The drawbacks of this method are it requires a relatively longer processing time and the outcome of the slope measurement is not represented in degrees. This paper describes a design and implementation of digital plummet and waterpass using Accelero Sensor MMA 7361L based on microcontroller ATmega8. The Accelero sensor MMA 7361L was used to read the tilt axis x, y, and z with analog voltage output that is converted into digital form using the ADC on the microcontroller. Based on the results of tools test for bekesting erectness and floor slope measurement, it was obtained that the average error were 0.51% and 0.49% for x-axis and y-axis respectively. Teknik pengumpulan data angket dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang terdiri dari 21 item pernyataan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran stres pada siswa yang akan menghadapi SNMPTN di LBB Phi Beta Group berada pada kategori normal dengan presentase 49,2%. However, these aids only served as incubator and sometimes cannot optimize the fermentation process due to the increasing humidity in a closed box. Nevertheless, adding holes to the box will not lead to a better result since unwanted bacterias come into the box. Therefore, a fermentation optimizer aids has been realized with two separate functions, namely fermentation incubator and post-fermentation dryer. This kit works in the temperature ranging from 35 degree C – 120 degree C, and equipped with two exhaust fans to minimize the humidity in both fermentation and dryermodes. The SHT11 was utilized to measure the temperature and relative humidity. A ceramic heater was used to warm up the air inside the box as desired by users. As the user interface, keypad and character LCD were used. ArduinoMega2560 serves as the main controller of the whole system. Compared to the conventional fermentation process, this kit works 9 hours faster and the fermentation objects are perfectly fermented. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh empat serotipe virus dengue (DENV-1, DENV-2, DENV-3, dan DENV-4) dari genus Flavivirus dan ditularkan oleh nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Sistem golongan darah ABO secara statistik berhubungan terhadap infeksi virus dengue dengan mempengaruhi demam dengue (DD) dan demam berdarah dengue (DBD). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari golongan darah terhadap infeksi virus dengue. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan analitik cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di BLUD dr. Zainoel Abidin dan BLUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh dari bulan April- Juni 2013. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah 44 pasien infeksi virus dengue yakni 15 orang pasien demam dengue (DD) dan 29 orang pasien (DBD). Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value = 0,002 dengan OR= 8,643, dengan kesimpulan bahwa pasien golongan darah O berpeluang menderita DBD.Kata kunci : Infeksi virus dengue, golongan darah ABO, permeabilitas pembuluh darah. In the operation, the heat exchanger requires maintenance, especially when the minor unit is shut down or stop and routine reparation. Maintenance is done by replacing the tubesheet that commonly referred to as bundle retube where there are pipe fritter to be cleaned, which are cutted at the time of maintenance. This maintenance is typically done in manual approach, which is not efficient in terms of time. For a more efficient maintanence, this paper proposes a prototype design to discard these pipes fritter by utilizing image processing method for detecting the edge of the circle and the position of the pipe fritter. Based on the experiments, it has been obtained that the test circle radius that can be captured is at 4 to 10 pixels. The longest time for positioning was 2.41 minutes and the whole process of disposal of this pipeline reaches 47.92 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur aktivitas spesifik protease dan mengetahui suhu optimum protease dari Actinomycetes isolat ATH-07. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap non faktorial yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan (200C, 300C, 400C, 500C, 600C, dan 700C) sebanyak 3 kali ulangan. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji BJND. Parameter yang diamati adalah zona bening yang terbentuk disekitar isolat (mm), aktivitas protease (U/ml) dan kadar protein (mg/ml). Isolat ATH-07 dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena memiliki aktivitas proteolitik yang tinggi yaitu 8,2625 setelah inkubasi 48 jam pada suhu ruang. Protease ekstraseluler yang dihasilkan dikarakterisasi lebih lanjut menggunakan metode Walter untuk mengukur aktivitas protease dan metode Bradford untuk mengukur kadar protein. Waktu optimum pemanenan ekstrak kasar protease isolat ATH-07 pada hari ke-4 dengan aktivitas optimum pada suhu 600C (11,86 U/mg). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan suhu berpengaruh nyata (Fhitung = 38,50 > F tabel (?=0,05) =3,11) terhadap aktivitas spesifik protease Actinomycetes isolat ATH-07.
