The aim of this study is to analyse the influence of the number of the agricultural labours, agricultural export, agricultural investment and agricultural bank credit toward the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province. The independent variables are the agricultural labours, agricultural export, agricultural investment and agricultural bank credit and the dependent variable is the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province. The data that are used in this study are time series data which are taken from 1999-2012. This study method also use the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result shows that the variables of agricultural export, agricultural investment and agricultural bank credit have positively affected and highly significant toward the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province, where as the number of the agricultural labours has negatively affected and highly significant toward agricultural GRDP of Aceh province. Closeness of the correlation between the dependent variable and the independent variables that affect the agricultural GRDP of Aceh province is amounted to 89.7% which can be explained by the four variables in the model. The remaining 10.3% is explained by other factors outside the model's equations. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran personalhygiene lanjut usia dengan diabetes mellitus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas BatohKecamatan Luengbata Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif.Populasi penelitian ini adalah lanjut usia dengan diabetes mellitus yang berjumlah 36orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling sehingga sampelnya berjumlah 36orang. Waktu penelitian dilakukan 13-20 Juni 2013. Alat pengumpulan data yangdigunakan yaitu lembaran checklist dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Hasilpenelitian secara umum menunjukkan bahwa gambaran personal hygiene lanjut usiadengan diabetes mellitus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Batoh Kecamatan LuengbataBanda Aceh tahun 2013 berada pada kategori baik dengan 20 responden (55,56%).Dari delapan subvariabel ruang lingkup personal hygiene yang diteliti didapatkan databahwa lima diantaranya berada pada kategori baik yaitu subvariabel kebersihan kulit(52,78%), kebersihan tangan dan kaki (55,56%), kebersihan rambut (58,33%),kebersihan mata (75%), dan kebersihan hidung (75%). Sedangkan untuk tigasubvariabel lainnya berada pada kategori kurang baik yaitu kebersihan kuku (58,33%),kebersihan mulut (52,78%) dan kebersihan telinga (66,67%). Diharapkan kepadalanjut usia dengan diabetes mellitus agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkankebutuhan kebersihan diri dengan baik demi menjalani kehidupan dengan kesehatanyang optimal. Hubungan kerja antara Perawat dengan tenaga kesehatan lain, perawat lain, pasien maupun keluarga dapat berpotensi menimbulkan konflik. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan manajemen konflik yang baik yang dilakukan oleh Kepala ruang. Manajemen konflik yang baik dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan seorang Kepala Ruang. Tujuan penenlitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Ruang dengan manajemen konflik di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif; deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 71 orang. Hasil penelitian analisa univariat menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan adalah partisipatif (32,4%) dan manajemen konflik pada kategori kurang baik (54,9%). Hasil penelitian analisa bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Ruang dengan manajemen konflik di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014 dengan p-value 0,001.
