Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk membuktikan hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Vector Autoregressive (VAR) restricted. Data yang dianalisis adalah data kuartalan dari masing-masing variabel dengan periode kuartal III tahun 1997-kuartal IV 2013. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti memiliki hubungan kausalitas. Hubungan signifikan antar variabel yang didapat adalah: IHSG berpengaruh secara signifikan investasi portofolio dan nilai tukar; investasi portofolio berpengaruh secara signifikan IHSG, BI rate dan nilai tukar; BI rate memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pergerakan IHSG dan investasi portofolio; serta nilai tukar memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan hanya terhadap investasi portofolio. Kebijakan moneter BI rate sangat efektif mempengaruhi variabel IHSG, investasi portofolio dan nilai tukar, sehingga pemerintah diharapkan fokus menjaga kestabilan BI rate. Angka kematian ibu adalah kematian wanita yang terjadi selama masa kehamilan sampai dengan 42 hari setelah berakhirnya kehamilan. Angka kematian ibu bisa dipicu oleh penanganan persalinan yang dilakukan oleh penolong persalinan. Oleh sebab itu, ibu hamil harus memilih penolong persalinan yang tepat demi mencegah kematian ibu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pengambilan keputusan memilih penolong persalinan pada ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga Aceh Besar tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi 367 orang, pengambilan sampel dengan metode stratified random sampling pada 86 orang responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 3 Februari 2014 dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa 51 pernyataan dalam bentuk dikotomi dan check list. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian: tidak ada hubungan antara sosial budaya dengan pengambilan keputusan memilih penolong persalinan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lhoknga Aceh Besar tahun 2014 (p-value 0,437), pengetahuan (p-value 1,000), dukungan keluarga (p-value 0,699) dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan (p-value 0,236), namun ada hubungan sikap dengan pengambilan keputusan memilih penolong persalinan (p-value 0,055). Disarankan kepada ibu hamil agar dapat mencari informasi mengenai persalinan sehingga dapat memilih tindakan tepat terkait persalinan agar keselamatan serta kesehatan ibu dan bayi terjamin. Untuk menjangkau masyarakat pendengar sebagai konsumen yang ditargetkan, kualitas penerimaan siaran menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Daya pancar dan propagasi dari pemancar dapat mempengaruhi teknis kualitas layanan pada penerima. Masalah kualitas ini menjadi obyek yang dikaji dan pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil, dilakukan pengukuran lapangan dengan menggunakan instrumen spectrum analyzer dan ditambah GPS sebagai penentu keakuratan lokasi pengukuran. Lima radio pemcancar swasta di kota Banda Aceh yang beroperasi pada frekuensi kerja 98,5 MHz hingga 103,6 MHz menjadi obyek penelitian dan akan dievaluasi. Hasil pengukuran lapangan didapati bahwa semua stasiun radio FM yang dievaluasi memenuhi standar kuat medan minimum yang diperbolehkan (Eμ) sesuai standar untuk kategori daerah rural, 54 dBμV/m  dan daerah urban, 66 dBμV/m. Hasil lain juga tidak ditemukan interferensi frekuensi dan semua stasiun masih dalam batas toleransi deviasi frekuensi kerja yang diizinkan. Dengan demikian, lima pemcancar radio FM yang dievaluasi mempunyai kualitas yang baik dan layanan yang diberikan dapat dinikmati dengan baik oleh pendengar. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei sampai bulan Juni 2013. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode survey, penentuan area sampling secara Purposive Random Sampling, pada lima titik sampling yaitu di Muara Sungai Tripa, Suak Tripa, Muara Sungai Seuneuam, Muara Sungai Taduu Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dan Muara Krueng Batee Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Hasil identifikasi ditemukan sebanyak 400 individu, yang tergolong kedalam 31 familia, 39 genus dan 52 spesies. Spesies terbanyak dijumpai di stasiun muara Sungai Tripa sebanyak 30 spesies dan yang paling sedikit terdapat di stasiun muara Sungai Seuneuam dengan 8 spesies. Nilai indeks keragaman tertinggi dijumpai di Kuala Batee dengan nilai 2,766 (sedang) sedangkan terendah dijumpai di Kuala Tadu dengan nilai 1,565 (rendah), keduanya terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya dan Nagan Raya. Nilai indeks dominansi ikan tergolong tinggi, dengan nilai antara 0,6873-0,9322 dengan rata-rata 0,8308. Nilai indeks similaritas ikan di setiap wilayah tergolong rendah yaitu berada dibawah 20%.Kata kunci : Keragaman ikan, estuaria, rawa gambut Tripa.ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to evaluate the biodiversity of the brackish water fishes in Tripa Peat Swamp estuary. The study was conducted on May to June 2013. The Purposive Random Sampling was utilized to determine five sampling locations; Tripa estuary, Suak Tripa, Seuneuam estuary, Taduu estuary of Nagan Raya District and Batee estuary of Aceh Barat Daya District. The study revealed that there were 400 individual of fishes caught during the study it is belonging to 31 familia, 39 genera and 52 species. The most species was found in Kuala Tripa estuary, while the lower was found in Kuala Seuneuam estuary. The higher diversity index was found in Kuala Batee estuary (2,766), while the lower was found in Kuala Taduu estuary (1,565), both located in Southwest Aceh District and Nagan Raya District. In this study dominance index is high between 0, 6873 to 0,9322 with an average of 0,8308. Similarity index of fish in Rawa Gambut Tripa are relatively low at below 20%. Automatic lisence plate recognition systems (ALPRS) based on those technologies are not exceptions. In general, the ALPRSs required several steps including image capturing, plate location searching, character segmentation and character recognition. Successful of the whole systems depended heavily on the used segmentation method. A common drawback of many segmentation techniques is that they are very sensitive to illumination variability. The paper proposed a method for license plate recognition based on correlation of phase componenet with limited bandwidth. The method is widely known as band-limited phase only correlation (BLPOC). The method compared input plate’s image with plate’s images in the database. Based on simulation, detection rate can achieve 90% if an appropriate threshold value was selected.
