Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan signifikan antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan disiplin kerja pegawai.Iklim komunikasiorganisasi merupakan suasana yang dapat dilihat dari keseharian komunikasi di dalam organisasi dalam lingkup kepercayaan, partisipasi pegawai, kejujuran, keterbukaan, upward dan downward communication, serta tingkat penilaian kinerja. Disiplin kerja merupakan suatu sikap dan perbuatan pegawai terhadap ketaatannya terhadap peraturan kerja yang diwajibkan dalam organisasinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian sebanyak 146 sampel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil presentasi tabel iklim komunikasi organisasi menunjukan kategori sedang (netral) yang tergolong kedalam iklim komunikasi defensive (bertahan). Sedangkan disiplin kerja menunjukan nilai rendah, terutama dalam efesiensi waktu. Hasil tersebut sejalan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Pearson Product Moment sebesar 0,590 antara variabel iklim komunikasi organisasi (X) dan variable Disiplin Pegawai (Y), yang berartibahwa hubungan menunjukan korelasi yang cukup kuat. Ini diperkuat dengan diperoleh nilai (thitung) dengan ? = 0,05 (uji 2 sisi) diperoleh 8,769 maka diperoleh uji signifikannya 8,769 (thitung) > 1,977 (ttabel) maka hipotesis diterima atau korelasi dua variabel signifikan. This paper presents a new technique for monitoring the output parameters i.e. current and voltage of solar module directly under real operating conditions. In this new monitoring technique, the output parameters of a solar module can be directly processed in real time condition and their results are displayed in a graph. The monitoring system is developed using microprocessor Arduino Atmega 328P and equipped with calibrated current and voltage sensors, a data acquisition system which is integrated directly into an Excel spreadsheet using the PLX-DAQ application program and a memory card for backup. The monitoring system is connected to a computer using a RS232 serial port. The collected data is saved directly into a spreadsheet and plotted in real time. This technique provides an easy access to the collected data for further analysis. Metode tutor sebaya adalah suatu metode pembelajaran yang menunjuk beberapa siswa untuk mengajari temannya yang lain dalam kelompok kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode tutor sebaya dalam hal hasil belajar siswa akan lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan metode belajar secara konvensional pada materi gerak lurus berubah beraturan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPA 1 yang berjumlah 29 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X IPA 2 yang berjumlah 28 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t. Namun sebelum melakukan uji t terlebih dahulu melakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data kedua sampel berdistribusi normal dan memiliki varians yang homogen. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung = 2,78 > ttabel = 1,67) artinya terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode tutor sebaya yang terlihat dari nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol. Dengan kata lain hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan metode tutor sebaya lebih baik dibanding dengan kelas yang tidak menggunakan metode tutor sebaya.
