Penelitian dalam skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis sosiologis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Yang dimaksud pendekatan penelitian secara kualitatif adalah prosedur penelitian yang menggunakan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa baru unit PPA yang melaksanakan diversi di Polresta Medan menurut TR/1124/XI/2006 tentang pelaksanaan diversi dan restorative justice dalam penanganan anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum yang berpedoman kepada kewenangan diskresi kepolisian menurut pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 tentang Kepolisian di Polresta Medan. Akibatnya banyak anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum yang diproses oleh Unit selain PPA diproses secara formal layaknya orang dewasa. Kemudian juga kerap timbul intimidasi agar anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum mengakui perbuatan yang belum tentu dilakukannya. Banyak dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan apabila anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum tidak mendapat kesempatan diversi karena penjara seharusnya adalah upaya terakhir dalam penyelesaian perkara anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum. Belum ada upaya yang maksimal dari Polresta Medan untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan diversi. Disarankan kepada Polresta Medan agar melakukan pelatihan kepada para penyidik mengenai tata cara pelaksanaan diversi agar dalam penanganan kasus anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum ke depannya tidak menimbulkan dampak yang negatif baik kepada anak maupun kepada korban. Experimental analysis involving the determination of trace metals, pH and methane gas yield, were carried out with the use of the Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer and Biogas5000 analyser. The results showed that there was an increase in the pH of the system; the amount of methane gas yield equally increased by 12% and the Hydraulic Retention Time decreased from 50 days to 25 days on addition of ethylene diamine- N, N-diacetic acid chelating ligand. Also, increasing the concentration of the chelating ligand further decreased the HRT of the digester system from 25 days to 19days. Concentration of trace metals like Iron, Cobalt and Nickel within the digester system ranged from 0.001-0.050 mg/L; these metals reacted with ethylene diamine- N, N-diacetic acid chelating ligand to form metal chelates. The metal chelate formed resulted in the catalysis of the hydrolysis stage (which is the rate determining step) of the anaerobic digestion process. Metode yang digunakan berupa ekstraksi soxhletasi dan Spektrofotometer. Pelarut Asam Trikloro Asetat mampu mengekstrak formaldehid. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berhubungan dengan kegagalan pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kecamatan Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan metode cross sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 79 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2013 hingga Februari 2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 50 responden tidak memberikan ASI ekslusif dan 29 responden memberikan ASI ekslusif.Data diakumulasi dengan uji Chi square.Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pendidikan (p = 0,001), pekerjaan (p = 0,0017), pengetahuan (p = 0,000) dan sosial budaya (p = 0,008) terhadap kegagalan pemberian ASI ekslusif. Pekerjaan yang menyita waktu merupakan penyebab terjadinya kegagalan dalam memberikan ASI ekslusif. Tingginya tingkat kepercayaan akan norma-norma baik adat istiadat maupun lingkungan sosial dalam masyarakat juga turut mempengaruhi kondisi ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif di daerah tersebut. The capacity of the road is an essential ingredient in the planning, design, and operation of roadways. It is desirable for traffic analyst to be able to predict the time and places where congestion will occur and the volumes to be expected. Most of urbanized areas have been experiencing of traffic congestion problems particularly at urban arterial systems. High traffic demand and limited supply of roadways are always the main factors produced traffic congestion. However, there are other sources of local and temporal congestion, such as uncontrolled access point, median opening and on-street parking activities, which are caused a reduction of roadway capacity during peak operations. Those locations could result in reduction of travel speed and road, as known as hidden bottlenecks. This is bottleneck which is without any changes in geometric of the segments. The Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM, 1997) is used to assess urban arterial systems till current days. IHCM provides a static method for examining the capacityand does not systematically take into account of bottleneck activities. However, bottleneck activities create interruption smooth traffic flow along arterial streets, which in turns stimulate related problems, such as, excessive air pollution, additional energy consumption and driver’s frustration due to traffic jammed. This condition could happen simultaneously; mostly repetitive and predictable in same peak hour demands. Therefore, this paper carefully summarize on the existing methodologies considering required data, handled data processing and expected output of each proposed of analysis. We further notice that dynamic approach could be more appropriated for analyzing temporal congestion segments (median opening, on street parking, etc.). Method of oblique cumulative plot seems to be more applicable in terms of convenient, surveying tool and the accuracy of analysis.
