Pembuatan media pembelajaran ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu pemilihan materi, studi literatur, perancangan aplikasi, pembuatan antarmuka pengguna, pengeditan gambar menggunakan Adobe Photoshop CS4, pembuatan tree menu, pengisian materi menggunakan Adobe Flash CS4, penambahan tombol navigasi, perekaman audio, pengeditan audio, penambahan animasi, pengujian aplikasi dan penulisan laporan. Aplikasi media pembelajaran ini dibangun sebagai alat bantu ajar yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran pecahan untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar.Elemen multimedia yang diterapkan dalam media pembelajaran ini adalah teks, gambar, animasi dan audio. Gabungan beberapa elemen ini dapat menghasilkan aplikasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan yang hanya menggunakan dua media saja, misalnya teks dan gambar.Diharapkan dari penelitian ini kemampuan menghitung pecahan siswa kelas IV akan meningkat karena menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, dibuat berdasarkan hal-hal yang sering ditemukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dan penggunaan animasi sebagai pelengkap dalam memudahkan siswa dalam memahami pecahan, serta belajar lebih aktif. The objective of the present study was to determine the condition of the mangrove ecosystem and how to the influence of physic-chemical environment parameters on community structure of mangrove vegetation in Kaitehu Tibar and Ulmera in Bazartete coastal areas District of Liquisa, Timor-Leste. Pengetahuan dan sikap yang positif sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien stroke. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap keluaga tentang faktor risiko yang dapat dikontrol dengan pencegahan serangan stroke berulang di Ruang Rawat Saraf Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif; deskriptif korelasional dengan desain cross sectional study. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling yaitu berjumlah 60 responden. Analisa data menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat hubungan pengetahuan keluarga tentang faktor risiko yang dapat dikontrol dengan pencegahan serangan stroke berulang dengan p-value 0,001 < ? 0,05. Ada hubungan sikap keluarga tentang faktor risiko yang dapat dikontrol dengan pencegahan serangan stroke berulang dengan p-value 0,003 < ? 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga tentang faktor risiko yang dapat dikontrol dengan pencegahan serangan stroke berulang di Ruang Rawat Saraf Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013. The objective of present study was to evaluate the possibility of  papaya’s latex (Carica papaya) as anti stress or larvaside for tiger shrimp (Panaeus monodon) post larvae Pl 14-30 during transportation. The tiger shrimp post larvae was collected from BBAP Ujung Batee, Aceh Besar on September, 2012. Reseach method used the completely random design with two factors, density of post larvae with three treatments (1000; 1500 dan 2000 ind/l) and concentration of papaya’s latex with four treatments (0; 100; 200 dan 300 ppm) and three replications for each treatments. The effect of papaya’s latex on tiger shrimp post larvae was observed by calculating the percentage of post larvae’s survival rate. The calculation was only done after twelve hours of transportation, due to the everage of survival rate percentage of post larvae on all levels of density was less than 50%.  The ANOVA test showed that  the density and the concentration factors gave significance effect on survival rate of tiger shrimp post larvae (P&lt;0,05). The results showed that survival rate of tiger shrimp post larvae (PL 14-30) were decreased with increasing of larvae density and concentration of papaya’s latex.  However, Duncan’s test showed that the highest survival rate was obtained at 1.000 ind/l  and 0 ppm of papaya’s latex. Setiap kelompok memiliki faktor dominan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas pelayanannya. Analisis faktor dipergunakan untuk mereduksi indikator pelayanan dan mencari faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan petugas medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mereduksi variabel dan mencari indikator yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan petugas medis yang diberikan di Puskesmas Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder hasil survei Aceh Institut dan LOGICA2 pada tahun 2011 di 6 Kabupaten yaitu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, Aceh Timur, Aceh Tamiang, Aceh Barat Daya, Bireuen,dan Aceh Tengah. Secara umum penilaian pasien terhadap indikator pelayanan petugas medis sudah cukup baik. Variabel indikator dari tiga petugas medis yaitu dokter, bidan dan perawat direduksi dan menghasilkan masing-masing tiga faktor. Faktor yang dihasilkan memiliki jumlah varians dokter sebesar 55,929%, bidan sebesar 61,718% dan perawat sebesar 54,933%. Variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan petugas dokter dan bidan adalah variabel