Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air yang dipakai sebagai bahan baku dan air yang diproduksi depot air minum isi ulang di Kota Sabang berdasarkan persyaratan mikrobiologi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah airbaku dan air minum isi ulang yang didapatkan dari seluruh depot air minum isi ulang di Kota Sabang sebanyak 12 sampel, pemeriksaan air tersebut menggunakan metode MPN seri 5-1-1 melalui tiga tahapan: uji penduga, uji penguat dan uji pelengkap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 12 sampel air baku positif mengandung E.coli dan 25% sampel air minum juga positif mengandung E.coli. Humans are not able to survive for 4-5 days without drinking . Supervision of the efforts of the management of drinking water need to be considered , each depot refill drinking water shall check the quality of products that comply with applicable regulations . However , Sabang has no facilities to check the quality of drinking water . This study aims to determine the water quality in use as a raw material and water in the production of drinking water refill depot in the Sabang based microbiological requirements . Water samples used were raw water and drinking water refill obtained fromentire depot refill drinking water in the city of Sabang as many as 12 samples , the MPN method 5-1-1 series conducted three stages : presumtif test ,confermed and completed test. The results showed 12 positive samples of raw water and 25 % of drinking water samples tested positive for E. coli . IC AD9851 is an analog waveform generator to implements the DDS method, , which generates a frequency that can be changed according to the needs of its users.  To generate a digital signal using a PIC 18F4550 microcontroller microcontroller because it has a feature full-speed USB 2.0 to interface with the computer via USB without the need for special drivers to do the communication . Setting the output frequency can be done via the keypad or buttons programmed via computer . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keperluan masyarakat Gampong Barabung menjadikan Blackberry sebagai preferensi dan untuk mengetahuhui alasan masyarakat Gampong Barabung lebih memilih menggunakan Blackberry dibandingkan smartphone lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan alat pengumpulan data adalah observasi, dan kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini, cara pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Purposive Sampling dan yang menjadi sampel sebanyak 38 orang. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis tabel tunggal dan kemudian diinterpretasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keperluan masyarakat Gampong Barabung menggunakan Blackberry adalah paling banyak untuk bersantai atau mengisi waktu luang yaitu sebanyak 76,3% dan untuk berinteraksi dengan orang lain dan meningkatkan pergaulan, yaitu sebanyak 65,3%. Keperluan lainnya adalah untuk mengakses informasi dan juga untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Sedangkan alasan masyarakat Gampong Barabung lebih memilih menggunakan Blackberry dibandingkan smartphone lain karena telah mempertimbangkan beberapa unsur yang membedakan produk smartphone, yaitu kualitas, fitur, desain, dan harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Penyusunan perencanaan melibatkan seluruh personel sekolah. Perencanaan program sekolah dilakukan setiap awal tahun ajaran baru dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan sekolah, menciptakan budaya dan iklim madrasah, pendayagunaan SDM secara optimal, mengelola sarana dan prasarana, hubungan madrasah dan masyarakat, penerimaan peserta didik baru, penempatan dan pengembangan kapasitas peserta didik, kurikulum dan kegiatan pembelajaran, keuangan madrasah, dan monitoring, evaluasi, dan pelaporan kegiatan madrasah. 2) Kepala sekolah belum melakukan pembagian tugas, wewenang dan tanggung jawab secara optimal terhadap masing-masing bidang sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan. Dalam pelaksanaaannya kepala sekolah belum konsisten dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun dan sering menggunakan gaya otoriter, sehingga kurang efektifnya kepala sekolah dalam berkomunikasi yang mengakibatkan rendahnya semangat dari para guru. 3) Evaluasi dilaksanakan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan secara langsung, belum menggunakan instrumen atau pedoman pelaksanaan evaluasi, dan berbeda dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. The purpose of this study was to find out: the managerial ability of the principal in preparing the plan, implementing and evaluating the activities in order to improve the quality of Babun Najah Private Islamic Senior High School of Banda Aceh which used descriptive method and qualitative approach. Data collection technique used were observation, interview and documentation study. Subject of the research were principal, vice principal, head of Teacher Network, school committee, head of administration office, and teachers. The result showed that: 1) the preparation of the planning involved all school personnel. School program planning is conducted in the beginning of new academic year by analyzing school needs, creating school culture and climate, empowering human resources optimally, managing facility and infrastructure, establishing the relationship between school and society, new student admissions, placement and development of student capacity, curriculum and learning activities, school finance, and monitoring, evaluation and school activity report. 2) The principal did not distributing job, authority, and responsibility optimally to each division before conducting activities. In the implementation, the principal was not consistent with the planning prepared and often used authoritarian style resulting in ineffective communication and low spirit of the teachers. 3) Evaluation was conducted based on direct observation without using any instrument or guidance in evaluation implementation and not following the predetermined schedule. The results of the evaluation were submitted to school personnel through a meeting and the follow up activities were conducted by doing some improvements if the implementations were not maximal and they became advanced program for the next year.Keywords: Principal Managerial Competence and Quality. Layout 1-stage pipeline consists of 3 units : op-amp, switch capacitor, precision comparator with latch. Pipeline ADC works gradually and requires synchronization of digital output 8 stage by using a unit delay circuit (D-FF). Pipeline ADC requires pulse rate (clock) generator to support its work. Units OP-AMP transconductance CMOS components designed with the correct specification ADC applications with capacitive loads, with a large input impedance and minimize noise. The precision comparator has Vos (offset voltage) approximately equal to 0V. The capacitor switch designs use NMOS switch as a switch for the sampling and multiplying. In the sampling phase and multiplying processes, the ADC requires a clock pulse with a non-intersect mode (lapping). The width of non-overlapping period was adjusted to the time of constance in the sampling process and multiplying.
