The survey was conducted 3 times on July 2013, October 2013 and January 2014 as representative of dry, transition and tide seasons. The fish sampling was conducted by gillnets and fish traps. A total of 35 fish species were recorded during the study; 23 species in dry season, it was dominated by tembakang fish (Helostoma temminckii) from family Helosmatidae, Sepat siam fish(Trichogaster pectoralis) from Belontiidae family, and snakehead fish (Channa striata) of Channidae family. Proses perancangan ini diawali dengan studi kasus ke berbagai fasilitas wisata di Banda Aceh, studi literatur dan studi banding dari berbagai sumber mengenai objek sejenis yang berhubungan dengan Ulee Lheue Water Life Park. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu mengidentifikasi masalah yang timbul dalam perancangan dengan pertimbangan kondisi tapak, peraturan pemerintah setempat dan kriteria perancangan. Permasalahan tersebut di analisis serta ditemukan pemecahannya yang selanjutnya dijadikan konsep dalam merancang Ulee Lheue Water Life Park dengan tema analogi arsitektur dengan gaya arsitektur post modern. Setelah sinyal difilter, kemudian diukur kualitas sinyal dengan metode Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) dan pengujian subjektif Mean Opinion Score (MOS). Setelah simulasi dijalankan diperoleh nilai PSNR hasil dari simulasi setelah sinyal difilter lebih besar dari pada sinyal sebelum difilter dan kualitas pengujian subjektif MOS baik untuk setiap masukan derau pada saat batas redaman minimum Hmin 45 dB, 50 dB, dan 55 dB. Sedangkan kualitas pengujian MOS sangat baik untuk masukan derau pasar, sekolah, jalan raya dan bersorak pada saat Hmin 55 dB. Pada saat nilai K(over) di ubah nilai PSNR semakin kecil serta kualitas sinyal pengujian MOS sangat buruk. Coffee plantation has been grown in several areas in Indonesia, including Aceh province, and has become one of the most important plantation products with promising economic value. Both Arabica and Robusta are found in Aceh, however Arabica coffee grown more in the area because of its popularity in International market. This popularity is related to Arabica coffee distinctive flavor and aroma. To grow well, Arabica coffee requires land with altitude 1000 m or more above sea level. Therefore, in Aceh, it is grown in the Gayo Plateau with total area more than 90.000 hectares.  As International market requires higher standard coffee, there is a need to provide a better quality coffee with a better taste, flavor and aroma.  Several coffee varieties have been cultivated in the area for a long time, however the relation between variety and taste & flavor has not been fully investigated. Other factors that may affect the taste, flavor and aroma is processing technique applied during postharvest and handling. Both wet hulling and dry hulling are practiced by small holders and farmers in the area. This study is aimed to investigate taste and flavor of Arabica coffee as affected by varieties and processing technique. The already grown varieties used in this study were Ateng Super (V1), Bergendal (V2), Bor-Bor (V3), Tim-Tim (V4) and Lini_S (V5). The processing techniques to be considered were Dry Hulling (TA) and Wet Hulling (TB). Observations to be recorded were organoleptic test (fragrance, acidity, body, flavor, aftertaste, balance), pH analysis and caffeine content. Selain itu, Fair Trade sebagai salah satu sertifikasi internasional berbasis pasar memberikan jaminan harga yang adil bagi produsen Kopi dan pembeli serta memperbaiki kehidupan sosial dan lingkungan produsen melalui sistem pembayaran yang adil.Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses mendapatkan sertifikat Indikasi Geografis ke Direktorat Jenderal HKI dan Proses mendapatkan Sertifikat Fair Trade dari Fair Trade Labelling Organization(FLO-Cert) serta kedudukan dan peran sertifikat Fair Trade.Data dalam penulisan ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris atau penelitian lapangan. Sumber bahan penelitian dapat dibagi dari sudut kekuatan mengikatnya, antara lain bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder, dan bahan hukum tersier.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, proses mendapatkan sertifikat Indikasi Geografis kopi Gayo kepada Ditjen HKI terdiri atas 6(enam) tahap, yaitu: Tahap Pendaftaran, Tahap Pemeriksaan Administratif, Tahap Pemeriksaan Subtantif, Tahap Pengumuman, Tahap Penyerahan Sertifikat Indikasi Geografis dan Tahap Pengawasan. Begitu juga dengan proses mendapatkan sertifikat Fair Trade juga melalui 4 tahapan: Tahap Pendaftaran, Tahap Pembinaan, Tahap Pemeriksaan atau audit dan Penyerahan Sertifikat Fair Trade.
