Once of the meaning of mathematic studying is to learn the communication, because the students may provide the ideas to the teacher and other trough. On the other side, the interpersonally studying of the student much concerning to the process and the result of the student learns, because the interpersonally studying might easily solve the problem and act as an adult. Once of the studying model may applicable to increase the mathematically communication ability and the interpersonally studying is the group model investigation. This research aims to know the increasing of mathematically communication ability and the interpersonally studying between students who get group investigation lesson and students who get conventional lesson concerning all generally and based of student level. This research is use the experimental research. The design used of the research is pre-test post-test control group design. The population of the research are all of the students level VII of National 9 Junior High School of Banda Aceh. Random sampling technical used to take the sample. In order to have the data research used the instrument as mathematically communication ability test and interpersonally studying scale form questionary. The result of the research shows that mathematically communication ability and the interpersonally studying student who get group investigation learning are better than students who get conventionally learning as in all generally or even based on student level.Keyword: Group Investigation Lesson Model, Mathematically Communication Ability, Interpersonally Studying of Student. Oleh karena itu untuk meminimalisir risiko bencana barus menjadi bagian terpadu dengan kepala keluarga, Jenis penelitian berbentuk deskriptif dengan metode penelitian rnenggunakan squential exploratory yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kajian tentang pengetabuan kepala keluarga dalam menghadapi aneaman bencana gempa bumi. Pengumpulan data telah dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai bulan Februari 2015 di Kecamatan Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Cara pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu cluster sampling pad a 381 responden kepala keluarga di keeamatan Baitussalam Kabupaten Aeeh Besar. lnstrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, pengolahan dan analisis data secara manual dengan menggunakan rumus p = a/b x100% untuk melihat sejauh mana pengetahuan kepala keluarga dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan kepala keluarga dalam menghadapi aneaman bencana gempa bumi di kecarnatan Baitussalam sudah baik dari 381 responden hanya 46 responden yang masih kurang dalam memahami pengetahuan kebencanaan. Duapuluh lima ekor tikus jantan dibagi secara acak ke dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan yang masing-masing terdiri atas 5 ekor tikus. Kelompok 0 (K0) tanpa perlakuan, kelompok I (K1) hanya diinfeksikan dengan 103 T. evansi, kelompok II (K2) diinfeksikan dengan 103T. evansi dan diberikan ekstrak kulit batang jaloh 30 mg/kg bobot badan, kelompok III (K3) diinfeksikan 103 T. evansi dan diberikan ekstrak kulit batang jaloh 45 mg/kg bobot badan, dan kelompok IV (K4) diinfeksi dengan 103 T. evansi dan diberikan ekstrak kulit batang jaloh 60 mg/kg bobot badan. Infeksi T. evansi dilakukan secara intraperitoneal sedangkan ekstrak diberikan secara oral selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata ± SD nilai hematokrit dan eritrosit tikus dari K1, K2, K3 dan K4 lebih rendah dari K0. Sebaliknya, rata-rata ± SD jumlah leukosit (103/µl) lebih tinggi dari K0. Diferensial leukosit menunjukkan jumlah masing-masing sel leukosit semua tikus dalam kelompok perlakuan meningkat setelah pemberian ekstrak kulit batang jaloh kecuali eosinofil dan limfosit yang justru menurun. Dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Infeksi T. evansi menurunkan kadar hematokrit dan eritrosit namun meningkatkan kadar leukosit tikus dan pemberian ekstrak kulit batang jaloh dosis rendah dalam waktu yang singkat mampu mengembalikan profil darah tikus mendekati nilai normal.
