Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi hasil pengajaran PAI pada SD Ateuk Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode: deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah: Kepala sekolah, wakil Kepala sekolah, Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan siswa di SD Ateuk Kuta Baro Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencanaan pengajaran yang disusun berdasarkan pedoman yang berlaku, (2) Pelaksanaan pengajaran diawali dengan appersepsi dan dilanjutkan dengan penyajian materi, sedangkan pengelolaan kelas dengan mengkombinasikan kegiatan individu, kelompok dan klasikal. Hal ini terlihat dan cara guru menguasai materi sudah cukup memadai, dan masih ditemukan guru yang belum terbiasa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran, (3) Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru dengan acuan KKM sesuai dengan indikator dalam standar kompetensi kelulusan mata pelajaran PAI, dan remedial lebih sering dilakukan setelah ujian, karena kemampuan siswa masih di bawah KKM. Evaluasi hasil pembelajaran masih menggunakan bentuk tes tulis dan tidak tertulis. Guru masih banyak yang belum melaksanakan analisis pembelajaran, sehingga masih diragukan kualitas yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan lari cepat 50 meter pada siswa putra SMP Negeri 1 Kluet Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa putra SMP Negeri 1 Kluet Selatan yang berjumlah 36 orang. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik sampel acak (random sampling). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keceptan lari berdasarkan norma tes kesegaran jasmani Indonesia usia 13-15 tahun. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 8,3% atau 3 siswa berada pada klasifikasi baik, 47,2% atau 17 siswa berada pada klasifikasi sedang, 38,9% atau 14 siswa berada pada klasifikasi kurang dan 5,6% atau 2 orang siswa berada pada klasifikasi kurang sekali. Kemudian secara keseluruhan tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa putra SMP Negeri 1 Kluet Selatan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 2,58 dengan klasifikasi kurang. The most important process in BPCS is the calculation of complexity value of a bit-plane. The bit-plane complexity is calculated by looking at the amount of bit changes contained in a bit-plane. If a bit-plane has a high complexity, the bi-plane is categorized as a noise bit-plane that does not contain valuable information on the image. Classification of the bit-plane using the set cripst set (noise/not) is not fair, where a little difference of the value will significantly change the status of the bit-plane. The purpose of this study is to apply the principles of fuzzy sets to classify the bit-plane into three sets that are informative, partly informative, and the noise region. Classification of the bit-plane into a fuzzy set is expected to classify the bit-plane in a more objective approach and ultimately message capacity of the images can be improved by using the Mamdani fuzzy inference to take decisions which bit-plane will be replaced with a message based on the classification of bit-plane and the size of the message that will be inserted. This research is able to increase the capability of BPCS steganography techniques to insert a message in bit-pane with more precise so that the container image quality would be better. It can be seen that the PSNR value of original image and stego-image is only slightly different. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk menjelaskan penyebab pelaku menjual kosmetik yang tidak memiliki izin edar, penerapan pidana terhadap penjual kosmetik tidak layak edar dan penanggulangan terhadap penjual kosmetik tidak layak edar.Untuk memperoleh data dalam penulisan skripsi ini dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data sekunder, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab pelaku tetap menjual kosmetik yang tidak memiliki izin edar adalah akibat kurangnya terhadap produk yang dijualnya, kurangnya kesadaran hukum, keinginan untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang besar, lemahnya penerapan sanksi hukum di mana walaupun banyak terjadi pelanggaran tetapi hanya sebagian kecil yang dikenakan sanksi demikian pula yang diajukan ke pengadilan, kurangnya pengawasan dari instansi terkait. Penerapan pidana terhadap penjual kosmetik yang tidak memiliki izin edar dalam praktik belum maksimal sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku yang dibuktikan dengan belum maksimalnya sanksi pidana yang dijatuhkan. Pihak BPPOM hanya melakukan penerapan sanksi secara adminitratif saja bahkan ada pelaku pelanggaran yang hanya dikenakan teguran saja walaupun telah kedapatan melakukan pelanggaran yang diatur dalam UU Nomor 36 Tahun 2009. Sedangkan tindakan pidana baru dijatuhkan terhadap salah seorang pelaku dan pidana yang dijatuhkanpun belum maksimal dimana sangat jauh dari ancaman pidana yang diatur dalam Pasal 197 UU No 36 Tahun 2009. Penanggulangan terhadap penjual kosmetik tidak memiliki izin edar adalah melakukan sosialisasi secara terus menerus, baik kepada masyarakat maupun bagi pelaku usaha yang mengedarkan kosmetik serta menjalin kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak lainnya guna memberikan solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam penerapan ketentuan pidana bidang kefarmasian. Upaya yang dilakukan berbentuk tindakan preventif guna melakukan pencegahan sebelum terjadi tindak pidana dan upaya represif setelah tindak pidana terjadi yaitu dengan memberikan sanksi bagi pelakunya.Disarankan kepada instansi pemerintah terkait khususnya Badan POMhendaknya berkoordinasi dengan instansi terkait lainnya dalam hal pengawasan terhadap peredaran kosmetik tanpa izin edar yang merugikan masyarakat konsumen termasuk dalam hal ini melakukan penerapan sanksi yang lebih tegas kepada pelakunya.
