Dalam olahraga bulutangkis sangat dibutuhkan kemampuan daya tahan jantung paru yang baik terutama ketika bermain tunggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan daya tahan jantung paru dengan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet UKM bulutangkis Unsyiah Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet UKM bulutangkis Unsyiah Tahun 2013. Mengingat jumlah populasi yang relatif sedikit, maka semua anggota populasi sebanyak 15 orang dijadikan sampel penelitian (total sampling). Teknik pegumpulan data daya tahan jantung paru dengan mengunakan tes lari 12 menit sedangkan untuk keterampilan bermain bulutangkis dengan tes wall volley, servis pendek, servis panjang, dan clear test. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara daya tahan jantung paru dengan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet UKM bulutangkis Unsyiah Tahun 2013 dengan (r = 0,74), daya tahan jantung paru memberikan konstribusi sebesar 55% terhadap keterampilan bermain bulutangkis atlet UKM bulutangkis Unsyiah Tahun 2013.