petugas melakukan diskriminasi pada pasien yang berkebutuhan khusus, sedangkan untuk petugas perawat variabel memulai waktu pelayanan. Faktor yang diperoleh diharapkan memberikan informasi tentang persepsi kepuasan masyarakat terhadap kinerja pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh petugas medis. The oysters (Ostreidae) isone of economically important bivalves for urban community in Kuala Gigieng, Aceh Besar District. Presently, the quality and quantity of oyster is decreased over the years by intensive exploitation and water pollution. Therefore, theobjective of the present study was to analyze population structure and habitat condition of oystersin estuary area of Kuala Gigieng, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province. The sampling was conducted at three locations during August to September 2013. The sampling locations were determined based on anthropogenic activities. A total of two genus of oysters were recorded during the study i.e Crossastrea with four species (C. gigas, C. iridescens, C. angulata, C. virginica) and and Ostrea edulis with one species (O. edulis). The highest density (&gt;39 ind m-2)of oysters were found at undisturbed and less pressure environment. The distribution pattern of Ostreidae in the Kuala Gigieng water was clustered where frequency of occurrence wasin small class size of 24 mm to 37.20 mm with optimum harvested of 32.27 mm. The growth of the oysters was relatively slow as shown by the maximum length (Lmaks) that can only reach 37.91-72.81 mm within 0 to 3.42 years. Generally, oysters population structure and habitat conditions in Kuala Gigieng Water was declined over the yeras. Therefore, it is a crucially needed to plan a management strategy for oysters with regulation on fishing, shellfish farming and waste disposal regulation to ensure the oysters population remains sustain.Keywords : Environment factors; fishing, growth; Kuala Gigieng; Oyster; population structureAbstrak. Tiram daging (Ostreidae) merupakan salah satu kerang yang memiliki  nilai ekonomi penting bagi masyarakat Kuala Gigieng. Namun, kualitas dan kuantitas tiram menurun akibat eksploitasi dan pencemaran perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur populasi dan kondisi habitat tiram di perairan estuaria Kuala Gigieng Kabupaten Aceh Besar, Provinsi Aceh. Sampling dilakukan pada tiga lokasi selama bulan Agustus hingga September 2013.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua genus tiram di perairan Kuala Gigieng yaitu Crassostrea dan Ostrea dengan total 5 spesies (C. gigas, C. iridescens, C. angulata, C. virginica and O. edulis). Kepadatan tertinggi berada pada lokasi yang tekanan penangkapan dan lingkungannya yang rendah. Pola penyebaran tiram daging di Kuala Gigieng cenderung mengelompok. Frekuensi ukuran selang kelas tiram terbanyak yang ditemukan yaitu 24-37,20 mm dengan ukuran layak tangkap yaitu 32,27 mm. Pertumbuhan tiram daging di Kuala Gigieng tergolong lambat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan panjang maksimal (Lmaks) yang mampu dicapai kerang ini hanya 37,91-72,81 mm dalam waktu 0-3,42 tahun. secara keseluruhan, struktur populasi tiram daging dan kondisi habitat di Kuala Gigieng mulai menurun. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif korelatif, menggunakan teknik cross sectional study dengan metode total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 113 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan tanggal 18-20 September 2013. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang terdiri dari 39 pernyataan. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan antara penilaian soft skills dengan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa KBK (p-value 0,007), kemampuan komunikasi (p-value 0,000), keterampilan berfikir dan menyelesaikan masalah (p-value 0,012), kerja dalam tim (p-value 0,031), pengelolaan informasi (p-value 0,013) dan etika (p-value 0,005). A study of HBV hydrological model in Peusangan watershed Aceh as a preface study to the development of sustainable ecohydrological concept was done. The objective of the study was to apply and to test the HBV subtropical model into a tropical region Peusangan watershed. Peusangan watershed, situated in northern Aceh, covers an area of 2268.39 km2 and 128 km in length. The HBV model was manually calibrated by trial adjustment of each parameter to obtain the appropriate physical characteristics of Peusangan watershed. The result showed that the model was nearly consistent with the observation data. In fact, the correlation and error bias of the model were 0.623 and 0.11, respectively. However, the weakness of the model reported in the study is due to the coverage of the weather station data whi ch locate far in the downstream of Peusangan watershed. In the meantime, both of model result and observation showed a good agreement to catch the peakflow of Peusangan watershed. The two peakflow arise on May and October which were 212 m3dt-1 and 250 m3dt-1, respectively.Keywords.
