Metode analisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda (multiple regression analysis). Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang dipublikasikan dalam daftar Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Investment (ROI) dan Economic Value Added (EVA) berpengaruh terhadap Return Saham secara bersama-sama dengan nilai F sebesar 5,453 dan taraf signifikansi 0,008, sedangkan secara parsial variabel Return On Investment (ROI) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai t sebesar 2,045 dan taraf signifikansi 0,048 (4,8 %), dan Economic Value Added (EVA) berpengaruh terhadap return saham dengan nilai t sebesar 2,264 dan taraf signifikansi 0,030 (3 %). Ikan dalam keadaan hidup dimatikan menggunakan es curah, kemudian disimpan di dalam freezer selama 8, 10 dan 12 hari. Perlakuan dimulai dengan metode sokhletasi menggunakan asam perklorat (HClO4) sebagai ekstraktan. Ekstrak yang diperoleh selanjutnya ditentukan konsentrasinya menggunakan spektrofotometer, juga dihitung kadar Total Volatile Base (TVB). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan kadar formaldehid sangat tinggi dihasilkan pada hari ke-10 penyimpanan, yaitu sebesar 30,6 ppm. The results showed that 80% acetone extracts had both the highest contents of total phenolics and flavonoids. Acetone extracts showed better antibacterial activities against Gram-positive bacterial strains and there were no inhibitory effects found on tested Gram-negative bacteria. In addition, 80% acetone extracts from R. rubescens had relatively higher antibacterial activities with the lowest values of MIC and MBC at 2.5 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL against B. subtilis. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini menentukan kadar formaldehid yang terbentuk pada jaringan ikan kerapu macan (Ephinephelus fuscoguttatus) menggunakan TCA (Asam Trikloro Asetat) sebagai ekstraktan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis menggunakan metode sokhletasi, terjadi penurunan kadar formaldehid dengan lamanya waktu penyimpanan. Kadar formaldehid tertinggi pada waktu penyimpanan 18 jam dengan kadar 58,56 ppm. Uji TVB dilakukan untuk melihat mutu dari ikan yang telah disimpan selama proses penyimpanan suhu kamar (18, 20, dan 22 jam).
