Saat ini usia menarche terjadi lebih awal daripada masa lalu akibat berbagai faktor. Usia pada menarche mencerminkan berbagai aspek kesehatan populasi, antara lain aspek pendidikan termasuk tingkat prestasi belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara tingkat prestasi belajar dengan usia menarche pada siswi pelajar Sekolah Menegah Pertama di Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dan rancangan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan juga dari sekolah. Sampel berjumlah 200 responden yang terpilih dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata usia menarche adalah 12,17 tahun(99,0%), yang sebagian siswi(60,5%) memiliki nilai prestasi belajar yang rata-rata dalam kategori sedang. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig 0,843 (p > 0,05) yang menunjukan bahwa hubungan antara tingkat prestasi belajar dengan usia menarche tidak bermakna, dan nilai korelasi sebesar -0.014 (r =-0,014) menunjukan derajat kekuatan korelasi yang sangat lemah dengan arah korelasi negatif. Tidak terdapat hubungan bermakna antara tingkat prestasi belajar dengan usia menarche pada siswi pelajar di Banda Aceh.Kata kunci: Usia menarche, prestasi belajar. In its development, the basic composition of DGEBA epoxy resin with MPDA as hardener is hydrophilic. Silane is added to improve the surface properties of materials to be more hydrophobic. To reduce the volume of epoxy resin as base material, silica sand from PLTP Dieng is added as filler. This paper presents the results of research on the effect of adding the composition of silica materials from PLTP Dieng upon silane epoxy resin sample to the value of the dielectric loss factor, contact angle and leakage current. Samples were prepared with a sample size 120mm x 50mm x 5mm. Material is composed of DGEBA, MPDA, silanes and silica with a various composition. Sample codes were 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% and 50%. Contact angle and leakage current were carried out according with IEC 587:1984 standards. Measurement of the dielectric loss factor (Tan ) was carried out at the Laboratory of High Voltage Engineering, PT. PLN (Persero) Electricity R&D, Duren Tiga Jakarta, using a measuring instrument series M4100 Insulation Analyzer Instrument. The electrodes used in these measurements have diameter of 2.5 cm and 5 cm. The results showed that the composition of silica materials PLTP Dieng upon silane epoxy resin samples affect the value of dielectric loss factor. Based on the results of the measurement, it is concluded that the higher composition of silica materials, the higher value of dielectric loss factor are. Based on these results, it is suggested that the use of silica as a filler must consider the effect on the value of dielectric loss factor. Rancangan yang digunakan ialah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Faktor yang diteliti ialah dosis herbisida glifosat 0,82, 1,64 dan 2,48 L ha-1, dosis herbisida paraquat 1,08, 3,6 dan 5,4 L ha-1, penyiangan 3 dan 6 MST dan kontrol. Aplikasi herbisida dilakukan pada saat 7 hari sebelum tanam dan 28 hari setelah tanam. Peubah yang diamati ialah bobot kering gulma, efikasi herbisida terhadap gulma, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol, bobot tongkol, bobot biji kering per tongkol dan hasil jagung.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi herbisida glifosat dan paraquat berpengaruh terhadap bobot kering gulma, efikasi herbisida terhadap gulma, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, diameter tongkol, bobot tongkol, bobot biji kering per tongkol dan hasil jagung, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap panjang tongkol.Perlakuan TOT dengan menggunakan glifosat dan paraquat dapat menekan pertumbuhan gulma dan memacu pertumbuhan tanaman jagung. Perlakuan herbisida glifosat dengan dosis 1,64 L ha-1 cukup efektif dalam menekan gulma dan hasil jagung tertinggi 7,93 ton ha-1 dan perlakuan herbisida paraquat dengan dosis 3,6 L ha-1 efektif dalam mengendalikan gulma dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan serta hasil jagung sebanyak 7,13 ton ha-1. The implementation of VANETs is expected to provide a new solution for traffic management strategy. Its main targets is to continue prioritizing traffic safety and to prevent the accidents on the roads. One of the VANETs problems before being implemented in the real world is the degree of freedom of the vehicle's mobility that limited by the road topologies. Various modellings and simulations have been performed to produce the most realistic mobility model. However, those models had become new paradigms due to various factors that limited them. The presence of the federated mobility model as an approach for traffic mobility modeling is considered to be able to provide more realistic and accurate VANETs simulation. Therefore, this article presents some brief reviews and contrast a number of the simulation and mobility models that have been used widely as compared to the federated mobility models that have developed until the present. The article's objective is to facilitate a better understanding of the traffic mobility modeling for the VANETs simulation that started from the interaction process until the integration between simulators. The understanding of the traffic mobility models will complement the knowledge that enable to perform the simulation of the VANETs implementation approaching the real conditions.
