An information system especially a database is designed with a high data availability. One of the database systems is MySQL cluster. Sometimes, its performance decreased because of the system’s incapablity to handle the data. To overcome this problem, the research of load balancing systems for MySQL cluster is needed. This research is intended to analyze the effect of load balancing clustering methods on MySQL cluster which by default has been set as failover clustering. The analysis is done through data collection and database transactions test to get the number of Transactions per second (TPS) and response time parameter using SysBench. The test is divided into two main scenarios, the simple and complex-mode that running on 4 computers. The tests were conducted by giving workloads from 8 up to 128 threads respectively to the server through a client on default conditions and load balancing. The test results showed the number of TPS at MySQL cluster default is 536.61. In contrast, number of TPS at load balancing is better at 2261.22. Likewise, the response time at MySQL cluster load balancing is 147.55 ms faster than that of the default one at 335.00 ms. The white rats use 24 tails and devided into 4 groups with each group replicates 6 times. There are A0 as control which give with aquadest, A1 give with ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves, A2 give with ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves and Sheep Red Blood Cells (SRBC), and A3 give with SRBC only. White Wistar rats aged 3 months with body weight 100-300 grams. Aquadest and ethanol extracts of Premna pubescens given orally every day and SRBC given by injections on the 8th and 15th day . The rats blood taken by decapitation on 31th day. Measurements antibody titer of the rat as humoral immunity used hemagglutination method using a V microplate 96. The results were analyzed statistically with ANOVA. The result showed that the antibody titer at A2 increased significantly , where t (65,78) > t table (4,94). This suggests that the ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves influence the humoral imunnity of Wistar strains rats using SRBC, The result of body weight statistically, tcount 0.23 < ttable 3.10. It means that ethanol extract of Premna pubescens leaves did not influence the body weigh. Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2013-12-31 Description An account of the resource Telenomus sp. is one of the most important biological control agents for several Hemipterous and Lepidopterous  insects.  This study was performed to determine the effect of host diets on host preference and host suitability in Telenomus parasitoid.    In this research, the hosts (Nezara viridula) was reared on the different diets, i.e. Vigna sinensis, Phaseolus vulgaris, and Indigofera suffruticosa.  The result of this experiment showed that the parasitization level of Telenomus sp was not affected by host diets.  However, host diets affected on the percentage of the parasitoid offspring. The percentage offspring was 96%, 81% and 44% from host fed on I. suffruticosa, V. sinensis,and P. vulgaris, respectively. The offspring for all of treatments was biased to female (more than 70%), however it was not affected by host diets. Kanker payudara tidak hanya dialami oleh wanita yang berusia di atas 30 tahun, tetapi dapat juga terjadi pada wanita di bawah usia 30 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi kelompok usia dan jenis histopatologi kanker payudara di RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2009-2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif terhadap pasien yang didiagnosis kanker payudara secara klinis dan histopatologis dengan mengambil data sekunder dari buku registrasi histopatologi Departemen Patologi Anatomi di RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2009-2013. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dari 169 kejadian kanker payudara selama periode 2009-2013 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, kelompok usia terbanyak yang menderita kanker payudara yaitu kelompok usia 40-49 tahun sebanyak 67 kasus (39,7%) dan jumlah kejadian tertinggi terdapat pada tahun 2012 sebesar 41 kasus (24,26%). Penderita kanker payudara termuda berusia 19 tahun, penderita tertua berusia 82 tahun, dan rata rata-rata usia pada saat ditemukannya kanker adalah 50 tahun. Sedangkan jenis histopatologi kanker payudara paling sering adalah jenis invasive (infiltrating) ductal carcinoma mammae (IDC) sebanyak 126 kasus (74,6%). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kejadian kanker payudara tidak hanya dialami oleh kelompok usia dewasa dan reproduktif, namun juga diderita oleh dewasa muda dan lansia.Kata kunci: kanker payudara, usia, jenis histopatologi.
