendapatkan cara yang disetujui oleh guru-guru. Citicoline can provide cholinergic andneuroprotective effects. Citicoline can also improve the structural and functionalintegrity of nerve cell membranes and helps repair cell membranes during cellinjury. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of citicoline on functionalstatus pascacedera sciaticus nerve. This study is an experimental laboratory studyusing 40 male white rats (Rattus norvegicus.). Rats were divided into 4 experimentalgroups: the group I as a positive control group, group II as a negative control group,while group III, IV as a treatment group. Positive control group is a group that iscovered with gelatin sponge soaked with 0.4 cc of saline solution 0.9%, the negativecontrol group was not given the treatment while the treatment group is the groupthat was wrapped with a gelatin sponge soaked with citicoline 0.4 cc and 0.8 ccciticoline. Assessment of functional status can be done by the method of walkingtrack. This method is done by letting the animals walk on the white paper along the100 m with a given compartment is dark. From the analysis of walking tracks andfollowed by a graphic analysis found that citicoline role in the improvement offunctional status.
