WHO prediction  400 million people had infection of helminthiasis. Soil is the usual media to transmitted helminth to human (soil transmitted helminthiasis). One of the rule worker that has hard contact  to helminth is the brick maker. This activity usual doing with convensional technique.The objective of  this devotion are to knowing helminthiasis prevalence on brick maker in Lambada Peukan Village. The primer data is the count of helminthiasis that get from feces examination in laboratory. This result overgo to promotive, preventive and curative activity.The helminthiasis prevalence in Lambada Peukan is 37,5%. To resolve this problem we doing the preventive and curative activity with giving albendazole preparat and Ferrum. Beside that we also make education activity to the workers. The aim of this activity is to increase need and ability of  the worker  to maintance from helminthiasis. This secondary datacomes from hematological examination results in 52 healthy Sumatran orangutans in Batu Mbelin, from May 2003 to August 2010. This research used a factorial complete randomized design (CRD) that has two factors namely, gender as the first factor and age as the second factor. Data was analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of ANOVA show that gender affects (P<0.05) on the value of mean cell hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) in Sumatran orangutans. Age influences (P<0.05) on the lymphocytes and monocytes Sumatran orangutans. The results of least significant different (LSD) test of the lymphocyte show that there are significant differences (P<0.05) between the lymphocyte value of infants and that of juveniles. The lymphocyte value of infant is also significantly different (P<0.05) that of adolescent. While the lymphocyte value of adolescent and juveniles are not significant different. The results of LSD test of the value of monocytes show that there is a very significant difference (P<0.01) between the monocyte value of infants and that of juveniles. Furthermore, the value of infant’s and adolescent’s monocytes issignificantly different (P<0.05). However, the value of adolescent’s and juvenile’s monocytes does not show any influences. Interaction of sex influences on the red blood cell (RBC) of Sumatran orangutans whereas age do notinfluences on the RBC. The results of Duncan test show that there are significant differences (P<0.05) between the RBC values of adolescent female orangutans and adolescent male orangutans. This study investigates hydrolysis method of breadfruit starch into dextrin with Sulphate Acid (H2SO4) catalysator. Dextrin hydrolysis is carry out in order to produce high dextrin percentage by subtracting the total glucose with free glucose. This study evaluates composition change because of breadfruit starch in various time and temperature. Optimum dextrin percentage is obtained at hydrolysis temperature of 100ºC, hydrolysis time 10 minutes, and 0.5 N H2SO4 concentration, with dextrin percentage of 77.12%. Furthermore, dextrin obtained is added by casein, cold water, triethanolamine, and water in order to form adhesive. The reserch result showed that the shear strength of the dextrin glue is 14 kg/cm2 which is larger than that of glue of Fox brands sold in the market that is only 12.48 kg/cm2. Because there is previous study regarding starch hydrolysis from breadfruit by using chloride acid catalysator, then data in this research show the influence of the sulphate acid usage as catalysator of adhesive. Based on the comparison, it seems that for breadfruit starch hydrolyzed at 100oC for 10 minutes, dextrin produced is less than that obtained by using chloride acid catalysator. The less dextrin percentage from breadfruit starch is caused by not all hydro sulphate ions are dissociated while mixing with starch. Oil palm empty fruit bunch fiber as a filler reduces in sizes 63, 75, 90, and 106 µm.  Oil palm empty fruit bunch fiber were mixed with in 10 mL MAPE 8% (in xylene) solution up evenly. The variation composition ratio of HDPE in filler is : (80: 20, 70:30 60:40, 50:50). The good results showed that composite boards are tested viable filler and matrix ratio 30%:70%, 3.969 to 12.243 Mpa of tensile strength, the value of the melting point (Tm) of 400.05 to 497, 07oC for thermal properties, FT-IR analysis results indicate that the groups contained in the matrix and the filler is still present in the composite board products.The SEM photograph tests showed that the best products are the smallest filler size is 63 µm, and 4943.4 J/m2 ofImpact strength test obtained.
