Serta perbandingan hak dan wewenang Pemerintah Aceh pasca MoU Helsinki dengan sebelum MoU Helsinki.Data penelitian diperoleh dari kepustakaan dengan cara mengkaji buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Serta melakukan penelitian lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer dengan cara melakukan wawancara langsung dengan responden dan informan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hak dan wewenang Pemerintah Aceh dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan menghasilkan aturan tentang lembaga Wali Nanggroe, Bendera dan Lambang Daerah, dan pembentukan Partai Politik Lokal. Serta hak dan wewenang dalam penerapan syariat Islam, dalam bidang ekonomi, dan bidang sosial. Kesemuanya sudah mengalami perubahan jika dibandingkan dengan hak dan wewenang yang dimiliki Aceh sebelum MoU Helsinki.Pemerintah Aceh harus menghasilkan aturan yang memang menjadi kebutuhan rakyat Aceh secara keseluruhan agar tidak kembali lagi seperti masa sebelum MoU. Pemerintah Aceh harus mempergunakan hak dan wewenangnya dengan baik dan bijaksana. Kebijakan yang disusun oleh pemerintah Aceh hendaknya juga memperhatikan kemampuan, dan karakteristik daerah. The connection should be on the basis of IP address which is connected with switch, and then the data eventually is sent to server. The MU that has six degrees of freedom consists of three accelerometer sensors and three gyroscope sensors, each placed on three axes (x, y, and z) and orthogonal to each other. Vehicle monitoring systems that exist at present only provide information on the vehicle at two degrees of freedom (X and Y), so that the rotation of the vehicle is unknown. To be able to find the vehicle as a whole, namely the six degrees of freedom consisting of three position data and three rotation data, it would require an IMU with six degrees of freedom, namely by using the accelerometer and gyroscope sensor mounted on all three axes. In the research has been conducted design IMU sensors as the vehicle monitoring system with six degrees of freedom, so that can know the condition of the vehicle in six degrees of freedom, namely the position x, y, and z and rotation in three axes (roll, pitch, and yaw). IMU system uses an antenna transceiver for data transmission medium. We did the tests of IMU sensors in the initial output, motion response, and testing of navigation. Tests performed on laboratory scale to perform the calibration of the IMU sensor and then performed field tests using a motor vehicle. In laboratory-scale testing is not required transmitter and receiver antennas. Based on the results of the research shown the measurements of the attitude angle 90o with the axis of the rotary axis x, axis y, z axis with 7 variations of the test result in an average MSE of 2.277o x-axis, y axis of 2.519o, z-axis of 3.334o respectively and the measurement to the distance of 30 cm for 7 variations f testing resulted in an average MSE of 2.659 cm for the x-axis, 3.995 cm for the y-axis, and 2.142 cm for the z axis. Status gizi memiliki potensi menimbulkan gangguan pada kesehatan reproduksi, obesitas dan kekurangan nutrisi mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan siklus menstruasi. Selain itu, aktivitas fisik yang terlalu berat bisa menyebabkan tubuh stres hingga merusak kualitas sel-sel reproduksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dan aktifitas fisik dengan keteraturan siklus menstruasi. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Total sampel diambil secara purposive sampling sebanyak 60 siswi SMA Negeri 10 Banda Aceh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling yaitu sampel diambil secara acak dan analisis uji statistik menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Pengumpulan data berlangsung dari Februari hingga Maret 2014. Pengumpulan data dengan pengisian kuisoner menggunakan metode wawancara. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukan tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan keteraturan siklus menstruasi (p=0.301) dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara aktifitas fisik dengan keteraturan siklus menstruasi (p=0.101). Kesimpulan penelitian ini status gizi dan aktifitas fisik tidak mempengaruhi keteraturan siklus menstruasi.Kata kunci: status gizi, aktifitas fisik, keteraturan siklus menstruasi ABSTRACTMenstruation is the periodic bleeding on the female sex organs that are ready for the reproductive system. Nutritional status has the potential to adversely impact reproductive health, obesity and nutritional deficiencies cause irregularity of the menstrual cycle. In addition, physical activity is too heavy can cause the body to stress to damage the quality of reproductive cell. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nutritional status and physical activity with the regularity of the menstrual cycle. This research used analytic with cross sectional approach and simple random sampling. Total sample were 60 female students of Banda Aceh 10 State Senior High School with a sampling technique is simple random sampling and samples were taken at random statistical test analysis using the Mann-Whitney test. Sample collection went February until March 2014. Sample collection process is done by interview questionnary method. The result of Mann-Whitney test show that there is a not significant association between nutritional status by the regularity of the menstrual cycle (p =0.301) and there is not significant relationship between physical activity with regularity of the menstrual cycle ( p = 0.101). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII_2 semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang berjumlah 28 siswa. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam 3 siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, tindakan,observasi, dan refleksi.Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi: hasil belajar siswa yang diambil dari pemberian soal tes pada akhir siklus, kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran yang diambil dari lembar observasi, aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran yang diambil dari lembar observasi, dan data tentang refleksi siswa terhadap pembelajaran yang diambil dari angket pada setiap akhir pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa: Penerapan pembelajaran model kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII_2 semester 2 SMP Negeri 1 Mila Kabupaten Pidie pada materi cahaya, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan rata-rata nilai tes akhir siswa dari 55,0 pada siklus I menjadi 65,4 pada siklus II, dan meningkat 71,8 pada siklus III, dan ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 60,71% pada siklus I menjadi 71,4 % pada siklus II, dan meningkat 82,14% pada siklus III.
